Abstract

ABSTRACT : ANALYSIS KNOWLEDGE OF MOTHER ON THE GRANTING OF COMPLEMENTARY BREASTFEEDING WITH WEIGHT INFANTS IN BANYUMAS. Complementary breastfeeding is the transition from breastfeeding transition to feed their families. The introduction of complementary breastfeeding and provision should be made gradually form and amount, according to the baby's or child's digestive ability. Complementary breastfeeding is given from age 4 to 24 months. Increasingly increasing age of the baby or child, growing nutritional needs for growth and development of children, while the milk produced does not meet nutritional needs. This study aims to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge about the baby's mother giving complementary breastfeeding with infant weight change in the Tambak Sogra Village, Sumbang, Banyumas district in 2013. This research is analytic correlation with cross sectional approach. Samples used in this study were mothers of infants who had a baby aged 6 to 24 months. Samples in this study was 30 respondents. The results obtained from 8 respondents with good knowledge of most of the baby weight change was good (34.3%) in saying well if cords following the green line, of the 13 respondents with sufficient knowledge of most of the changes in the baby's weight is enough (55.3%) in saying  enough  if  the  lines  follow  the  yellow  ribbons,  and  from  9  respondents  with  poor knowledge of most of the baby weight change is bad (10.4%) in saying bad if the lines follow the red tape. There is a  level  of  knowledge mother infant  relationships on  giving  complementary breastfeeding with infant weight change.  Key words: Complementary breastfeeding, Infant Weight, Knowledge

Abstract

Ovarian cysts are a tumor, whether small or large, cystic or solid, benign or malignant. RSUD dr. R. Goeteng Tarunadibrata Purbalingga is a referral hospital with the incidence of ovarian cysts the last 2 years has increased significantly in 2015 there was 14% incidence of ovarian cysts and in 2016 there was 39% incidence of ovarian cysts, the case ranks second reproductive disorder. This is likely due to considerable risk factors such as parity and maternal age. The purpose of this study to determine whether there is a relationship between maternal age with the incidence of ovarian cysts in RSUD dr. R. Goeteng Tarunadibrata. Type of research with case control method with retrospective approach. Using total sampling technique counted 60 respondents, sampling group of ovarian cysts 30 respondents and control group 30 respondents miom with consideration because have same characteristic. The research instrument used the master table to record secondary data from the medical record. Result of research of Chi-Square parity with cyst got p value 1,000 for mother age with cyst got p value 0,001. There is relationship of mother age with ovarian cyst in RSUD dr. R. Abstract

Women in the teenage stage who experience menstrual disorders are around 75%. These risk factors include age of early menarche, family history of complaints of dysmenorrhea, abnormal Body Mass Index (BMI), fast food eating habits, menstrual bleeding duration, exposure to cigarette smoke, consumption of coffee and alexythimia. The preliminary study conducted by researchers on April 4, 2018 on 20 young women in SLTP Negeri 2 Kemangkon, obtained 15 young women who experienced menstrual pain during menstruation and 5 young women, including with overweight Body Mass Index (BMI) status, and 7 teenage girls. Skinny Mass Index (BMI), while 3 young women who did not experience menstrual pain with normal Body Mass Index (BMI). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of Body mass index (BMI with dysmenorrhea in female students at SLTP Negeri 2 Kemangkon. This research is quantitative analytical with a retrospective approach. Data analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The sampling technique uses total sampling technique, with the number of samples in this study is 69 respondents. The output of this study is the ISSN national scientific article and the instructional material on reproductive health midwifery care. The results of this study were the most frequent BMI (Body Mass Index) of respondents were 41 respondents (59.4%), the respondents who experienced primary dismenor were 60 respondents (87%). Chi-Square test results obtained p-value 0.469. This number means that there is no correlation between body mass index (BMI) and primary dysmenorrhea in Kemangkon State Junior High School 2 students in 2018. Abstract

ABSTRACT Perineal laceration or also known as perineal rupture is one of the most often trauma suffered by women during childbirth, even during normal delivery child birth process. Laceration can be classified as mild (first and second degrees) and severe (third and fourth degrees). Perineal laceration may occur due to several factors such as age of mother and parity. Large infant head and rigid perineal muscles in primiparous can cause perineal laceration due to the perineum is not strong enough to hold the babies head strain. This research aims to determine the relationship between age of mother and parity with perineal laceration degree at dr R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Hospital, Purbalingga. The research design uses corelation study with retrospective approach. Samples were collected using quota sampling technique. Respondents in this research were 305 mothers who gave birth spontaneously with perineal lacerations. Data was taken by performing documentation study using ssecondary data. There results of corellation between age of mother and perineal laceration degree with p-value 0,136 > ? 0,05 and corellation between parity with perineal laceration degree with p-value 0,000 < ? 0,05. The conclusions of this research are there was corellation between age of mother with perineal laceration degree and there was a significant relationship between parity with perineal laceration degree. Keywords: age of mother, parity, perineal laceration degree.

Abstract

Based on Riskesdas data, the prevalence of tumors / cancer in Indonesia shows an increase from 1.4 per 1000 population in 2013 to 1.79 per 1000 population in 2018. For the prevention and control of cancer in Indonesia, especially the two most types of cancers in Indonesia, namely cancer breast and cervix, the government has made various efforts including early detection of breast cancer and cervical cancer in women aged 30-50 years using the Clinical Breast Examination (SADANIS) method or Self Breast Examination (SADARI). The problem of breast examination should be done alone as an initial screening. Members of Dawis Mawar 3 are women of reproductive age, where of the 25 members there have been incidents of 2 people suffering from breast tumors and 1 person with enlargement in the armpit gland, but the condition makes 1 person visit an alternative clinic. Abstract

The achievement of exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia have not reached the expected number that is equal to 80%. According to a report in 2012 IDHS achievement of exclusive breastfeeding was 42%. Meanwhile, according to a report from the Provincial Health Office in 2013, coverage breastfeeding 0-6 months is only 54.3%. Dr. R. Goeteng Tarunadibrata Purbalingga a C class hospitals have inpatient and outpatient sufficient to Purbalingga regency. Medical personnel are competent and dedicated in health care as well as Mother Hood Safe program implemented in dr. R. Goeteng Tarunadibrata postpartum mothers should assist in increasing the production of milk to support exclusive breastfeeding programs that are beneficial to the baby. It can also support the raise coverage-exclusive breastfeeding from 46.1% to 80% as targeted work program Purbalingga Health Department. The purpose of this study was to analyze differences in milk production before and after the massage and treatment of breast oxytocin on postpartum mother in dr. R. Goeteng Tarunadibrata Purbalingga. The benefits of this research is to help postpartum mothers in increasing milk production so as to give exclusive breastfeeding for the baby. Target outcomes in this study are published in the national journal ISSN air, contribute to the development of knowledge about the increased production of milk in puerperal women, and enrichment of teaching materials on the subjects of midwifery care for women. Design of this research is quantitative descriptive approach one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study 30 for women. The results of the study milk production difference before and after the massage and treatment of breast oxytocin on postpartum mother in dr. R. Goeteng Tarunadibrata Purbalingga that there is a relationship between oxytocin and treatment of breast massage to breast milk in milk production in the postpartum mother postpartum room Bogenvile dr. Abstract

Maternal mortality remains a major problem in Indonesia. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia is relatively high, in 2009, that is 226 / 100,000live births (KH), and the biggest cause of AKI is postpartum hemorrhage that is equalto 80%. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in hospitals Banjarnegara 20092010 will be higher as many as 238 cases compared Purbalingga Hospital. Todetermine the characteristics of the birth mothers with postpartum hemorrhage inBanjarnegara District Hospital 2009-2010. This type of research is quantitative descriptive retrospective approach, andsecondary data types. Samples were taken using a total of 238 respondents sampling.Data collected by the master table. The Postpartum Hemorrhage Figures Genesis 3.9%, based on the age of thegreatest at the age of 20-35 years (72.7%), the smallest age <20 years (13.4%). Theparity parity 2-5 (multiparous) (56.3%), the smallest in the parity grandemultipara(2.1%). Based on the factors causing the biggest caused by a retained placenta at53%, and the smallest is caused by inversio uteri and uterine rupture of 0.4%.The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage of 3.7% - 3.9% of 3138 deliveries, thelargest maternal age 20-35 years of age (72.7%). The maternal parity 2-5(multiparous) (56.3%). And the biggest cause factor caused by retained placenta(53%).Keywords: Maternity, Postpartum Hemorrhage

Abstract

The growth of the total population in Indonesia is increasing beyond thecarrying capacity of the growth of life available. Based on the preliminary studyin Banyumas General Hospital from January to December 2010 KB is obtainedfrom 393 participants, who use an IUD 210 (41.58%), after an interview on 21March 2010 to 4 postpartum mothers who use an IUD their average basiceducation (elementary / junior high school), from the 4th respondent answeredthree people do not know about the IUD, while one person answered alreadyknow about the IUD. To examine the relationship of knowledge and education postpartummother against IUD in Banyumas General Hospital in 2010.Methods: This study was descriptive correlation with cross sectional approach, thesample used is accidental sampling, 30 postpartum mother who was in hospitalwhen investigators Banyumas data collection.Results: 30 respondents showed, mother knowledge about the IUD is pretty muchas 23 respondents (76.7%), basic education levels as many as 22 respondents(73.4%), do not choose a contraceptive IUD as many as 17 respondents (56.7 %) The results of Chi-Square test is known there is no relationship ofknowledge about contraceptive IUD puerperal women with contraceptive IUD (p= 0.246> α = 0.05). which means that Ho is accepted and Ha rejected. Abstract

he frequency of placenta previa in developing countries ranges from 1 to 2.4%,the maternal mortality rate due to placenta previa approximately 0.1 to 5%, while theperinatal mortality rate due to placenta previa around 7-25%.Objective: To determine the relationship between mother's age with the incidence of placentaprevia in pregnant women in Banyumas General Hospital in 2010. This study was cross sectional with retrosfektif approach based on secondary data,the sampling technique using total sampling technique, which uses data retrieved medicalrecords of all pregnant women who visited hospitals in Banyumas in 2010 about 2935pregnant women. The results of this study are of a total sample of 2395 pregnant women aged 20-35years with as many as 1918 people, while pregnant women with age <20 were 106 peopleand> 35 years as many as 371 people. Pregnant women with age <20 years old who haveplacenta previa as many as five people (14.7%) and age> 35 years old who have placentaprevia as many as 25 people (73.5%) more than the age of 20-35 years as many as 4 people(11.8%). There is a relationship between age and pregnant women with placenta previa. There is a relationship between age and pregnant women with placenta previa inBanyumas General Hospital in 2010 with a low relationship strength so that it can beconcluded that the incidence of placenta previa is not only caused by maternal age alone butalso due to other factors.Keywords: Age of Pregnancy, Placenta Previa.

Mortality Ms. ( AKI) And Mortality Baby ( AKB) in Indonesia pertained still highenough. One of the effort degradation of ACCUMULATOR and AKB is Antenatal visit of Care ( Ministry of Health, 2011). Pursuant to done/conducted by survey pre data in PKD Kertasari inthe year 2009 to 54 pregnant mother and only 47 ( 87%) pregnant mother execute Antenatal visitof Care. Knowing Antenatal visit frequency of Care at pregnant mother in PKD Kertasari, Districtof Kalibening, Sub-Province Banjarnegara Year 2010. Research type is quantitative descriptive, with approach of retrospektif. Its populationentire/all pregnant mother in PKD Kertasari, District of Kalibening, Sub-ProvinceBanjarnegara Year 2010. its Intake technique of nya use total technique of sampling that isentire/all pregnant mother which reside in region in PKD Kertasari. Ms. pregnancy doing/conducting Antenatal visit of Care counted 62%. Pursuant topregnant mother age which do/conduct Antenatally of Biggest Care that is at age 20 until 35year, pursuant to parity that is at nullipara group that is 78%.
