Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat adalah untuk melaksanakan salah satu TriDharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selain itu agar para penggerak bisnis UMKM dapat meningkatkan pemasaran dan membantu semua Program Pemerintah untuk masyarakat sekitar terutama dalam memberdayakan keaktifan anggotanya berwirausaha mengembangkan potensi wilayah terutama di lingkungan masyarakat Desa Belega, guna meningkatkan kesadaran untuk mendapatkan kesejahteraan yang lebih baik lagi. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah kami melakukan survey dengan mendatangi lokasi serta melakukan wawancara dan observasi kepada pemilik UMKM UD Merta Yasa, Desa Belega, Kabupaten Gianyar, Denpasar, Bali dan menyampaikan maksud akan memberikan pelatihan pada tanggal 1-3 Maret. Pelatihan ini bertujuan agar para anggota dan pemilik UMKM Merta Yasa dalam pengembangan usaha UMKM atau Usaha Rumahan ini mampu berkembang yang tentunya harus didasari dengan memiliki pengetahuan manajemen yang baik. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat yang diperoleh adalah bertambahnya keilmuan dan pengalaman para anggota dan pemilik UMKM Merta Yasa yang selama ini masih minim tentang pemasaran, promosi, manajemen keuangan, suply chain, inventory dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital sehingga mereka memiliki pandangan yang lebih baik lagi tentang pentingnya meningkatkan keilmuan mereka sebagai wirausahawan atau enterepreneur sehingga mampu menciptakan produk unggulan yang berkualitas agar mampu menembus pasar global. diharapkan mampu memberikan semangat baru bagi kita dalam menyampaikan materi dan motivasi serta berkontribusi bagi generasi muda, baik dilingkungan sekolah, kampus, masyarakat dan keluarga. Pelatihan tersebut juga diharapkan tidak hanya berpedoman pada hasil saja melainkan juga pada proses sehingga masyarakat mampu mempertahankan dan juga meningkatkan kualitas dari produk jualannya.

Abstract

AbstractThis community service is entitled "Empowerment of Creative Businesses with Financial Management to Maximize Profits at Rumah Gemilang Indonesia Al Azhar, Sawangan Depok". The purpose of this service is to give guidance to students (participants) that they must become young people who have creativity in entrepreneurship, and empower creative businesses that are always innovating, in addition to providing knowledge to participants (students) about financial management methods that can provide maximum profit in entrepreneurship so that they can become successful entrepreneurs in the future. The method of implementing this service is carried out in a number of activities, namely the survey phase by visiting Gemilang Indonesia's House and then socializing there with the leadership of Gemilang's house after that compiling various things to be conveyed during the service activities to be carried out which include: preparation of material to be given, preparation of schedules provision of material, division of tasks of the devotion team and surveys to the service location. The socialization phase is before the community service activities are carried out first, the socialization phase is to make a friendship with the leaders of Rumah Gemilang Indonesia, conveying the aims and objectives of this service. At this stage also carried out the fabric of cooperation and determine the schedule of service activities. The implementing team of community service activities is 9 lecturers at the Faculty of Economics majoring in management. The dedication team provided material on Creative Business Empowerment with Financial Management to Maximize Profit at Gemilang Indonesia Al Alzhar House, Sawangan Depok, conducted by lecturers from the Faculty of Economics, Management Study Program at the University of Pamulang. The conclusion of this dedication is that participants initially did not understand how to be able to create creative businesses and implement financial management so that their businesses could obtain maximum profits. Our hope with this dedication can open insight from female and female students who will face the world of society. The material we provide is learning and practice in the field of management, especially good financial management as well as study material and input for these students to be able to implement it in daily life, so that it can help and improve scientific levels and be inspired in making home-based businesses that are will be very useful in their lives in the future.Keywords: Creative Business, Financial Management, Profit.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui “Seberapa besar pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Modernland Realty, Tbk, Jakarta Selatan.” Pada penelitian ini, variabel independen yaitu Lingkungan Kerja (X1) dan Stres Kerja (X2), sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik. Adapun  jumlah  sampel  diperoleh  dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu menjadikan seluruh populasi karyawan PT. Modernland Realty, Tbk menjadi sampel yang berjumlah 70 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 21. Teknik uji sampling menggunakan metode sensus dan teknik pengambilan data diantaranya “Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik meliputi uji normalitas, multikolinieritas, heterokedastisitas, serta Uji Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Koefisien Korelasi, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, dan Uji Hipotesis.” Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa “Lingkungan Kerja dan Stres Kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh sebesar 47,7% terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 52,3%, dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.”

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dan pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Modernland Realty Tbk. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode assosiatif kuantitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 130 orang karyawan. Metode analisis data dengan “Uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, persamaan regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan pengujian hipotesis.” Hasil penelitian menunjukkan korelasi berganda sebesar r = 0, 679 yang berarti hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan berada pada kategori kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) tersebut diperoleh sebesar 46,2%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa besarnya kontribusi ketiga variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar 46,2%, sedangkan selebihnya 53,8% dipengaruhi faktor-faktor lain. Adapun hasil uji F dapat diperoleh nilai f hitung > f tabel yaitu 36.018> 2,68 dan nilai sig 0,000 < 0,005. Abstract

The purpose of community service is to find out how closely the management of the cage and feed does have implications for cattle fattening in the Sindanglaya Village, Subang Regency and the empowerment of the local community. The measurement method uses three approaches including (1) phenomenalogical research method in which the method is based on the philosophy of postpositivism used in object conditions, key instruments, data collection techniques carried out by triangulation (combined) the results of the analysis are inductive to suppress the meaning of Creswell 2009 generalization ( in his book Sugiyono 2017: 24), (2) The grounded theory method of this research is one type of qualitative methods, to attract generalizations that are observed inductively, (3) Ethnography method is qualitative strategy (Crewell 2009) states one type of qualitative research is conducting Study of group culture through interview observation. The results of observations and interviews on community service can be revealed that beef cattle are declared a potential livestock subsector commodity. from the high demand for beef requires effective breakthrough efforts and support from the government and the community. The existence of governance of cows and cattle feed has implications for sustainable cattle fattening programs. The quality of feed is very implicated in the acceleration of beef cattle fattening. The concept of cage management has an impact on cattle health, and traditional food which produces added value in empowering the workforce. for increasing people's welfare.Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Feed, and Fattening

Abstract

This study aims to test empirically whether the effect of training and motivation is applied to realize employee performance at PT PLN Lenteng Agung Area. Located on Jalan Raya Duren Tiga No.100, South Jakarta, which consists of 50 respondents (37 male and 13 female) using the Slovin sample method. This research uses quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques, namely by observation and distributing questionnaires / questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests (normality, heteroscedasticity, and multicollinearity tests) along with multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression analysis which were processed using SPSS 22. The results of this study can be seen from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.891+ 0.658X1 + 0.786X2 This can be interpreted that employee performance without the support of training and work motivation (constant) is 9.891 and any changes in the joint increase between the training and work motivation variables will determine the level of employee performance, every one point increase in the training variable due to an increase in the employee performance score of 0.658 and every time there is an increase in job training variables due to an increase in the employee performance score of 0.786. Thus the better the training and work motivation, the higher the level of employee performance. Based on the results of the F test, it can be seen that f is with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 then the degree of freedom (df) is (k-1) or the degree of the numerator and (n- k) for the degree of denominator where n = number of observations and k = the number of variables, then the F table is obtained of 3.08. So that the value of f is greater than f (33,426> 3.08). Thus the test results show that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This indicates that together (simultaneously) the independent variables (training and motivation) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (performance).

Abstract

The background of the problem in this research is about along with the progress of the times and science and technology, human food needs are also increasing rapidly. Various kinds of food products began to be varied with various shapes, colors, and tastes. Sales promotion is also synonymous with various interesting and entertaining activities. With enough food, the human food chain will be fulfilled properly. remembering that, food is a basic need that is very important for human survival. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and brand image, either partially or simultaneously on purchasing decisions on PT SHAZA products (a case study in the South Tangerang area). In this study, data were collected through a questionnaire method using a Likert scale on 100 consumers with a simple random sampling technique using non-probability sampling analysis and parametric inferential statistics. The data analysis techniques used are: 1. Validity test, 2. Reliability test, 3. Classical assumption test, 4. Multiple linear regression test,5. Test the correlation coefficient 6. Test the coefficient of determination 7. Test the hypothesis partially and simultaneously. There is no significant effect between promotions on consumer purchasing decisions based on research results. There is a significant influence between the Brand Image variables on purchasing decisions based on the research that the author did and there is a simultaneous significant effect between promotion variables and Brand Image on consumer purchasing decisions based on research results.

Abstract

THE IMPLEMENTATION OF HEUTAGOGY LEARNING IN THE MBKM PROGRAM IN PTKIS The study's goal is to learn about the main points of MBKM policies, learning activities "three semesters of student learning rights," and steps for implementing heutagogy learning in the MBKM program "three semesters of learning rights outside study programs" at PTKIS. This research is important and interesting to conduct as a supplement to similar research that is still providing minimal and constructive input to PTKIS that have not/are not implementing MBKM. This research method is qualitative, and it is based on library research. The data gathered from various books, journals, and previous research findings were analyzed using the Miles and Hubarman paradigm, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The study's findings are as follows: (1) there are four main points of MBKM policies that all PT/PTKIS must implement; (2) there are eight MBKM activities "right to learn three semesters outside the study program" that all PT/PTKIS must hold; and (3) there are eight steps of heutagogy learning from Blaschke Lisa Marie that are suitable to be applied in the MBKM program "right to learn three semesters outside the study program" as the final level and continuum of pedagogy and andragogy learning.

Abstract

Manajemen Keuangan untuk Memaksimalkan Laba di Rumah Gemilang Indonesia Al Azhar, Sawangan Depok”. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah  untuk memberikan pengarahan kepada santri (peserta) bahwa mereka harus menjadi generasi muda yang memiliki kreatifitas dalam berwirausaha, dan melakukan pemberdayaan usaha kreatif yang selalu berinovasi, selain itu memberikan pengetahuan kepada para peserta (santri) tentang metode manajemen keuangan yang bisa memberikan keuntungan yag maksimal dalam berwirausaha agar mereka bisa menjadi wirausahawan yang sukses ke depan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa kegiatan yaitu tahap survei dengan berkunjung ke Rumah Gemilang Indonesia lalu sosialisasi disana dengan pimpinan rumah Gemilang setelah itu menyusun berbagai hal yang akan disampaikan pada saat kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan yang meliputi: penyusunan materi yang akan diberikan, penyusunan jadwal pemberian materi, pembagian tugas tim pengabdian dan survei ke lokasi pengabdian. Tahap sosialisasi yaitu sebelum kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan tahap sosialisasi yaitu melakukan silaturahmi dengan pimpinan Rumah Gemilang Indonesia, menyampaikan maksud dan tujuan pengabdian ini. Pada tahap ini juga dilakukan jalinan kerjasama dan menentukan jadwal kegiatan pengabdian. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah dosen Fakultas Ekonomi jurusan manajemen sebanyak 9 orang. Tim pengabdian memberikan materi tentang Pemberdayaan Usaha Kreatif dengan Manajemen Keuangan untuk Memaksimalkan Laba di Rumah Gemilang Indonesia Al Azhar, Sawangan Depok yang dilakukan oleh dosen dosen dari Fakultas Ekonomi Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Pamulang. Kesimpulan dari pengabdian ini adalah Peserta awalnya kurang memahami bagaimana cara agar bisa menciptakan usaha kreatif dan menerapkan manajemen keuangan agar usaha mereka bisa meperolah laba yang maksimal. Harapan kami dengan pengabdian ini dapat membuka wawasan dari santriwan dan santriwati yang akan menghadapi dunia masyarakat. Materi yang kami berikan yaitu pembelajaran dan praktek dalam bidang manajemen khususnya manajemen keuangan yang baik sekaligus bahan kajian dan masukan bagi para santriwan/santriwati tersebut untuk dapat mengimplementasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga dapat membantu dan meningkatkan tingkat keilmuan dan terinspirasi dalam membuat usaha rumahan yang akan sangat bermanfaat dalam kehidupan mereka pada masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of Transformational Leadership Style and work environments on employee performance at CV. Mitra Rajaya, both individually and collectively. The method employed is a quantitative approach with a descriptive focus. Random sampling was used to select a sample of 96 respondents. Data analysis involved validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings show that Transformational Leadership Style has a significant impact on employee performance, as does the work environment. Additionally, Transformational Leadership Style and the work environment collectively have a significant influence on employee performance. The correlation coefficient value, indicating the strength of the relationship between the independent and dependent variables, is 0.833, signifying a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination, which represents the combined influence, is 0.694 or 69.4%, with other factors accounting for the remaining 30.6%.
