<![CDATA[AbstractThe aim of this journal is to enhance studentsâ listening skill especially the students of grade 6thof Klasaman 2 Elementary School, Sorong City, West Papua Province. The model of the research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The researcher used test in cycles and observation sheet to due the data. The result of the data is 61% students succeed to execute the exercises in second cycle. Meanwhile, the students need more thing to help the students for example picture. The picture helped the students to remind the sentences they heard from the latest whispering person. The mean of scores in cycle 1 is 56.25 from 100 and cycle 2 is 87.5 from 100. Moreover, the students also learn character value by this game, they learnt to give appreciation for their friends whether they were succeed or failed. This game helped students to learn happily and fun.It can be proven by the observation sheet.The result and discussion of this study revealed that the implementation of whispering team game enhances studentsâ listening skill.The conclusion of this study revealed that the implementation of whispering team game enhances studentsâ listening skill. Keywords: Whispering Team, Studentsâ Listening Skill]]>

It isknown, the development of information technology is currently so rapid. There are manysimulation programs about designing various fields on the internet, both those that are paid andthose that can be downloaded for free by anyone. Technological developments are increasinglyneeded by children, teenagers, young people and parents. It is estimated that it can launch businessunits such as internet cafes or wi-fi homes so as to reduce the number of unemployed youth inKalawalu. The purpose of this community service activity is that the general public in theKalawalu sub-district have capabilities in the field of computer networks and with that capability,young people can support the internet cafe business or home wi-fi so that they can maximizeaccess to the results and reduce the numbers of unemployed in the Kalawalu village.]]>

<![CDATA[In this era of modernization, a successful consultation process can increase its efficiency and effectiveness by utilizing information technology that has been successfully developed by the internet. The development of computer technology, encouraged communities and groups to compete to improve the quality of their services in various fields. Awareness of this must also be used by the Higher Education Institution as a student provider. The computerized Academic Consultation System that is used through the internet network is needed to facilitate students to carry out the coaching process together with academic advisors. This system is very easy to control and evaluate as a whole based on the College Leaders or other implementers at the Faculty level. The system development model used in this study is model prototypes and data collected through observation, interviews and literature. The programming language used is PHP and the software interface for designing using Adobe Dreamweaver CS. Making a database using MySQL with the XAMMP application. The system testing was using black box testing and the results found that the system can run well and in accordance with their respective functions.]]>

<![CDATA[Accompanied by the development of information technology, communication technology has developed rapidly. One sector that is developing in the field of tourism which contributes to more interactive information through the internet. Where Maybrat Regency has considerable tourism and cultural potential, it is managed by the Maybrat Regency Tourism and Culture Community which is very useful if managed well and effectively. This is to improve the economy of the community, the quality of human resources, through tourism assistance that enables increased regional pride. Accurate presentation of the area that can be used to increase revenue in the region itself. Now there is not enough information about tourist objects in Maybrat Regency so that not many tourists and people know the potential of tourism objects. The system development model used is the prototype model. By building interfaces using Adobe Dreamweaver CS6. The database is stored using php and displayed via XAMMP. This system is also built on the framework of a system that is a code igniter.]]>

<![CDATA[Academic Potential Test (TPA) is a test used to measure a person's ability level. At the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) Victory University, Sorong, TPA was held before the Field Experience Program (PPL) where the implementation was still manual, namely the test was carried out in writing using paper and corrections by the lecturer. It takes a long time to correct and uses a lot of paper. The purpose of this research is to design a Web-Based Academic Potential Test Information System. System development used the prototype method. This research used the PHP programming language, the database is built using MySQL. The result of this study is that this web-based academic potential test information system helps FKIP in conducting online academic potential tests, where this test can be taken anywhere and can see the results directly after taking the test]]>

<![CDATA[Management Information System is a comprehensive, coordinated and rationally integrated set of information subsystems capable of transforming data into information through a series of ways to increase productivity in accordance with the style and nature of managers on the basis of established data quality criteria. Technological developments require every institution, both government and private, to provide services to be able to serve effectively and efficiently. Management is defined as a typical process consisting of planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring carried out to determine and attempt to achieve goals by utilizing human resources and other resources. In the work process of Victory Sorong University, the General Administration Bureau (ADUM) carries out administrative management processes still manually, this can be seen from the survey results that the data management process is carried out in manual books. This is a major issue that needs attention. Manual conditions can support data loss due to several factors. The importance of the role and function of general administration management as the main task of a government agency, private or organization, so it is necessary to implement an integrated information system using PHP and MySQL database.]]>

Internet can facilitate the public in getting information in various ways, one of which is information about housing promotion. Home is a primary need which must be fulfilled by every human being, family and even an organization. The purpose of this study is to design a website-based mortgage promotion information system (case study: PT. Mulia Indah Permatasari). The development model of this system is waterfall model. <![CDATA[This research was conducted with the intent and purpose to help provide information about courses in the Sorong City area, especially at the University of Victory Sorong, namely Dalyes Couse. This course previously used introductory media or physical promotional materials such as brochure printing. The researcher intends to create a web-based course application as a modern way to introduce and promote the Dalyes Course. The data collection method used in this research is the waterfall method. The results of this study are the Design of a Web-Based Course Information System for the Dalyes Course which includes the structure of the Dalyes Course and the teacher data in it. Researchers believe that this application can help managers in the promotion process and the learning process. The system is made with the programming language used is PHP and software for designing interfaces using Sublime Text Editor/AdobeDreamweaver CS6. Database creation using MySQL with XAMPP application. The result of this research is a Dalyes Course website with admin functions to add teacher data, manage data edits, schedule inputs and confirm payments. The teacher's function is to upload material, enter value data and absent data. Student functions to download certificates, view grades and course schedules.]]>
