Abstract

The preparation of this article is based on the ethical issues that are applied in business activities in the Islamic banking business institutions associated with legal status in the Islamic view. Articles in exciting to do because they want to know how the application of ethics which should be implemented in the institution of Islamic banking business in running the business. For example in matters of operations and services to customers. This article carried on a Professor of Islamic Economics at the State Islamic University of North Sumatera. Focus on the issues of thought leaders M. Yasir Nasution on Ethics in Islamic Banking Business. Some of the discussion, the ethics that should be applied to the Islamic banking business is not only formed on the formal rules but also must understand the substantive sharia. By applying dormant qualities cultivate Apostles in the work environment will allow businesses to be able to carry out its activities with the principles of Islam.Penulisan artikel ini didasari pada permasalahan etika yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan bisnis di perbankan Islam dan dikaitkan dengan status hukumnya dalam pandangan Islam. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan etika yang seharusnya diterapkan di perbankan Islam ketika menjalankan bisnisnya, terutama dalam kegiatan operasional dan pelayanan terhadap nasabah. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seorang Guru Besar Ekonomi Islam di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sumatera Utara. Fokus permasalahan adalah pada pemikiran M. Yasir Nasution tentang Etika dalam bisnis perbankan Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa etika yang seharusnya diterapkan pada bisnis perbankan Islam tidak hanya terbentuk pada aturan formal tetapi juga harus memahami substantif syariahnya. Dengan menerapkan sifat-sifat terpuji Rasul dalam lingkungan pekerjaan, maka akan memudahkan pelaku bisnis untuk dapat menjalankan kegiatannya sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam.

Abstract

Perbedaan pendapat tentang asuransi syariah masih menjadi perdebatan dikalangan ulama hingga saat ini, Asuransi Syariah sendiri merupakan isu kontemporer yang menjadi ikhtilaf. studi ini mencoba melihat sisi asuransi dari kaca mata maqasid syariah. Implementasi maqasid syariah pada asuransi merupakan titik temu antara tujuan ditetapkannya syariah. Perlindungan agama dalam asuransi syariah direalisasikan dalam bentuk transaksi yang dimulai dengan kontribusi dalam bentuk tabarru' (donasi). Selain hal tersebut terdapat produk asuransi haji. Usaha asuransi syariah dalam aspek perlindungan jiwa terdapat pada hal-hal yang menyebabkan terancamnya jiwa, kerusakan anggota badan yang menyebabkan kecacatan ataupun kematian seseorang. Peranan asuransi pada kemaslahatan jiwa ini lebih ditekankan pada aspek pencegahan (min nahiyyati al- ‘adam). Pada kemaslahatan akal, asuransi tidak secara spesifik melindungi. Namun, salah satu upaya manusia untuk melindungi akal ialah dengan cara menuntut ilmu. Disinilah letak asuransi memainkan perannya sebagai penyandang dana pendidikan. Contoh produk asuransi yang melindungi kemaslahatan akal adalah asuransi takaful dana siswa atau asuransi beasiswa. Dalam perlindungan terhadap keturunan, peranan asuransi lebih ditekankan pada segi adanya (min nahiyyati al- wujud) yaitu mewujudkan kemaslahatan ahli waris atau keluarga yang ditinggal. Terakhir, dalam memberikan perlindungan terhadap harta, asuransi memberikan jasa dalam penanggulangan risiko atas kerugian, kehilangan manfaat, dan tanggung jawab hukum kepada pihak ketiga yang timbul dari peristiwa yang tidak pasti. Contoh asuransi yang melindungi kemaslahatan harta adalah asuransi takaful umum, misalnya takful kebakaran

Abstract

The development of technology in the digital era is an absolute thing. Various activities and community activities are required to adapt to the use of technology and various digital-based media. Zakat management is one of the various activities in the community that are also encouraged to adapt. This study aims to map research on digital zakat management. A qualitative research approach was used in this study with meta-analytical methods and descriptive statistics processed from a literature review of 52 articles related to the digitization of zakat management. The results of this study indicate that the number of digital zakat management publications continues to increase. Several aspects were studied related to the digital zakat development and accountability strategy. This study recommends the basis for selecting relevant strategies in zakat management in the digital era by referring to various studies that have been carried out. Perkembangan teknologi di era digital menjadi suatu hal yang mutlak terjadi. Berbagai aktivitas dan kegiatan masyarakat dituntut untuk beradaptasi dalam pemanfaatan teknologi dan berbagai media berbasis digital. Pengelolaan zakat menjadi salah satu dari berbagai aktivitas di masyarakat yang turut didorong untuk beradaptasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan penelitian mengenai pengelolaan zakat digital. Pendekatan penelitian kualitatif digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan metode meta analisis dan statistik deskriptif yang diolah dari kajian pustaka terhadap 52 artikel terkait digitalisasi pengelolaan zakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan jumlah publikasi pengelolaan zakat digital terus meningkat. Beberapa aspek yang dikaji terkait strategi pengembangan dan akuntabilitas zakat digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan dasar pemilihan strategi yang relevan dalam pengelolaan zakat di era digital dengan mengacu pada berbagai penelitian yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

The research aims to explain the impact of awareness, lifestyle, and halal certification on people’s buying interest in MSME’s halal food products in DKI Jakarta Province. To the best of researchers’ knowledge based on the previous articles, there are no research titles that discuss the three variables simultaneously regarding the influence on the buying interest. Therefore, this research has some aspect of novelty compared to previous studies. Quantitative method is used for research methods that refer to numerical data. The subjects for this research are 150 consumers of MSME’s halal food products in the DKI Jakarta Province. Primary data collection is used as a technical data collection. Primary data was acquired from the distribution of questionnaires to MSME halal food consumers. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used were descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis. The findings of this study among the three variables are used, two only have a significant influence on the buying interest whereas the three variables together have a significant influence on the buying interest of MSME products. To increase the buying interest of halal food products for MSMEs in DKI Jakarta, factors that can be considered important are halal awareness and halal lifestyle, because both have a significant impact on the buying interest. This can be interpreted if the two variables are increase it will also increase the buying interest of MSME’s halal food products in DKI Jakarta. On the other hand, if the three variables are considered simultaneously it will have a significant influence on buying interest.

Abstract

The development of the SME sector in Indonesia is growing every year. However, since the emergence of the Covid-19 outbreak which has been confirmed for the first time to enter Indonesia since March 2020, the SME sector has become increasingly suboptimal in its development. The presence of fintech makes it easier for people to apply for financing rather than applying for financing to banks. The emergence of fintech companies that have products specifically for SMEs, namely sharia invoice financing such as the one at PT. Investree. The purpose of this study is to determine the strategy and effectiveness of SME development through sharia invoice financing of PT. Investree during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach. The result of this research is the strategy implemented by PT. Investree in developing SMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic is to strengthen collaboration with ecosystem partners, improve credit scoring capabilities and innovate business processes. Then, to see the effectiveness of providing financing using indicators of quality, administration, price and the right amount and time which can support the effectiveness of providing sharia invoice financing at PT. Investree during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

The development of Islamic banking in Indonesia is increasingly progressing quite rapidly. This development is evidenced by the increasing total number of Islamic commercial banks, as well as the very large number of Islamic people's financing banks. This study aims to investigate the comparison between BUS and BPRS. This study uses a quantitative methodology with data analysis techniques using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and a different test using an independent sample t-test. The population used is 5 Islamic Commercial Banks (BUS) and 5 Sharia People's Financing Banks (BPRS) in West Java with data samples of fixed assets, savings, operational costs, financing, and operating profit. This study uses secondary data sourced from the official website of the Financial Services Authority. The results of this study are that BPRS has a higher average efficiency level than BUS, and there is no significant difference between BUS efficiency and BPRS in 2017, 2018, and 2019 based on DEA CRS and DEA VRS.Berkembangnya perbankan syariah di Indonesia semakin memiliki kemajuan yang cukup pesat. Perkembangan ini dibuktikan dari angka total bank umum syariah yang meningkat, serta angka bank pembiayaan rakyat syariah yang berjumlah sangat besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi perbandingan antara BUS dengan BPRS. Penelitian ini memakai metodologi kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data memakai Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), serta uji beda menggunakan sampel independent t test. Populasi yang digunakan adalah lima Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) dan lima Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) di Jawa Barat dengan sampel data aset tetap, simpanan, biaya operasional, pembiayaan, dan laba operasional, kemudian data sekunder yang bersumber dari website resmi Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. Hasil dari penelitian menjelaskan bahwa BPRS memiliki rata-rata tingkat efisiensi yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan BUS, serta tidak terdapatnya perbedaan yang signifikan antara efisiensi BUS dengan BPRS pada tahun 2017, 2018, dan 2019 berdasarkan DEA CRS maupun DEA VRS.

Abstract

Users of wadiah savings accounts are more desirable in Islamic banks, this can be seen from the amount of wadiah savings in the financing data and third party funds of Islamic commercial banks in Islamic Banking Statistics 2020. The increase in users of wadiah savings accounts occupies 1.2% compared to mudharabah savings. The purpose of this study was to determine student perceptions of service quality and promotion of interest in using wadiah contracts in Islamic banks. This analysis uses service quality and promotion as independent variables. The dependent variable is interest. The sample of this research is students who have savings at Bank Syariah Mandri, Bank Negara Indonesia Syariah and Bank Rakyat Indonesia Syariah. Collecting data using a questionnaire that was distributed directly as many as 100 questionnaires. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, with hypothesis testing t test and f test. The results of this study indicate that service quality has a significant positive effect on interest, while promotion has a positive but not significant effect on interest. For service quality and promotion together have a significant positive effect on interest. The results of this study in the future contribute to the increase in Islamic bank customers through the use of wadiah contracts by improving the quality of services they have and increasing the promotions created.

Abstract

This study uses independent variables, namely halal awareness and lifestyle to know and analyze the influence of these two variables on Muslim consumers' purchasing decisions on Japanese food in Jakarta. This research study uses quantitative methods. The source of the population taken by the researcher comes from Muslim consumers who have visited or have purchased food products from Japanese restaurants in Jakarta. For the number of samples in this study using as many as 150 respondents from consumers of Yoshinoya, Pepper Lunch, and Ramen Seirock-Ya restaurants in the Jakarta area. The data collection instrument studied was obtained by distributing questionnaires. To determine the magnitude of the influence of variables in this study, the analytical technique used is multiple linear analysis. SPSS (Statistics Package for Social science) software version 20 is the tool used to process this study. The results of the tests carried out showed that the variables of halal awareness and lifestyle had a positive and significant effect partially and jointly on the purchasing decisions of Muslim consumers on Japanese food in Jakarta.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan populasi muslim terbesar di dunia. Di era disrupsi seperti saat ini, generasi milenial merupakan generasi yang memainkan peranan penting dalam berkontribusi terhadap program pemerintah. Salah satu program yang dicanangkan adalah pengembangan keuangan syariah nasional. Di sisi lain, tingkat literasi dan inkluasi keuangan syariah masih sangat rendah. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengedukasi dan mensosialisasikan kepada masyarakat, khususnya di tingkat pelajar terkait ekonomi dan keuangan syariah, sehingga dapat mendorong peningkatan literasi dan keuangan syariah di masyarakat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk tes pendahuluan, pemaparan, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta tes penutup. Kegiatan dilakukan secara online dengan memanfaatkan platform Google form dan Google meet. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait prinsip dasar dan pengembangan ekonomi dan keuangan syariah. Melalui kegiatan ini, direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan kegiatan edukasi dan sosialisasi ekonomi dan keuangan syariah yang berkelanjutan kepada berbagai unsur masyarakat.
