Abstract

The purpose of this study is to encourage ownership, responsibility and to develop stakeholders and policy makers for the river normalization program in the pre-construction, construction and post-construction stages. The use of the IPA method to measure community satisfaction in the quadrants on the Importance Performance Matrix map. The results of the study showed that the socialization from the Department of Water and Public Works, when the project was finished, was not in line with community expectations. Flood control projects that have been built, coordination with the contractor at the time of project implementation, socialization from the city government prior to project implementation, socialization from the city government when the project is finished, socialization from the river hall at the time before project implementation, socialization from the river hall at the time the project was completed, dissemination of information from the irrigation service prior to project implementation, and community involvement in project implementation. The process of land clearing, and the price agreement that has been reached. Improved land clearing, and price agreements that have been reached can be reconsidered because their impact on the benefits felt by the community is very small.

Abstract

The main problem of livestock raising is feed, for that reason, the government issued an policy about integrated livestock farming with plants/plantations especially oil palm which has the potential to produce feed resources which was abundant, inexpensive, continuous, and does not compete with human needs. The activity was carried out in Lamandau District, Central Kalimantan Province. The objective of the research is to look at the level of adoption of complete feed technology from the by-products of the oil palm plantation industry and organic fertilizer in order to initiate the activities of palm oil - cattle integration. A total of 10 farmer groups, 3 individuals and 1 Livestock Breeding Center of Agriculture services were became cooperators. The business activities of cooperator were include animal husbandry, horticultural crop farming and oil palm plantations. The assessment of the level of adoption is done through interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGD) and field monitoring, which are classified into 3 criteria, namely low (0.0 - 33.3%), moderate (33.4 - 66.7%) and high (66.8 - 100%). Introduction of technology and accompaniment activities were carried out for 3 years. The FGD activities involved various stakeholders such as the Regional Government, PBS of Palm Oil, Banking, and Farmer Groups. Direct practice is done for farmer group learning. The results of this study showed that in the first year only 1 farmer group adopted feed and organic fertilizer technology. The second-year the level of adoption of cattle feed was 33.33% with the range production of 5-20 tons/month, solid organic fertilizer 33.33% with the ring production of 3-20 tons/month and liquid organic fertilizer (biourine) 33.33% with the range production of 1,000-4,000 liters/month. The third-year the adoption level of cattle feed is 100% with the range production of 1-20 tons/month, 100% solid organic fertilizer with the range production of 1-20 tons/month, and 33.33% liquid organic fertilizer with the range production of 1,000-4,000 liters/month. The conclusion is the adoption of feed technology was greater, followed by organic fertilizer and finally liquid fertilizer technology. This is related to how important is its use in the field. Commitment of local government and PBS of palm oil is needed to help easily and continuously obtain feed and fertilizers materials of palm oil mill byproduct and facilitating marketing of their products.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the online business transformation in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) during the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has made the majority of economic sectors, especially MSMEs stagnant. The majority of MSME actors cannot develop and many end up in bankruptcy. This is what makes MSME business actors change their sales strategy through digitalization schemes. The digitization scheme is by utilizing a marketplace (intermediary) and using social media as a marketing technique. In addition, digital MSME actors must be able to synergize with netizens in marketing products and services. Thus, the digital MSME development scheme can be an alternative to saving business actors in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The formulation of the problem in the research is: how MSMEs adapt to the online business transformation in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic, the impact of MSME turnover on the Covid-19 pandemic, and how big the impact of the COVID-19 The pandemic is on the MSME workforce. This study argues that the development of digital MSMEs has become an alternative to saving as well as developing digital entrepreneurship in Indonesia during the Covid-19 pandemic

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of macroeconomic factors projected by inflation and bank-specific factors used, namely Return on Asset, Equity to Asset Ratio, and Bank Size on Non-Performing Loan of State-Owned Banking for the period 2017-2021. This type of research is a causal associative study because it was conducted to determine the effect of Return on Assets, Equity to Asset Ratio, Inflation, and Bank Size on Non-performing State-owned banking Loans for the period 2017-2021. This research data analysis method uses data panel analysis as a data processing tool using EViews version 10. Return on Assets has a significant negative effect on Non-Performing Loans. Equity to Asset Ratio and bank size have a significant positive effect on Non-Performing Loans. Whereas inflation has a positive effect on Non-Performing Loans

Abstract

During the period 2006-2019 many rural banks were liquidated by Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS) which have an impact on the performance of rural banks. This study aims to determine the effect of CAR, LDR, OCOI and NPL on the ROA of Rural Banks in Indonesia. The results of the study show that CAR, LDR, and OER have a significant effect on ROA. Every increase in operating costs will result in a decrease in pre-tax profit which results in a decrease in ROA. NPL has no significant effect on ROA. because rural bank has a large CAR ratio to cover credit risk.

Abstract

The business environment in the retail experience turbulence, strong now many companies to reduce the impact outlets greater losses. Reduction in earnings a problem most of all , and this has potential in bankruptcy retail company in the future This research is analyzing about retail companies affected by the deterioration in performance that has been registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Model and data processing used to calculate potential harm is a model altman z score and models springate. Discussion result there is a retail companies go public has the potential to be the calculated use bankruptcy model altman z score as well as a model springate namely pt modern. international. Information , proceedings in potential for bankruptcy at annual report is not disclosure , was recommended to the stakeholders to oblige any new issuers give this information in the annual financial report made that release every year. To be accurate information and credible over the companies condition the truth.

Abstract

This electric train transportation facility is a means of transportation that avoids traffic congestion because it has its own route. Transportation competition can be seen through aspects of service quality to transportation service providers. The excellence of the company can be demonstrated by providing good quality service and striving for affordable ticket prices by the public. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Service Quality and Prices on Commuterline KRL Passenger Interest. This study used 125 respondents who used the commuterline train at Tanjung Priok station. This study used a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis taking data by distributing questionnaires. Sampling in this study using nonprobability sampling techniques. The results of the analysis partially and simultaneously show that service quality and price affect the interests of passengers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of marketing strategy variables and service quality on parents' decisions. In this study, the dimensions of marketing strategies include products, prices, promotions, places, people, processes and physical evidence. Service quality dimensions include reliability, responsiveness, confidence, empathy and tangibility. Quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis were processed using SPSS for windows version 22. The results showed that there were simultaneously the effects of marketing strategy and service quality variables on parents' decisions. Partially, the marketing strategy variable did not significantly influence the parents' decisions at PAUD Al Hidayah Pertiwi. While service quality variables significantly influence the decisions of parents of students in PAUD Al Hidayah Pertiwi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the customer satisfaction of BRImo app users. Descriptive qualitative research design describes systematically and accurately the facts and characteristics of customer satisfaction and loyalty of BRImo app users. The results showed that dominant customers were also satisfied and were most likely to tell positive things about the BRImo application. Bank BRI needs to evaluate customers who feel dissatisfied and disloyal.

Abstract

The community and several agencies the city of Gorontalo especially those directly related to the presence of the Bolango river show that their not to their satisfaction of the work because the community considers the work performed by the subproject has not been completed. The benefits in terms of flood control projects that were considered less been of more benefit value. Indeed, if the making embankments can be solved, then the value of benefits from the existence of the project will be very high because the area is secured a growing urban region that is generally a business district/trading area.
