Abstract

The Republic of Indonesia Special Region of Yogyakarta Police (Polda DIY) launched a Polisi Kita Application program as a means to provide services to the community based on real-time online. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the application of e-government to the use of the Polisi Kita Application program in the Yogyakarta Regional Police in 2018. The theory used to analyze this phenomenon is the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) theory. This research uses quantitative research methods. The number of research respondents was 99 respondents who were taken using Accidental Sampling techniques and processed using SmartPLS 3.0 Software. The results of this study state that the discovery of factors that influence online-based public services using UTAUT theory is proven to have a significant influence on the use of public services. Based on the results of the analysis in finding the strength of the relationship between variables X and Y found the highest correlation coefficient results in the Behavioral Intention variable with the Ut variable. E-service (Our Police Report) is (0.920). The Police Application We get a good response from the public regarding the ease of using the Police Application. To be able to maintain and improve performance, the Yogyakarta Regional Police should add a feature to verify the user's cellphone number via SMS or email so that the level of security of the user's report is better.

Abstract

Dari hasil observasi dapat diidentifikasi berbagai permasalahan, antara lain 1) masyarakat belummempunyai kemampuan untuk menjadi pelaku usaha wisata, 2) fasilitas obyek wisata yang belummemadai, 3) belum adanya pengelola yang mampu untuk menjadi motor penggerak kegiatan wisata, 4)belum berkembangnya atraksi wisata sebagai ciri khas dari dusun Wediutah, 5) masih terbatasnya anekamakanan kecil atau oleh-oleh untuk wisatawan, 6) belum dibuatnya paket wisata yang terhubung denganobyek lain di desa Ngeposari, 7) belum adanya promosi yang dilakukan secara luas, dan 8) belumterbentuknya jejaring yang luas. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dengan melalui programpengabdian berbasis kemitraan desa (PPDM) dilakukan beberapa program antara lain: 1) pelatihantentang usaha wisata, 2) bantuan stimulan untuk fasilitas penunjang obyek wisata, 3) fasilitasipembentukan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan tata kelola organisasi untuk pengelola desa wisata, 4)inisiasi atraksi wisata berbasis potensi lokal, 5) pengembangan aneka makanan kecil untuk oleh-oleh, 6)pembuatan paket wisata yang terintegrasi dengan desa Ngeposari, 7) pembuatan media promosi danberbasis media sosial, dan 8) penyusunan jejaring pada seluruh stakeholder pariwisata, baik itupemerintah dan biro perjalanan wisata.

Abstract

 Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Penataan Kelembagaan di Kabupaten Sleman Dengan Merespon Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 18 tahun 2016 sebagai urgensi bagi Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sleman melakukan restrukturisasi organisasi perangkat daerah di Kabupaten Sleman. Metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah analisis penataan kelembagaan di Kabupaten Sleman dengan merespon Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 18 Tahun 2016 dianalisis menggunakan teori penataan kelembagaan. Hasil yang didapat adalah bahwa analisis penataan kelembagaan di Kabupaten Sleman tersebut sudah berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik akan tetapi masih terdapat kendala dalam melakukan penataan kelembagaan yaitu tidak melibatkan aspek private sektor dan masyarakat dalam penataan kelembagaan, selain itu untuk penempatan kembali jabatan 3 struktural dan fungsional masih bersifat politis, kurangnya transparansi terhadap masyarakat dalam melakukan penataan kelembagaan dan tidak mengikutsertakan masyarakat dalam penataan kelembagaan.

Abstract

The Main Problem In Bumdes Management In Donoharjo Village Is The Lack Of Optimal Management Of The Organization Following The Principles Of Good Organizational Governance. Specifically, Issues In The Management Of Bumdes In Donoharjo Village Include 1) The Absence Of A Standard Reference Or Guideline For Professionally Managing The Jetis Suruh Reservoir; 2) There Is No Clear Organizational Structure; 3) The Lack Of Basic Tasks And Functions For Managers; 4) There Is No Sop To Follow Up On Various Work Programs Related To The Jetis Suruh Dam; 5) The Unavailability Of Human Resources Capable Of Moving Bumdes Organizations That Refer To Good Governance. Abstract

DIY As a special autonomous region, it has the right to manage land in DIY where not everyone can directly patent land in DIY. Land management in DIY sometimes becomes polemic for the community. The research method carried out is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews with relevant stakeholders such as the Department of Land and Spatial DIY and the National Land Agency of the DIY and literature study, namely data collection using various literature and legal documents governing land management in DIY. Land management which is divided into two previously mentioned, namely Keprabon Land and Non-Keprabon Land or Dede Keprabon which are found in all regions in DIY. The Sultanate and the Pakualaman of Pakualaman are legal subjects for land ownership in DIY. Besides, the Sultanate is also given the authority to be able to manage the land of Keprabon and non-Keprabon land in DIY. In this case, all forms of management, use of private land, all kinds of business, social, legal and others have been regulated through Article 33 Paragraph (4) of the Privileges Law. Special Autonomy makes this area has rights to land management where DIY has four boundaries divided into Sultan Ground (SG) land, Pakualaman Ground (PG), village land and DIY land. The granting of authority over the use of Sultanate land and Pakualaman land is carried out following applicable legal provisions, namely according to customary law.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi dan menyusun database dusun Dungsuru yang terintegrasi dan mudah digunakan, dan (2) menyusun dokumen profil desa yang update dan bisa digunakan untuk dasar perencanaan pembangunan desa Pilangrejo, Nglipar, Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Adapun metode pencapaian tujuan tersebut dilakukan melalui pelatihan dengan metode wawancara, dokumentasi dan Focus Group Discussion di tingkat Desa. Hasi kegiatan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa program  berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar. Program ini mampu menghasilkan dokumen databse dusun dan profil desa Pilangrejo yang update dan bermanfaat untuk perencanaan pembangunan desa. Adapun kendala yang muncul pada tahap awal kegiatan dapat diatasi dengan metode pendampingan intensif. Adapun saran yang diajukan dari hasil program PPM ini, hendaknya pemerintah desa bisa mengupdate perkembangan database dan profil secara rutin seiring dinamika data yang terjadi.

Abstract

Aisyiyah is a Muhammadiyah women’s organization and has a mission to fight for a true Islamic society. This study aims to determine how organizational communication is carried out by the Aisyiyah Ngampilan Branch Manager (PCA) to create a true Islamic society in Ngampilan Village, Yogyakarta. The method used in this study is the mix-method to measure the effectiveness of organizational communication carried out. The results of the quantitative data test with Standard Deviation 1.96 show that downward communication is 2.213, up is 2.321, horizontal is 2.7801, and interline is 2.8011, which has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Communication in realizing true Muslims. PCA Ngampilan realizes true Islam through various social, educational, and religious activities, Business Charities, giving compensation. In addition, PCA Ngampilan prioritizes the persuasive communication of Hablumminannas, which prioritizes good relations and helping others, so that the Aisyiyah Organization is more readily accepted in the community.

Abstract

This article was aimed to explain the implementation of the Tourism Department's strategy in developing halal tourist destinations in West Lombok Regency and analyze the factors that influence the strategy implementation. The government of West Lombok Regency has drawn up a strategic plan to address the complexity of the problems that arise in halal tourism. This research used a qualitative method. Data were collected through documentation, observation, and interview techniques. The results showed the implementation of the strategy has been carried out in the form of activities and programs. The tourism destination has been characterized as halal and supported by regulatory clarity, the Islamic Culture Community in West Lombok Regency, which is also attached to the natural conditions that are very supportive and the support of the enthusiastic tourism awareness group (POKDARWIS). However, there are still obstacles, including the lack of a clear concept of halal tourism in West Lombok Regency, the lack of marketing or promotion of halal tourism, as well as inadequate and halal-certified facilities. So the recommendation that needs to be conveyed by the Government tourism office of West Nusa Tenggara is the need to translate the program into various activities in more detail and must involve stakeholders to help standardize and certify.Keywords: Development Strategy, Halal Tourism, Implementation.

Abstract

Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) is an area that has a unique government structure called special. Its specialty is also found in the different governmental institutional regulations from other regions. In this case this feature can be seen in the formation of institutions in the Yogyakarta Istemewa Region which have special duties in accordance with the task of regulating privileges. Descriptive qualitative research methods. The results of this study are the features that exist in the regional government system in DI Yogyakarta, namely, in the special institutions of Yogyakarta there are four institutions, namely Parampara Praja, Paniradya Ka Privileges, Kudha Kabudayan (Cultural Service) and Kundha Niti Mandala Sarta Tata Sasana (Department of Land and Spatial Planning). Name changes not only in the Dinas department but also in the sub-districts and kelurahan in the Regency / City have also experienced this name change. For sub-districts there is a difference in the names of the sub-districts in the city which are named Kemantren while the sub-districts in the Regency are named Kapanewon. Some of the names of the existing structures in the sub-district also changed, such as the camat to become Mantri Pamong Praja, the sub-district secretary to be Mantri Anom, and others. Meanwhile, the Kelurahan becomes the Kalurahan, which is directly below Kapanewon. However, the name change does not change the actual task and function.
