Abstract

Natural potential and also local knowledge possessed by Batu, a great asset that can be implied to improve the welfare of the community, through the program "Shining Batu". This study aims to look at how the tourism development strategy undertaken by the City of Batu. This study used qualitative methods, with some data collection techniques, such as: interviews, documentation, Batu via Program "Shining Batu" want to change Batu become central areas of organic farming, based tourism International, therefore, the development program of the region, the perceived has a lot of benefits to the people of Batu. At the core strategies that do include several steps, namely: mapping the existing potential, then design and validate the rule of law as the foundation for the implementation of the program, which is the umbrella law, after which it then processes Sounding program through the activities - the activities and the media.

Abstract

This study examines the issue of community empowerment, which is considered to be a solution problem of poverty, which is more interesting when the community of "Janda" becomes an important object. This research focuses on the study of community-based community empowerment model in Janda village. Purpose is able to measure the effectiveness and also the ideal form of community empowerment program model in the village of Janda, Dadapan Village, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency. The research are method qualitative descriptive approach, with object in research is the people members, especially mothers who berrstatus "widow" in the Dadapan Village, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency.. Activities include 1). Training of processed food from the existing agricultural potential, 2). Make a kitchen granary from the land around the community. 3). Train the art activities of mothers who are "Janda". From concluded this research is community empowerment activities in Dadapan Village, Balong District, Ponorogo Regency, which have been done are very focused on "Janda", so that the activity is expected to contribute, to the life of those who is distressed or increase the independence of the family, with this activity, economical but psychologically they will be motivated to become a powerful individual.

Abstract

This study examines how the process of inventory activities carried out by the Department of Tourism. The purpose of this study is to find out how the tourism inventory process is carried out by the Department of Tourism and what tourism is contained in Ngebel District. Inventory is an activity carried out to collect data, record and report the results of data collection of state property. The data collection process is carried out by interviewing the Department of Tourism, Local Government and Tourism Managers. The material obtained from interviews was then analyzed and concluded. It can be concluded that many tourism potentials are owned by Ngebel District and the Tourism Office has a standard that is to have a tourist attraction, has adequate facilities and infrastructure, the existence of culinary tourism in these objects. Inventory of tourism potential activities carried out by the Department of Tourism in each field through various stages.

Abstract

Pelanggaran pilkada serentak di Indonesia merupakan persoalan penting, upaya yang telah dilakukan oleh petugas dirasa belum cukup, tim pengabdi kemudian melihat pelung dikarenakan banyaknya mahasiswa yang menjadi petugas pemilu, kemudian berupaya untuk melakukan optimalisasi pengetahuan dan juga ketrampilan dalam memahami berbagai bentuk pelanggaran pemilu, kemudian melakukan semacam pelatihan dengan dua kegiatan utama yakni webinar dan workshop online dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi kegiatan, dalam kegiatan tersebut kemudian diperoleh hasil bahwa ada peningkatan pemahaman etrkait pelanggaran dalam pemilukada.

Journey of the indonesia cannot be separated from the whose name corruption, various problems corruption then make a nation it tries to with very hard to do the eradication of corruption, then now kpk, the commission would grow up and incarnate as a power terlembaga, however kpk but many that blocks, so that his movement often in politician, in addition problems arise related the area of that causes limited kpk in running tasks and functions. Then institutions here needed in regions have motion based in society to be opposition from government in the fight against corruption the , one of which is unfortunate corruptions watch that is unfortunate highway , to attract football to scrutinize about lunge mcw as of a motion social , this research use the model descriptive qualitative , with data source of interviews and documentation. MCW is non-governmental organizations which has grown and developed social as of a motion that which appears or present of former activist in the era of reformasi, mcw use 3 strategies in efforts to eradicate corruption namely, prevention, law enforcement, anti-corruption education.

Abstract

Pemilihan Kepala Daerah yang diselenggarakan tahun 2020 saat ini akan dilakukan dalam kondisi pandemi COVID-19, Kabupaten Ponorogo merupakan salah satunya, pelaksanaan pilkada memberikan tantangan terkait praktik demokrasi dan menjaga masyarakat supaya aman sesuai protokol kesehatan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat seberapa besar peluang  peserta dalam Pilkada, selain itu bagaimana kesiapan mereka. Metode penelitian adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan mengumpulkan data sekunder dari pemberitaan media dan juga hasil penelitian, data yang terkumpul kemudian diuji keabsahan menggunakan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan ada 2 (dua) calon kepala daerah yang diprediksi akan maju, yang pertama adalah Ipong Muhlisoni yang merupakan calon Incumbent, yang kedua adalah salah satu tokoh masyarakat yang pada periode pilkada sebelumnya menjadi pesaing yakni Sugiri Suncoko. Melihat pemilukada di era pandemi COVID–19, banyak hal yang harus diperhatikan oleh pihak penyelenggara pemilu, kandidat bupati dan calon bupati, serta massa pendukungnya, yakni mematuhi protokol kesehatan dan juga menjaga nilai pokok dari praktik demokrasi supaya dapat terpenuhi, yakni: transparan, profesional dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Melihat kandidat yang muncul, sepertinya belum siap mengikuti pemilukada di tengah Covid - 19.

Abstract

Perwujudan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan yang baik dan bersih atau Good Governance di level desa sangat erat dengan manajemen pengelolaan aset yang dilakukan secara transparan, partisipatif, dan bertanggungjawab, dalam Undang – undang no 06 tahun 2014 tentang Desa dijelaskan bahwa praktik pengelolaan aset bisa di lakukan melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes), melalui program – program pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, BUMDes “Tirta Mandiri” Desa Ponggok, Kecamatan Polan Harjo, Kabupaten Klaten melakukan pengelolaan  di sektor pariwisata, sebagai sektor unggulan. Setelah berjalan dalam kurun waktu 9 (Sembilan) tahun BUMDes “Tirta Mandiri” dianggap berhasil, hal ini tidak terlepas dari analisis SWAT dalam aktifitas tersebut. kajian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan langkah – langkah strategis  dalam proses pengelolaan aset di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder, seperti: wawancara, dokumentasi, serta observasi, untuk memperoleh data hasil wawancara, peneliti menggunakan metode purposive sampling dimana informan dipilih atas dasar pemahaman terhadap objek yang dikaji, sehingga informasi yang diberikan menjadi akurat. Keberhasilan manajemen pengelolaan aset yang dilakukan oleh BUMDes “Tirta Mandiri”, dalam upaya menjalankan bisnis atau wirausaha secara professional, dapat dianalisis sebagai berikut: 1). Aspek legal formal sebagai sebuah ancaman dapat diselesaikan melalui pembentukan BUMDes “Tirta Mandiri” yang nantinya akan melaksanaan pengelolaan aset, sehingga jelas garis organisasinya, 2). Pendirian badan hukum lembaga sebagai sebuah peluang untuk memperkuat kelembagaan, sehingga investasi yang masuk akan jelas hubungan kemitraan yang menjadi dasar pengembangan aset, 3). Sektor Pariwisata dan destinasi Gastronomi bisa dijadikan kekuatan yang dapat dikembangkan sebagai sektor unggulan dengan dampak langsung yang bisa di rasakan oleh masyarakat sekitar, 4). Kelemahan utama adalah mempersiapkan Sumber daya masyarakat, hal ini sudah di selesaikan oleh BUMDes dengan melakukan berbagai pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan masyrakat untuk mendukung sektor unggulan desa. Kata Kunci: Good Governance, Manjemen Aset, BUMDes, Analisis SWAT

Abstract

Purpose of the article is to analyze the preservation of puppets “Krucil” and the politic of powers happens in Tempuran village, Sawoo, Ponorogo.  The method of the article is qualitative descriptive research and it uses in-depth interview for collecting the data. The finding of the study show that; the preservation of the puppets “Krucil” held by the government of Tempuran village annually is by having performance in “Bersih Desa”(annually societies’ activity for thanking to God after they get crop) activity. The performance of puppets “Krucil in “Bersih Desa” activity to entertain the society have been doing since the village founded. The series of events of preservation of puppets “Krucil” are Ruwat ritual conducted by every Kepala Dusun (head of hamlet), Brokohan and recitation of holy Qur’an. While, politic of powers was conducted by including “Bersih Desa” activity and performance of puppet “Krucil” to the village regulations. It was conducted by the head of village (Kepala Desa) of Tempuran based on the strong of society’s myth. The societies believe that there will be crop failure and prolonged disaster if “Bersih Desa” activity don’t performance puppets “Krucil”.

Abstract

Utilization of public spaces for community purposes is vital, given the existence becomes a precious thing amid the urgency people to enjoy ‘freedom in space’, that public space existence is not only limited by urban areas alone, why this is so, because the public space is basically a requirement need to be met. The public space in urban areas, such as: alun-alun square, city park, playroom, anti-smoking room, as well as expressive space for the disabled. In fact if we examine, the village also has a space can be used, and its function is the same as an expressive means of urban communities, although amid the routine of farming or gardening, so it needs space, that form and concept of public space in rural areas is more modest, but the public space is a source of knowledge society.

Abstract

Reyog Ponorogo National Festival (FNRP) is a national-level tourism agenda that is annually held in Ponorogo Regency, within the past 30 years, the Festival has begun to be improved in the right direction, deficiencies that have emerged, was tried to inventory and then improved, right at the holding of the Reyog Ponorogo National Festival (FNRP) in 2018 the committee developed a Voluntary Volunteer idea where volunteers were tasked with helping the agenda run smoothly, one of which was managing online ticket sales. This research used descriptive qualitative type, with the model of determining informants using purposive sampling, and data validity testing through triangulation. Online ticket management by Volunteer Grebeg Suro in organizing Grebeg Suro 2018 and the Reyog Ponorogo National Festival XXV could be concluded as effectively way. This was proofen from the respondents' assessment of the results of interviews that had all been expressed positive attitudes. Online tickets for Grebeg Suro and Reyog Ponorogo National Festival were considered to be very effective in organizing Grebeg Suro and Reyog Ponorogo National Festival events. Some assessment indicators were based on the time spent, the convenience provided, and the education provided to the community.
