Abstract

The purpose of the study was to study whether moderation of Islamic business ethics can increase the influence of personality on the business behavior of Bengkoang sellers. This study was a field study in Padang City, with 101 samples of bengkoang sellers. Data collection techniques are observation, survey, and questionnaire and data processing with SPSS 25. Validity test, CFA Test. Hypothesis testing using MRA (Moderating Regression Analysis). This study produced the equation of the regression test results between Islamic Business Ethics, and Trader Behavior is Y = 21.689 + 0.419X1 + e, where the constant value indicates if Islamic Business Ethics does not exist, then Trader Behavior will still be formed as much as the existing constant value of 21,689. The application of Islamic Business Ethics to the behavior of bengkoang sellers in the city of Padang plays a positive and significant role.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. Strikes with the aim to find out how much influence, Employee Competence, Job Placement, and Career Development, on Employee Performance at the Secretariat of the Department of Religion. 75 respondents. Questionnaires distributed as much as 75 and can be processed, the analytical method used is regression analysis and correlation analysis. The results obtained based on Partial Test (t test) are obtained: (a) there is a positive and significant influence between Competence on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value t count is greater than t table. (b) There is a positive and significant influence between Job Placement on Employee Performance, evidenced by the value of t calculated is greater than t table. (c) There is a positive and significant influence between Career Development on Employee Performance, as evidenced by the value of t calculated greater than t table. Then based on hypothesis testing together (Test F) it can be seen that employee competence, work placement, and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And by testing the coefficient of determination (R2) showed that the percentage of the competence of Employees, Job Placement and Career Development to variable affects employee performance in other variables such as mutations, organizational climate, motivation, and others

Abstract

The objective of this research was to see how salary, leadership support, and work-life balance affected teacher effectiveness. The non-probability sampling approach was applied, as well as a purposive sampling strategy. A total of 150 instructors from Padang City, West Sumatra, were employed in this study. SEM and AMOS 24.0 software were utilized in this study's analysis. Compensation has a considerable impact on teacher performance, according to the findings. Teachers' salary has a huge impact on their work-life balance. Support from leaders has a huge impact on teachers' work-life balance. Support from leaders has a substantial impact on teacher performance. Teachers' performance is unaffected by work-life balance. Compensation and leader support have a significant effect on teacher performance, compensation and leader support have a significant effect on work-life balance, and work-life balance has no significant effect on teacher performance, according to the results of this study. Various disputes and challenges will occur as a result of striking a balance between the "work" and "non-work" domains, which must be addressed by persons with families. Work-life balance cannot increase an employee's effectiveness at work. Employees that are able to manage their work and personal life may not necessarily perform better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between the influence of Managerial Ownership, Dividend Policy and Investment Opportunity Set on debt policy with Free Cash Flow as a Moderating Variable in Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020, totaling 195 companies. The sample of this research is 66 companies in 5 years, so the total data obtained is 330 using purposive sampling technique. The data in this study is secondary data in the form of annual data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the official website of the company concerned. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, panel data regression analysis and hypothesis testing using Eviews 9. The results show that a) Managerial Ownership has a positive and significant effect on debt policy, b) Dividend Policy has no effect on debt policy c) Investment Opportunity Set has no effect on debt policy d) Free cash flow is able to strengthen the influence of managerial ownership on debt policy e) Free cash flow is not able to strengthen the effect of dividend policy on debt policy. f) Free cash flow is not able to strengthen the effect of investment opportunity set on debt policy.

Abstract

Background: This study aims to examine how much influence knowledge management and talent management have on the performance of general bureau employees at the West Sumatra Governor's Office with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Method: collecting data by distributing questionnaires, with a sample of 60 respondents. The analytical method used is SMART PLS 3.0. Result: results of this study are (I) Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (II) Talent management has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. (III) Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (IV) Talent management has a positive and non-significant effect on employee performance. (V) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (VI) Knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. (VII) Talent management has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Conclution: contribution of knowledge management and talent management variables to employee performance is 5%. The contribution of knowledge management and talent management variables to job satisfaction is 86%.
