Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pertama untuk mengetahui kualitas produk pada motor honda;  kedua, Untuk mengetahui kepuasan Mahasiswa pada motor honda di Kampus Al-Khairiyah; dan ketiga untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa STIE Al-Khairiyah Kota Cilegon.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di ketahui indikator tertinggi variable X (kualitas produk) yaitu pada indikator kenyamanan. Sebanyak 26 orang dari 50 responden atau 52% (point ke 6) menjawab sangat mudah. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa Motor Honda sangat berkualitas. Sementara indikator tertinggi pada variabel Y (kepuasan pelanggan) yaitu pada indikator keputusan membeli 28 orang dari 50 responden atau 56% (poin ke 1) menjawab butuh. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa Motor Honda dibutuhkan.Hasil analisis pada koefisien korelasi menunjukan bahwa nilai koefisiennya sebesar 0,201 dan hasil uji t di peroleh thitung 1,423 sedangkan ttabel 2,0216 dengan taraf kesalahan 5%, dengan demikian thitung = 1,423 < ttabel 2,0216, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi antara kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan dari uji hipotesis determinasinya (cd) sebesar 40%, berdasarkan hubungan variable dalam penelitian ini bersifat kausal atau sebab akibat, maka dapat di buat persamaan regresi linier sederhana yaitu: Y = 31,032 + 0,207 X sehingga terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk motor honda terhadap kepuasan konsumen di pada Mahasiswa STIE Al-Khairiyah Cilegon

Abstract

The present study is aimed at examining the influence of incentives and work disciplines on employee performance both partially and simultaneously in Cilegon, Indonesia. 31 of 102 Citangkil district officials were selected as sample respondents using Slovin’s formula. Based on the measurement scale on each item questionnaire, that the respondents were very disciplined and had good performance. The results of hypothesis testing show that incentives and work disciplines had influene on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. It can be concluded that the better the incentives, the better employee performance and that more disciplined the employees, the better their performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan pelatihan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Perhubungan Kota Serang. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 47,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,902 > 1,995). Pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 48,3%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,973 > 1,995). Pengembangan karir dan pelatihan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 6,909 + 0,396X1 + 0,449X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 65,2%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (62,758 > 2,740)

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BJB Di Cabang Balaraja Banten baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh menggunakan dengan 98 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 17,500 + 0.563X1, koefisien korelasi 0,659 artinya kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi 43,4% dan Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung> t tabel atau (8,587>1.985) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 15,802 + 0,607X2. Koefisien korelasinya sebesar 0,607 artinya keduanya memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 36,8% dan uji hipotesis yang diperoleh t hitung> t tabel atau (7,482>1,985). Pelatihan dan motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 11,164 + 0,394X1 + 0,366X2. Nilai koefisien korelasinya yang diperoleh sebesar 0,713 artinya variabel independen dengan variabel dependen memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 50,8% sedangkan sisanya 49,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai F>F tabel atau (49,032>2,700) dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh simultan yang signifikan antara pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bank BJB Cabang Balaraja Banten.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on morale of organizational communication, to determine the effect on morale work environment and to determine the influence of organizational communication and work environment on morale. In conducting this research, the writer used quantitative descriptive analysis approach, namely by way of evidence collection information and other data necessary to then be processed and analyzed down to a conclusion. The population in this study were employees part of Quality Assurance and for a population of 41 employees. Engineering samples in this study probability sampling, the sample is calculated based on the formula Slovin, based on the results of these calculations by rounding the sample is assigned a total of 41 respondents. The results were obtained under the hypothesis 1 in this study organizational communication has a significant influence on employee morale tcount > t table (3.455> 2.023), while the correlation value obtained at 0.489 and have this level of contribution of the relationship is, it means the value organizational communication has increased the morale of employees will increase. Hypothesis 2 on the research work environment has a significant influence on employee morale tcount > t table (3.382> 2.023), whereas the correlation value of 0.481 and has a degree of contribution of the relationship is, it means the value of the work environment is getting better then the employee morale will be better anyway. Hypothesis 3 in this study organizational communication and work environment significantly affects employee morale obtained F count> F table (16.847> 3.245) it can be concluded that there is significant influence between organizational communication and the environment work on employee morale.

Abstract

The achievement of the company's vision and mission has been previously determined from the company's resources, especially human resources. Employees are the activator of every company activity, therefore the company's success depends on its employees. Collaboration between employees and company management become important for the achievement of organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between competence, organizational climate, and employee performance, where the moderating variable of organizational climate is used in this study.  Data were collected from questionnaires that had been filled out by respondents with a total 110 employees of PT. Selaras Donlim Indonesia, and then processed using SmartPLS 3 software with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) procedure. The results of this study support the three hypotheses proposed, where competence and organizational climate directly affect on employee performance significantly. Beside that, the moderating effect of organizational climate could strength competence in influencing employee performance significantly, the strength of the moderating effect is discussed.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style and motivation together on employee performance at PTSL Bogor. This research method uses quantitative methods with a causal research design (cause and effect). The population of this study were all employees of PTSL Bogor as many as 130 employees and the determination of the number of samples using saturated samples so that the number of samples was 99 respondents. The results of the t test, the value of t count is greater than t table (-1.043 > 1.985). so that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, that there can be no significant effect between leadership style on employee performance at PTSL Bogor. The results of the t test, the value of t arithmetic is greater than t table (9.105 > 1.985). So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted that there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance at PTSL Bogor. F test results of leadership style and motivation on Employee performance obtained F count > F table (61,846 > 3,091) and sig value F < (0.000 < 0.05).So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Leadership Style and Motivation together on Employee Performance. Leadership Style (X1) and Motivation (X2) affect employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether communication and leadership style affect employee performance at PT. Chang Hong Yin Hua. The sample used in this study was a saturated sample of 30 people. Based on the results of the partial test for the Communication Variable (X1) tcount = 2.239 greater than ttable = 2.052, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that Hypothesis 1 has been proven that there is a significant effect on Communication (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) . Meanwhile, based on the results of the partial test of the Leadership Style Variable (X2) tcount = 2.489 greater than ttable = 2.052, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so that Hypothesis 2 has been proven that there is a significant effect of Leadership Style (X2) on employee performance (Y )., while based on the results of the ANOVA test (F test) the value of Fcount = 8.504 is greater than the value of Ftable = 3.34 and Sig. (p) = 0.001. Where p < 0.05 Ho: rejected and Ha: accepted. Therefore, Hypothesis 3 has been proven that there is an effect of Communication (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) simultaneously on Employee Performance (Y). Finally, it can be seen that the Employee Performance of PT. Chang Hong Yin Hua is influenced by Communication and Leadership Style by 38.6%. While the remaining 61.4% is influenced by other factors that are thought to be indications that are not included in this study Keywords: Communication, Leadership Style and Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of work discipline on employee commitment, the influence of work ethic on employee commitment, and the influence of discipline and work ethic together with the commitment of employees in the public works department and Serang District space. Based on the research results can be formulated for the value of GIS. The discipline of the employee's commitment is 0.00 < 0.05 and the T-Calculate value is 7.156 > 1.991 There is a discipline influence on the employee's commitment and for the value of GIS. The work ethic of the employee's commitment 0.134 > 0.05 and the value of T- calculate 1.516 < 1.991 smaller than the T-table for the influence of discipline and work ethic on employee commitment is 0.00 > 0.05 and calculate value 64.359 > 3.144 large Bee table of T-tables then there is a simultaneous influence of discipline and work ethic of employee commitment and a value of the double coefficient of determination (R2) R Square of 0.625. This can mean that the work ethic (X1) and work discipline (X2) variables affect 62.6% of the employee's commitment (Y) while the remaining 37.4% is influenced by other factors.
