Abstract

This study aims to find out information about how to develop the learning creativity of class XI students through tutoring at SMK Negeri 1 Lolowa'u. According to the results of previous observations, efforts to develop learning creativity turned out to have a significant effect on tutoring. Based on these observations, the author tries to prove the truth through scientific research with the title: "Efforts to develop the learning creativity of class XI students at SMK Negeri 1 Lolowa'u". In this research activity, the authors limit the research to the following problem formulation: Can students' learning creativity be developed through Tutoring?. In solving the problem, the researcher tried as much as possible to process data related to the problem by choosing one of the data collection methods, namely a questionnaire both variable X and variable Y. The questionnaire was shown to students of SMK Negeri 1 Lolowa'u, especially class XI which had been determined as sample from this study. After the questionnaires were collected to students, the researchers processed them in accordance with the applicable steps of the research method, namely Verification of the questionnaire data that had been circulated to students, the authors carried out data processing through testing research tools and calculating the correlation coefficient between variable X and variable Y. Based on the processing the data that has been carried out is known that the results of data processing and analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of rxy = 0.769, while the price in the critical table r prodact moment = 0.367 it turns out that the rxy value obtained in this study is greater than the critical value of rt product moment, so that the hypothesis in this research is acceptable.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe the academic procrastination of students and the factors that influence them. The type of research that qualitative research uses is a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interview, and documentation. Research informants are teachers and students. The results showed that the form of academic procrastination of students is late to collect tasks, delay to start doing tasks, and delay learning time and factors that affect academic procrastination of students are internal factors that are lazy, boredom of tasks, unable to manage study time and external factors, namely parental parenting style factors, community environment and weather or Covid-19 situation.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the phenomena that occur in the Industrial Internship (Prakerin). This study was aimed to describe: (1) the motivation of students follow the Prakerin accordance of expertise and not accordance of expertise, (2) the satisfaction of students follow the Prakerin accordance of expertise and not accordance of expertise, (3) the differences motivation between of students follow the Prakerin accordance of expertise and not accordance of expertise, (4) the differences satisfaction between of students follow the Prakerin accordance of expertise and not accordance of expertise, and (5) the career guidance and counseling program of SMK Swasta Kristen BNKP Telukdalam in increasing motivation and satisfaction of students to follow Prakerin. This study used quantitative methode by using comparative descriptive and qualitative method. The population were 225 students of class XII SMK Swasta Kristen BNKP Telukdalam. Total sample were 176 students that selected by purposive sampling and informant qualitative approach is the counseling teacher. The instrument were scale of motivation and scale of satisfaction to follow Prakerin shaped questionnaire, while instruments in qualitative approach was researcher.Data were analyzed using test requirements of normality, test the hypothesis by using t-test, and analysis of interview results. The results of the research indicate that: (1) the motivation of students followed the Prakerin accordance of expertise is in very high category, while the motivation of students followed the Prakerin not accordance of expertise is in low category, (2) the satisfaction of students followed the Prakerin accordance of expertise is in very high category, while the satisfaction of students followed the Prakerin not accordance of expertise is in low category, (3) there is a difference between motivation of students followed the Prakerin accordance of expertise and not accordance of expertise, (4) there is a difference satisfaction of students followed the Prakerin accordance of expertise and not accordance of expertise, and (5) the career guidance and counseling program of SMK Swasta Kristen BNKP Telukdalam did not go well, so need the cooperation of various parties to formulate and develop programs to improve motivation and satisfaction follow the Prakerin.

Abstract

Efikasi diri merupakan keyakinan atau kepercayaan individu mengenai kemampuan dirinya untuk mengorganisasi, melakukan suatu tugas, mencapai suatu tujuan, menghasilkan sesuatu dan mengimplementasi tindakan untuk menampilkan kecakapan-kecakapan tertentu. Proses psikologis efikasi diri dalam mempengaruhi fungsi manusia, melalui empat proses, yaitu: (1) Proses kognitif; (2) Proses motivasi; (3) Proses afeksi; dan (4) Proses Seleksi. Perkembangan efikasi diri siswa dipengaruhi oleh berbagai hal, salah satunya adalah peran guru. Guru dapat meyakini siswa akan kemampuan yang dimilikinya sehingga siswa memiliki kepercayaan diri selama proses pembelajaran. Abstract

This study aims to make use of the types of plants for family consumption medicine. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach with 10 (ten) informants. The data technique used was observation and interview. The data analysis technique used the data analysis method which consisted of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and data collection. The conclusion of this study is that there are 13 types of family medicinal plants in Bawodobara Village, namely Zingiber officinale ginger, cocor duck (Bryophyllum pinnatum), turmeric (Curcuma longa), lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus), galangal (Alpinia galangal L), handeleum (Graptophyllum pictum). ) L), papaya (Carica papaya L), cloves (Syzygium aromatic), hibiscus (Hibiscus rosa sinensis L), green betel (Piper betle L), aloe vera (Aloe vera L), temulawak (Curcuma zanthorhiza) and chilies ( Capsicum annum L) and public knowledge about the types and benefits of family medicinal plants is one of the knowledge that has been passed down from generation to generation by previous parents.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi dengan beranekaragamnya karakter siswa SMP Negeri 1 Telukdalam dan bervariasinya metode guru BK dalam mendidik siswa di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) mendeskripsikan pendidikan karakter siswa SMP Negeri 1 Telukdalam Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 di era digital. (2) mendeskripsikan peran guru BK SMP Negeri 1Telukdalam Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 dalam mengembangkan pendidikan karakter siswa di era digital. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, data display, dan kesimpulan. Informan penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, PKS kesiswaan, guru BK, guru mata pelajaran, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian 1) Pendidikan karakter siswa SMP Negeri 1 Telukdalam Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 di era digital sudah baik, dimana pendidikan karakter yang baik itu dapat terlihat melalui beberapa nilai-nilai karakter siswa seperti punya rasa tanggungjawab, religius, jujur, sopan santun, dan mandiri.2) peran guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengembangkan pendidikan karakter siswa SMP Negeri 1 Telukdalam di era digital sudah baik, terlihat melalui pelaksanaan fungsi BK di sekolah seperti fungsi pemahaman, fungsi pemeliharaaan, fungsi pengembangan, fungsi pencegahan, fungsi pengentasan dan fungsi pembelaan. Saran 1) Bagi kepala sekolah hendaknya memfasilitas pelaksanaan pelayanan BK di sekolah agar masuk kelas setiap minggunya dua jam pembelajaran. 2) Bagi siswa hendaknya lebih baik lagi dalam membudayakan nilai-nilai karakter di sekolah dan di luar sekolah. 3) Bagi guru BK hendaknya meningkatkan terus kualitas layanan BK dengan mekreasikan terus metode dan strategi layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah.

Abstract

Kegiatan PKM ini bertujuan untuk menjalankan salah satu dari tiga pilar pendidikan tinggi, dengan fokus pada pengenalan teknis penggunaan software turnitin dan mendeley. Tujuannya adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas karya ilmiah mahasiswa, terutama yang baru bergabung. Dosen sering menghadapi kendala seperti masalah orisinalitas dan penyusunan referensi, yang merupakan masalah umum dalam lingkungan akademik karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang penggunaan alat bantu yang sebenarnya sangat membantu mengurangi permasalahan semacam itu. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendampingan, termasuk dalam penggunaan Aplikasi Turnitin dan Mendeley. Kegiatan ini diadakan secara tatap muka dan diikuti oleh 30 mahasiswa baru pada semester pertama. Hasil dari program pengabdian ini berhasil mencapai sasaran yang telah direncanakan. Pengenalan software turnitin dan mendeley yang dilakukan berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman tentang cara penggunaannya dalam penulisan karya ilmiah, ditunjukkan oleh peningkatan persentase peserta yang memahami materi tersebut, yaitu 57% memahami dan 47% sangat memahami.
