Abstract

According to the Indonesian government, Indonesia has been afflicted by Covid-19 since March 2, 2020. Numerous countries, including Indonesia, have made efforts, but with the spread of perceptions, rumors, and a flood of information into the society regarding vaccines, there are both advantages and disadvantages to vaccines. government-led immunization campaigns. As a result, it is vital to examine public sentiment toward the government's immunization programs. The goal of this study is to ascertain the emotion toward the Covid-19 vaccination in Indonesia based on the classification results. The Support Vector Machine classification technique was employed in this investigation (SVM). The SVM classification method was chosen because it possesses the ability to generalize when it comes to identifying a pattern, excluding the data used in the method's learning phase. Classification with an SVM linear kernel and TF-IDF weighting, as well as data sharing via K-fold cross validation with a value of k=10. Positive and negative classifications are made. Following preprocessing and classification, we determined the f1 values, accuracy, precision, and recall to use as reference values when evaluating the classification. SVM performed well in classifying the data in this investigation, with  f1 = 88.7%, accuracy = 84.4%, precision = 86.2%, and recall = 97%. This value is acceptable, and hence SVM is suitable for identifying sentiment data about the Covid-19 vaccine in Indonesia. Additional study can be conducted with richer tweet data, more thorough preprocessing, and comparison to other classification algorithms to obtain a higher categorization evaluation score.

Abstract

CARLA is an open source simulator for autonomous driving research. CARLA has been developed from scratch to support the development, training and validation of autonomous driving systems. In addition to open source code and protocols, CARLA provides open digital assets (urban layouts, buildings, vehicles) that are created for this purpose and can be used freely. We use CARLA to study the performance of Augmented Random Search (ARS) to autonomous driving: a classic modular pipeline, an end-to-end model trained via imitation learning, and an end-to-end model trained via reinforcement learning. Test the ability of the Augmented Random Search (ARS) algorithm to train driverless cars on data collected from the front cameras per car. In this study, a framework that can be used to train driverless car policy using ARS in Carla will be built. Although effective policies were not achieved after the first round of training, many insights on how to improve these outcomes in the future have been obtained.

Abstract

Sejak Covid-19 ditetapkan sebagai pandemi global dan BNPB menetapkan status darurat Nasional, bahkan ditetapkan sebagai kejadian luar biasa di Kabupaten Banyumas, membuat semua Sekolah juga memberlakukan Bekerja dari Rumah sejak Maret 2020 SD Negeri 1 Pliken beralamat di jalan raden patah no 1 Kecamatan Kembaran Kabupaten Banyumas. Dimasa pandemi corona 19 semua Sekolah diwajibkan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran jarak jauh atau online. Dalam pelaksanaan saat ini masih menggunakan aplikasi media sosial seperti whatsapp. Pembelajaran ternyata Guru mengalami kesulitan dalam melakukan interaksi peraga dan penjelasan secara visual, Guru dapat membuat media pembelajaran secara online sehingga mempermudah guru dalam menyampaikan materi secara daring. Guru serta siswa dapat saling berkomunikasi walaupun tidak tatap muka secara langsung dan dapat menjalankan proses pembelajaran

Abstract

Kemajuan di bidang teknologi menjadi tantangan tersendiri dan menjadi peluang yang dapat dikembangkan dalam peningkatan pola belajar dan pembelajaran. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering ditemui secara umum pada guru di UPK Kec. Kembaran adalah keterbatasan dalam hal kemampuan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi sehingga guru dalam memberikan materi hanya sebatas mengandalkan Whatsapp group dan siswa mengerjakan soal-soal di LKS, hal ini berdampak kepada siswa menjadi jenuh dalam belajar secara online. Jika berlangsung cukup lama siswa stress secara psikologi dan malas untuk belajar. Solusinya dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Pelaksanananya melalui materi secara teori dan praktik, sampai tahapan evaluasinya. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian secara langsung dalam kelas dan drill practice. Target yang dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kemampuan kreatifitas guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi agar menciptakan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan dan mudah diterima oleh siswa.

Abstract

Pandemi global Covid-19 memunculkan banyak masalah dalam kehidupan masyarakat Indonesia. Kasus positif Corona di Indonesia terjadi hampir di semua Provinsi, termasuk Kabupaten Banyumas, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Kabupaten Banyumas juga merupakan Kabupaten yang terdampak adanya pasien positif Covid-19. Kabupaten Banyumas terus melakukan berbagai upaya dalam mengatasi pandemi Covid-19, termasuk melibatkan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dalam memantau warga masyarakat melalui Gugus Tugas Percepatan Penanganan Covid-19 dan juga melibatkan akademisi, khususnya Dosen dari Universitas Amikom Purwokerto. Dalam hal ini, Universitas Amikom Purwokerto berkoordinasi bersama Bupati, Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika serta Dinas Kesehatan untuk dapat menghasilkan inovasi dalam penanganan Covid-19. Dari koordinasi ini kemudian terbentuk aplikasi Banyumas Pantau Warga, yaitu aplikasi yang digunakan sebagai pendataan dan pencatatan Pra ODP (Orang Dalam Pantauan) serta warga yang terdampak Covid-19. Dalam pelaksanaannya penggunaan aplikasi Banyumas Pantau Warga ternyata banyak mengalami kendala baik teknis maupun non teknis, dikarenakan fase pengembangan aplikasi yang sangat singkat, oleh karena itu perlu adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan para ASN dalam penggunaan aplikasi ini sehingga tujuan dibuatnya aplikasi dapat tercapai. Hasil dari adanya pelatihan dan pendampingan menunjukkan para ASN sudah dapat melakukan pendataan dengan cepat dan tepat.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan aplikasi RT online pada masyarakat Teluk khususnya RT 02 RW 03. Metode pelaksanan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, demonstrasi dan juga praktik aplikasi RT online yang diikuti oleh perwakilan warga sebanyak 15 orang Hasil yang diperoleh adalah warga telah mampu menggunakan aplikasi RT online guna memudahkan urusan administrasi RT dan melihat informasi yang ada di RT dalam menggunakan aplikasi RT online sehingga lebih efektif dan efisien dalam mendapatkan informasi dan urusan administrasi RT. Hasil dari pendampingan yang telah dilakukan dapat di sebarluaskan ke warga lain sehingga semua warga dapat memanfaatkan adanya teknologi baru di lingkungan RT 02 RW 03.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah 3 Middle School in Purwokerto is the school that organizes the Low-Income Students Scholarship (BSM) program every first semester held in each new school year. During this time, processing student data and other equipment have been processed with manual calculations, as well as data storage using only Microsoft Excel. In selecting ranking, it still uses paper. The paper calculation on the selection of BSM recipients in the previous year is often lost and hard to find already needed, also there is no particular system for processing the data so that the subjective method is still needed by relying trusts on personal. The purpose of this study is the creation of a Decision Support System (DSS) application for Determining Low-Income Students Scholarship (BSM) using the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method at Muhammadiyah 3 Middle School in Purwokerto so that the selection process of Low-Income Students Scholarship (BSM) can be used. So that it is right on target to students who are entitled to BSM and can store data safely. The system development method used is a waterfall.

Abstract

Due to the increasing importance placed on customer equity in today's business environment, many companies are focusing on the notion of customer loyalty and profitability to increase market share. Building a successful Customer Relationship Management (CRM), a company starts from identifying true value and customer loyalty because customer value can provide basic information to spread more targeted and personalized marketing. In this paper, customer lifetime value (CLV) is used for customer segmentation in non-contracted businesses. The results obtained from this study are very acceptable. CLV has successfully analyzed and produced a fairly strong assumption about the value possessed by each customer whether they will make a return transaction or not.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the similarity of the answers to the description by using alternative answers as reference answers provided by the lecturer with a view to overcoming the diversity of student answers. This research focuses more on Indonesian language questions and answers by combining the jaccard similarity algorithm and keyword similarity. The results obtained indicate that by adding alternative reference answers, it can increase the correlation value to 0.78% and reduce MAE to 0.55. Likewise, after combining the jaccard similarity algorithm and keyword similarity, the correlation value increased to 0.78% and MAE decreased to 0.49.

Abstract

The preparation of learning tools needs to be carried out by each teacher so that students and the quality of education can be guaranteed and in accordance with learning achievements later. This community service activity is carried out with the aim of assisting teachers in developing learning tools and compiling an independent curriculum. The methods in this service activity are lectures and hands-on practice in making learning tools including Canva, Filmora and Google Drive. The result of this service is that the teacher is able to make learning tools by utilizing existing technology and packaging it to attract students, based on the results of this training satisfaction survey the teacher stated that he was satisfied and helped with a score of 95% meaning that activities like this can continue with different material to the future.
