The central government has established the industry road map through MP3EI to support the shipbuilding industry. The region of Surabaya, Gresik, Lamongan and Tuban areas will be developed as the national shipping industry. The purpose of this study is to f ormulate the shipbuilding industry development cooperation to support the development of regional innovation systems. The goal and objectives are to identify the type of support the shipbuilding industry in Lamongan, to obtain a general picture of the existing condition of shipbuilding industries and the subsequent descriptive analysis to identify factors that influence the development of the shipbuilding industry. The method is using a theoretical review of the literature and the descriptive analysis of the results of depth interviews with stakeholders in Lamongan. The results of this study are the factors that influence the development of the shipbuilding industry.

Kota Samarinda ditetapkan sebagai pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi perdagangan dan jasa regional terpenting di Provinsi Kalimantan Timur dengan konsep Kawasan Pengembangan Ekonomi Terpadu (RTRW provinsi Kalimantan Timur 2016 ? 2036). Kebijakan program Kawasan Pengembangan Ekonomi Terpadu didukung dengan pengaruh tingkat kinerja kawasan ekonoomi sebagai penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Samarinda serta faktor eksternal yang dapat memengaruhi keberadaan kawasan ekonomi terpadu. Namun, hingga saat ini kinerja kawasan ekonomi terpadu yang ada belum terealisasi secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat kinerja kawasan ekonomi terpadu terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi berdasarkan persepsi responden terpilih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode analisis Skala Likert untuk mengukur tingkat kinerja Kawasan Pengembangan Ekonomi Terpadu di Kota Samarinda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa tingkat kinerja kawasan ekonomi terpadu pada 7 indikator pertumbuhan ekonomi menempati skala 1 atau sangat rendah. Sedangkan variabel investasi menempati skala 2 atau rendah. Dapat diketahui jika tingkat kinerja kawasan ekonomi terpadu bagi pertumbuhan perekonomian di Kota Samarinda belum terealisasi.

The relocation of the national capital is national development that has a positive impact and benefits on the people in it. Sustainable results in national development can occur if the community is actively involved in its development. Community involvement is related to the community readiness in Kecamatan Sepaku and Samboja in dealing with the relocation of the Indonesiaâ€Ÿs national capital. If the community is not ready, it can affect the condition of the community itself. The highest level of community readiness in dealing with issues is that the community involved and able to evaluate the program that has been prepared.. However, the condition of the community in Kecamatan Sepaku and Kecamatan Samboja is not yet known towards the planned relocation of the national capital. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the level of readiness of Kecamatan Sepaku and Kecamatan Samboja towards of the relocation of the national capital. Analysis of the level of community readiness using the community readiness model. It is known that the final value of the community readiness in Kecamatan Sepaku is 3 (vague awareness) and in Kecamatan Samboja is 2 (denial / resistance).Â Â Â Â Â

Balikpapan City has a population that continues to increase in 2010 to 2015. Population growth has resulted in population densification and rapid and uncontrolled settlements in parts of the city. Thus, the need for space to accommodate population growth will increase so that it is very vulnerable to changes in the use of green open space into settlements and built area. The Changes in land use functions will have a negative impact on environmental conditions if did not controlled. Thus, it is necessary to control land use in terms of green open space availability which begins with analyzing the distribution patterns, types and characteristics of each green open space. The purpose of this study was to analyze the distribution patterns of public green open spaces based on their types and characteristics. As for the analysis carried out to achieve this goal there are several stages. First, identification of the distribution of public green open space based on its type through field observation; second, an analysis of the distribution of public green open space related to the type is carried out through literature studies and field observations. Berdasarkan RTRW Kota Balikpapan Tahun 2012-2032 bahwa Kecamatan Balikpapan Timur berfungsi sebagai pusat perdagangan dan jasa agro skala kota yang memiliki potensi kawasan peruntukkan pertanian. Subsektor perkebunan memiliki luasan wilayah paling besar dibandingkan yang lain dengan persentase sebesar 50,35% dan menjadi salah satu sektor pertanian yang potensial. Pada nilai produktivitas mengalami penurunan dari tahun 2017 ke 2018 sehingga tujuan dalam penelitian ini menentukan komoditi unggulan pada subsektor perkebunan di Kecamatan Balikpapan Timur menggunakan kriteria komoditi unggulan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis LQ, Shift-Share, dan survei primer. Sehingga berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa dari analisis LQ yang termasuk sektor basis adalah komoditi karet, kelapa dalam, kopi robusta, lada, kakao dan kemiri. Dari hasil analisis shift-share komoditi lada termasuk komoditi yang progresif atau pertumbuhan yang maju serta dari hasil bobot kriteria komoditi unggulan dan survei primer bahwa komoditi karet menjadi komoditi unggulan di Subsektor Perkebunan Kawasan Pertanian di Kecamatan Balikpapan Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan alternatif lokasi pengembangan kawasan agroindustri berbasis komoditas pertanian unggulan di Kabupaten Lamongan guna meningkatkan nilai tambah sektor pertanian. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan beberapa alat analisis yakni analisis LQ dan analisis Shift Share yang digunakan untuk menentukan komoditas unggulan, analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penentuan lokasi kawasan agroindustri, serta analisa pembobotan untuk menentukan lokasi yang paling potensial untuk dikembangkan sebagai kawasan agroindustri. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh bahwa komoditas pertanian unggulan di kabupaten Lamongan adalah komoditas padi. Selanjutnya didapatkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penentuan lokasi pengembangan agroindustri di Kabupaten Lamongan yakni tenaga kerja, aksesibilitas, listrik kuantitas bahan baku, dan pasar. Kemudian berdasarkan faktor-faktor tersebut didapatkan lokasi-lokasi yang potensial untuk pengembangan kawasan agroindustri berbasis komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Lamongan yakni Kecamatan Babat, Paciran, Kedungpring, Lamongan, Modo, dan Brondong.

Lamongan District has considerable potential in the agricultural sector. However, the agricultural sector has not been able to generate added value in the regional development of Lamongan Regency. The high GDP of agriculture sector is not matched with the high GDP of industrial sector. This proves that the results of the agricultural sector has not been used optimally by the industrial sector. To increase the value added of industrial sectors, it would require agro-industrial development based on predominant crops in Lamongan District. The potential area based on agricultural situation and the current status of agro-industrial development is required to provide the strategy of agro-industrial development. The study of current situation of agriculture sector was conducted with three analysis namely agriculture efficiency analysis, location quotient analysis, and shift share analysis. Whereas, the study of current status of agro-industrial development was conducted with descriptive analysis. Furthermore, identification of potential areas was based on the classification of the area using the quartile method which distinguishes the area (sub-district) into four classes namely very low potential, low potential, medium potential and high potential. After identifying the level of agricultural potential, the current level of agro-industrial development was studied based on selected indicators. Following two sets of analyses, the potential sub-districts have been identified for intensification of agro-industrial development relating to predominant crops. In the study, few sub-districts such as Brondong, Deket and Glagah have high potential for agro-industrial development.

One of the directions for the development of Kutai Kartanegara Regency is the development of food based on local raw materials to increase competitiveness, then the direction for its development is through food crop agribusiness agriculture (Regional Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPD) of Kutai Kartanegara Regency 2005-2025, 2010). The rice commodity has a contribution percentage above 50% and is more stable than other commodities in the last 3 (three) years, 2016-2018 (Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, 2020). However, there has been a decline in the production of rice commodities by 3% annually in five years, starting from 2013-2017 in Kutai Kartanegara Regency (Department of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, 2020). So that the research aims to analyze the rice-producing sub-districts so that the government or the authorities can develop agricultural potential, especially rice commodities in Kutai Kartanegara Regency to the fullest. The method of analysis is to use LQ and DLQ analysis in each District in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The result of the analysis is that rice commodity becomes a basic commodity in Loa Kulu, Sebulu, Tenggarong Seberang, Anggana, and Muara Kaman Districts.
