Abstract

This paper attempts to explain the role and strategy of the Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) today, by making a comparison of the existence of the NU from the Old Order (ORLA), then in the New Order (ORBA) which finally according to the author produced the NU Order (ORNU). This research uses the library research method to answer the various ups and downs that lead to the design of the paradigm, methodology, and foundation of NU today. The results showed that the NU experienced ups and downs, becoming the largest Islamic organization during the Old Order. Then it became a political party during the New Order era. Then the final result explained that ORNU which was intended at this time was NU returned to their first goal of forming an NU organization to preach in the social and educational fields, not to engage in practical politics.

Abstract

Berita mengenai aksi terorisme telah mewarnai banyak media massa baik media cetak maupun media elektronik beberapa saat bahkan sampai beberapa pekan semenjak terjadinya BOM Sarinah di kawasan Jalan MH. Thamrin Jakarta. Terorisme adalah serangan-serangan terkoordinasi yang bertujuan membangkitkan perasaan teror terhadap sekelompok masyarakat. Berbeda dengan perang, aksi terorisme tidak tunduk pada tatacara peperangan seperti waktu pelaksanaan yang selalu tiba-tiba dan target korban jiwa yang acak serta seringkali merupakan warga sipil. Terjadinya bom bunuh diri juga sebagai bentuk penolakan terhadap realitas sosial yang kemudian di kembangkan melalui media. Mereka menganggap bahwa sistem hukum di negara Indonesia adalah hasil dari pemikiran barat. juga memiliki sistem Thagut (Berhala) dan tidak menggunakan hukum syariat Islam. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan doktrin-doktrin yang mereka berikan sehingga terinternalisasi menjadi sebuah pegangan hidup dan diterima sebagai suatu kebenaran, kemudian disucikan dalam bentuk dogma, yang hanya kematian yang dapat memisahkan keyakinan tersebut dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Disisi lain bentuk kekerasan aktual adalah kekerasan yang nyata, transparan dan terjadi secara sungguh-sungguh, sedangkan kekerasan simbolik adalah kekerasan yang terjadi melalui simbol-simbol, bisa berupa bahasan di media lisan, tulisan maupun elektronik. Dalam realitas sosial ada tiga corak kekerasan agama, yaitu: pertama, kekerasan fisik yang terjadi antar umat beragama, seperti kekerasan pada jemaat Ahmadiyah di kampus Mubarok. Kedua, Kekerasan wacana yang biasanya terjadi di kalangan penganut salah satu agama, seperti wacana yang dikembangkan oleh Jaringan Islam Liberal yang menghasilkan kekerasan terhadapnya. Ketiga, kekerasan agama yang bercorak halus yang biasanya menggunakan medium seni atau sastra, ini dilakukan pada tayangan-tayangan perfilman contohnya karya Panji Kusmin yang berjudul "langit Makin Mendung", Salman Rushdi tentang " Satanic Verses".

Abstract

Satire Content Youtube's Got Talent Channel Skinny Indonesia24 Perspective of Islamic Ethics Freedom in uploading YouTube content is one of the reasons for the decline in content quality. This phenomenon was criticized by skinnyindonesia24 by creating YouTube's got talent content to criticize YouTube content which is considered to lower the standard of YouTube creator content. The purpose of this study was to examine the meaning and find out the satire from the perspective of Islamic ethics and communication on YouTube's got talent. This study uses descriptive discourse analysis by analyzing the three parts of YouTube's got talent content to obtain research data. The data collection technique in this study was carried out through the observation stage by watching repeatedly and documentation by taking screenshots of the atmosphere and dialogue relevant to this research. The results of this study indicate that the soft satire and hard satire used have a meaning of criticism of YouTube content which is considered to lower the standards of content creators. In this content there are also several dialogues that are not in accordance with communication ethics such as nature, actions, morals and relationships. Several dialogues also come out of the principles of Islamic communication and communication
