Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif melalui survei lapangan. Terdapat 85 responden yang diambil secara acak berlapis. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisa menggunakan beberapa alat analisis yaitu korelasi product moment, korelasi majemuk dan koefisien penentu (KP). Dari hasil penghitungan dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi product moment yang menguji hubungan antara, serta uji pada hubungan antara kewirausahaan dan tingkat penerimaan serta ketertarikan pada budidaya hidroponik, terlihat adanya hubungan yang positif. Hasil penghitungan menggunakan korelasi majemuk yang menguji hubungan antara status sosio-ekonomi dan tingkat penerimaan budidaya hidroponik sebagai inovasi teknologi budidaya dan ketertarikan pada agribisnis hidroponik yang direfleksikan oleh peubah tingkat penerimaan informasi dan kesiapan peralatan teknologinya, adalah 0.65, sedangkan korelasi antara tingkat kewirausahaan dan penerimaan hidroponik sebagai inovasi teknologi budidaya serta ketertarikan pada agribisnis menggunakan hidroponik yang disuskung oleh ketersediaan dana, adalah 0.78. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa karakteristik kewirausahaan serta pendanaan memiliki dampak yang lebih besar pada penerimaan dan ketertarikan pada budidaya hidroponik dibandingka dengan status sosio-ekonomi dan penerimaan informasi. Abstract

ABSTRACTThrough out in history of pesantren is not a stagnant entity. Pesantren has undergone various linkages from early history to this present. Initially pesantren is an institution with simple spaces which are turned into an institution with the complexity of space. Consider from the physical structure, initially, pesantren has three buildingsor facilities that are the mosque, majlis-taklim and house of Kyai. The third building is a building for education space. Along with the development in the peripheral of pesantren environment currently emerging business space.This paper discusses the development of pesantren space, using the conditions of pesantren in the late 19th century to the present. The discussion using an arrangement of the history and growth of pesantren space by taking the case at Sidogiri Pesantren, Pasuruan, East Java.This paper uses a constructivist approach that is hermeneutic and dialectical where the individual social construction can acquire and known through interactions between researcher and actors of research. In addition, this study also emphasizes empathy and dialectic interaction between researchers and informants in order to reconstruct the social reality under study with qualitative methods. The survey results of the research revealed that the emerging new spaces at the pesantren that is the internal business space and external business collaboration space that complements the mosque, majlis taklim and house of Kyai who had been already there. The new of economy spaces (business spaces), and with the community formed can be a tool for survival strategy of Pesantren. Even to this day pesantren persist with the principles of Islamic, but remains on the threat of consequences: without the moral control of religion, and the charisma of kyai, Pesantren can be a greedy capitalist machine as generally.Keywords: transformation, economic space, pesantrenABSTRAKSepanjang sejarahnya pesantren bukanlah entitas stagnan. Pesantren telah mengalami berbagai kebersinggungan dari awal sejarahnya hingga saat ini. Pesantren yang pada awalnya adalah sebuah lembaga dengan ruang-ruang yang sederhana kini berubah menjadi lembaga dengan kompleksitas ruang. Dilihat dari struktur fisik, pada awalnya pesantren mempunyai tiga bangunan atau fasilitas yaitu masjid, majlis taklim dan rumah Kyai. Ketiga bangunan tersebut merupakan bangunan untuk ruang pendidikan. Seiring dengan perkembangan, saat ini di lingkungan pesantren muncul ruang-ruang bisnis. Tulisan ini membahas mengenai perkembangan ruang pesantren, menggunakan kondisi pesantren pada akhir abad 19 hingga saat ini. Pembahasan menggunakan Setting sejarah dan pertumbuhan ruang pesantren dengan mengambil contoh kasus di Pondok Pesantren Sidogiri, Pasuruan Jawa Timur. Tulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan konstruktivis yang bersifat hermeunetikal dan dialektikal dimana konstruksi sosial individu dapat diperoleh dan diketahui melalui interaksi antara peneliti dan tineliti. Di samping itu, penelitian ini juga menekankan empati dan interaksi dialektif antara peneliti dan informan dalam rangka merekonstruksi realitas sosial yang diteliti dengan metode kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa muncul ruang-ruang baru di pesantren yaitu ruang usaha internal dan ruang kolaborasi bisnis eksternal yang melengkapi ruang masjid, majlis taklim dan rumah kyai yg selama ini sudah ada.Ruang-ruang ekonomi baru (ruang bisnis) dan pembentukan komunitas telah menjadi sebuah alat dan strategi kebertahanan pesantren. Sekalipun sampai saat ini pesantren bertahan dengan prinsip keislaman, namun tetap pada ancaman konsekuensi: ketika terjadi pelemahan pada kontrol moral dari pengajaran agama, dan kharisma kyai yang dimilikinya, maka pesantren dapat menjadi mesin kapitalisme yang serakah sebagaimana umumnya.Kata kunci: transformasi, ruang ekonomi pesantren

Abstract

Healthcare is the need of many people to fulfill their lifestyles. The desire to achieve maximum appearance encourages everyone to the healthcare of skin. The relatively high cost and the low number of aesthetic doctors in certain areas have led some people to do facial treatments independently using skincare products. Askin's business idea in the form of a facial care application is one of the solutions to help users with facial skincare. This research aims to analyze the problem factors of skincare users in carrying out facial skincare, analyze the right solution, and design a Minimum Viable Product that suits the Askin application. This research was conducted from December 2020 to January 2021 using the House of Quality research method to identify the best features. This research also used female research respondents aged 19-34 years using skincare products and domiciled in the City of Bukit Tinggi as a sample of this study. The results of this research contained six problems from skincare users, which is not knowing the type/condition of the skin in detail, not knowing the right skin care product to use, experiencing an incompatibility when using skincare products, difficulty obtaining skincare products, having no place to ask and consult, and not using skin care regularly. In conclusion, the Askin Application has ten application features formulated based on consumer needs and desires. These features are implemented in the minimum viable product of the Askin application. Keywords: business development, digital platform, facial care, house of quality

Abstract

The wood-based industry is faced with various problems, both internal and external, especially the problem of availability and continuity of raw materials. The study aims to analyses the business model that has been implemented by this wood depot. Then, this study also analyses the feasibility based on the business model innovation of this wood depot initiative. This research uses an analytical framework of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and Financial Feasibility Canvas (FFC). The Business Model Canvas presents a visual representation of the nine components of a business which are divided into the right (creative side) and left (logic side) on one page. The analysis uses the Financial Feasibility Canvas (FFC) which consists of 6 steps of analysis components consisting of rational investment, capital investments, assumptions, cash flows, financial returns, and decisions. The results of this study show that this business model innovation at this integrated wood depot can strengthen the speed of supply of raw materials and can maintain continuity to the furniture industry. The sustainability of this business model innovation is realized through vertical integration into the furniture industry. Based on the feasibility analysis, this business model has a feasibility in terms of investment for 5 years. In the future, the wood depot in this business model can be applied to industry players in Indonesia. Abstract

The process of work termination of employment is done carelessly, the process is carried out with careful consideration. Termination of employment by PT. This XYZ has an impact on the changing attitudes of its employees. Employee attitude is an important factor in contributing to promotion and high commitment in management practices. Data can be divided into two parts, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data is a source of data collected by the authors themselves, while secondary data is data collected from other parties. The processing method uses the T test. Termination of employees at PT XYZ provides an increase in employee performance improvement. This can be seen from the faster monthly fulfillment target for employees who are able to innovate and be innovative to work better. PT XYZ's policy must be able to have a positive impact on employees' commitment to remain in the company. The commitment of employees is important for companies in order to maintain assets. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to provide a holistic understanding of the contexts and theories applied in green purchase behavior studies. This research used PRISMA's systematic review method to analyze 76 empirical articles on green purchase intention and behavior from 2014 to 2019 across countries. This research is one of the first studies to cross-examine the context and theories applied in green purchase studies. For each theory applied, we present a brief description and recommendation for the future agenda of research agenda. Despite the breadth of previous studies' results, this review indicates that most studies investigated green products in general. Furthermore, the theory of planned behavior, the theory of perceived value, and the theory of personal value emerged as the three main theoretical frameworks of consumer green purchase behavior study across products and countries. The paper will help policymakers and managers formulate and implement strategies to encourage green purchasing and give insight into the future direction of green purchase study. Abstract

The construction of a crusher system is a very important sequence in the underground mining stage. Therefore, the delays in completing construction will have a negative effect on production achievement. Of the three crusher systems with a capacity of around 2,500 tons per hour that have been completed to support the development of a new underground mine at PT Freeport Indonesia (PTFI), two of them have experienced a delay in completion of more than one month while the remaining one was completed faster. This study aims to assess the risk of delays in the construction of a crusher system in PTFI’s underground mine. The risk of delay was identified and registered from the history of the construction reports of the three previous crusher systems. Then the opinions of 35 selected experts are collected to provide an assessment on four scales of both consequences and likelihood scores. This expert assessment is used for risk analysis to determine the severity level of each risk. The result of this study identified 79 risks of delay in the construction of a crusher system in PTFI’s underground mine which can be grouped into five categories: 16 risks related to work area, 8 risks related to construction drawing, 22 risks related to materials, 3 risks related to administration, and 30 risks related to resources. From the results of risk analysis and evaluation, it was found that 17 risks of high severity delays required risk treatment: 1 risk in the work area, 11 risks to material, and 5 risks to resources. In very specific projects such as the construction of a crusher system in a remote underground mine, the risks related to materials and resources management are of high severity impact for project delays. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the service quality of BRILink Agent Officers (PAB) on the level of satisfaction, trust and loyalty of BRILink Agents in order to achieve the BRILink Agent transaction volume target. This study used a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. Questionnaires were submitted to 300 respondents, namely BRILink agents who were used as samples, which were located in West Jakarta, Banten and West Kalimantan. Respondent requirements are BRILink Agents who have been BRI Agents for a minimum of 6 months and the number of transactions is under 200 transactions per month. Questionnaires were distributed by BRI employees, namely the Resident Auditor Unit (RAU) in the local area. There were 274 questionnaires that were returned and were completely filled out. The data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method and uses Lisrel 8.72 software to analyze the casual relationship between service quality, satisfaction, trust and loyalty of BRILink agents, and to evaluate hypotheses regarding the relationship between model construction. The results of this study indicate that all Service Quality indicators have a significant effect on BRIink Agent Satisfaction, BRILink Agent Satisfaction has a significant effect on BRILink Agent Trust and Loyalty. What greatly affects the satisfaction, trust and loyalty of BRILink Agents is the frequency of PAB visits to BRILink Agents, PAB's ability to motivate BRILink Agents, and BRI must improve the quality of the system and network. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the understanding responden of Talent Management (TM), concepts, practices and challenges in implementation of TM. Respondents consists of stakeholder (Professional HR, Senior executives, Line Managers) and TM participants. Qualitative approach is adopted in the study with case study at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk as a multinational company (MNC). Findings in this study indicate that TM implementation will depend on the culture, type of company, and individual of the company. Understanding of the TM concept has different at each level. TM practices at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk use the inclusive people approach. The TM program is good enough and synergizes with long-term business strategies; however, still has a lot of improvement, and practice of TM more on 70% experience or on the job assignment, 20% coaching and mentoring, and 10% formal development.

Abstract

The enormous potential for the development of agrotourism in Indonesia has not been explored efficiently due to nonoptimal marketing. Therefore, this research formulated the marketing strategy for the agrotourism sector in Lampung Province Indonesia. Purposive sampling was used to select the respondents based on the criteria of experts with experience, knowledge, or authority in agrotourism. This led to the selection of 12 people in the Department of Agriculture and the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, tourism operators consisting of the Hotel and Restaurant Association (PHRI), the Association of The Indonesian Tours and Travel Agencies (ASITA), and farmers/agritourism partners. Upon the analysis using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), the results showed that authentic experience should be prioritized with agrotourism actors or partners playing a big role in the marketing process. Furthermore, the addition of attractions with actors or partners is expected to play a key role in offering authentic experiences to tourists as a prioritized alternative strategy. These findings, therefore, showed the need for coordination and collaboration, intensifying marketing communications as well as the provision of tour packages to increase agrotourism marketing in the study area.
