Abstract

: Kegiatan layanan konseling dapat diselenggarakan baik secara perorangan maupun kelompok. Secara perorangan layanan konseling dilaksanakan melalui konseling individual, sedangkan secara kelompok melalui konseling kelompok. Konseling individual ditujukan kepada peserta didik untuk membantu memperbaiki kebiasaan yang kurang memadai/perilaku menyimpang (perilaku membolos) agar menjadi perilaku yang lebih baik lagi di lingkungan sekolah. Hasil survey pra penelitian yang penulis peroleh di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) Pangudi Luhur Bandar Lampung menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat peserta didik yang melakukan pelanaggaran tata tertib sekolah (membolos). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas XI dan 1 guru bimbingan konseling, dari jumlah keseluruhan peserta didik kelas XI, penulis mengambil 7 peserta didik ditambah 1 guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode interview, observasi dan dokumentasi, sedangkan untuk menganalisis data digunakan metode analisis data yang bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan berfikir induktif dan deduktif. Berdasarkan pengolahan dan analisis data yang penulis lakukan dalam skripsi ini diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan layanan konseling individual terjadi kebanyakan didasari atas inisiatif guru BK yaitu dengan cara memanggil peserta didik, selain itu kondisi sarana dan prasarana yang kurang memadai untuk melakukan konseling individual. Oleh karena itu guru BK harus menguasai pengetahuan bidang konseling teknik dan langkah-langkah yang akan dilaksanakan, sehingga pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling individual di sekolah berjalan dengan baik dan maksimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceptions of learners on the implementation of counseling guidance in SMA Negeri I Karya Penggawa Pesisir Barat. This research uses qualitative research method with 8 research subjects, 6 students, 1 principal, 1 teacher BK SMA Negeri I Karya Penggawa Kabupaten Pesisir Barat from class (class X, XI and XII) with snowball sampling technique. Data collection using interview guides that have been prepared by researchers and analysis documents. The collected data is transcluded one by one, then analyzed thematically based on the theories used as the foundation in the research. The results of the research indicate that the learners perceptions of the counseling guidance in SMA N I Karya Penggawa Kabupaten Pesisir Barat lesson year 2015/2016 are: (a) that Guidance and counseling to assist in overcoming the problems that the learners tackle in negative connotations (naughty, truant, not discipline etc); (B) this guidance and counseling is not functioning to provide maximum student service. Guidance and counseling functions are carried out more dominantly in the function of alleviation that is when learners perform actions that violate school rules; (C) lack of facilities for guidance and counseling facilities provided by the school (no special room for counseling); (D) lack of learners knowledge of guidance and counseling (objectives, methods, functions, principles) so that not many learners access guidance and counseling services; (E) lack of bk teacher skills in the implementation of guidance and counseling, so the BK service lacks providing preventive and developmental services and tends to blame the learners. Based on the results of the overall research can be concluded that the perception of learners on the implementation of guidance and counseling in SMA Negeri I Karya Penggawa Kabupaten Pesisir Barat lesson year 2015/2016 is less than the maximum.

Abstract

Truant habits will have a negative impact. Behavioral contract is one of the techniques to reduce truant behavior that is a written agreement between two individuals or more agree to be involved in a target behavior. The technique was carried out so that the truancy behavior of students could be reduced. This study was quantitative in the form of a quasi exprimental design with the design used in this study, namely: non-equitable control group design. There were two research groups, namely: the experimental group and the control group which were both pretest and posttest. the results of the treatment that has been given, there appears to be a change in behavior in the truant class to be lower, thus it can be stated that the behavioral contract technique can reduce truancy behavior of class XI students at Bandar Lampung Muhammadiyah 2 High School.

Abstract

This research is quantitative in the form of a quasi exprimental design with the design used in this study, namely: the design of a non-equevalent control group. There were two research groups namely: the experimental group and the control group which were both pretest and posttest. the results of consultations that have been given, there appears to be a change in the truant class to be lower, thus can be verified contractual behavior techniques can reduce truancy behavior of class XI students at Muhammadiyah 2 High School Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Counseling service activities can be organized either individually or in groups. Individual counseling services are conducted through individual counseling, while group by group counseling. Individual counseling is directed to learners to help correct inadequate habits / deviant behavior (truancy behavior) in order to become better behaviors in the school environment. The results of pre-research surveys that the authors obtain in Senior High School (SMA) Pangudi Luhur Bandar Lampung indicate that there are still learners who do pelanaggaran school rules (ditching). The method used in this research is field research (field research) with the type of descriptive research. The population in this study were students of class XI and 1 counseling teacher, from the total of students of class XI, the writer took 7 students plus 1 teacher guidance and counseling to be sampled in this research. Data collection techniques used interview, observation and documentation method, while to analyze data used qualitative data analysis method using inductive and deductive thinking approach. Based on the processing and analysis of data that the authors do in this thesis is known that the implementation of individual counseling services occur mostly based on BK teacher initiative is by calling learners, other than that the condition of facilities and infrastructure are inadequate to conduct individual counseling. Therefore, BK teachers should master the knowledge of the field of technical counseling and the steps that will be implemented, so that the implementation of individual guidance and counseling services in the school goes well and maximally

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi peserta didik tentang implementasi bimbingan konseling di SMA Negeri I Karya Penggawa Pesisir Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan 8 subjek penelitian, 6 siswa, 1 kepala sekolah, 1 guru BK SMA Negeri I Karya Penggawa Kabupaten Pesisir Barat dari kelas (kelas X, XI dan XII) dengan teknik snowball sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan panduan wawancara yang telah disiapkan oleh peneliti dan dokumen analisis. Data yang dikumpulkan ditransklusikan satu per satu, kemudian dianalisis secara tematis berdasarkan teori yang digunakan sebagai dasar dalam penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi peserta didik tentang bimbingan bimbingan di SMA NI Karya Penggawa Kabupaten Pesisir Barat tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 adalah: (a) Bimbingan dan konseling untuk membantu mengatasi masalah yang ditangani oleh peserta didik dalam konotasi negatif (nakal, bolos, bukan disiplin, dll); (B) bimbingan dan konseling ini tidak berfungsi untuk memberikan layanan siswa yang maksimal. Fungsi bimbingan dan konseling dilakukan lebih dominan dalam fungsi pengurangan yaitu ketika peserta didik melakukan tindakan yang melanggar peraturan sekolah; (C) kurangnya fasilitas untuk fasilitas bimbingan dan konseling yang disediakan oleh sekolah (tidak ada ruang khusus untuk konseling); (D) kurangnya pengetahuan peserta didik tentang bimbingan dan konseling (tujuan, metode, fungsi, prinsip) sehingga tidak banyak peserta didik mengakses layanan bimbingan dan konseling; (E) kurangnya keterampilan guru bk dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling, sehingga layanan BK kurang menyediakan layanan pencegahan dan pengembangan dan cenderung menyalahkan para peserta didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa persepsi peserta didik tentang pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling di SMA Negeri I Karya Penggawa Kabupaten Pesisir Barat tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 kurang dari maksimal.

Abstract

Each individual must have different motivation to learn, some are low, and some are high. Students' motivation to learn can be expressed from outside or within the individual. The result of low learning motivation is not being excited during the learning process. Low learning motivation can work for anyone. This problem occurs in 29 State Junior High School, Bandar Lampung students experience low learning motivation with characteristics such as chatting, sleeping, not paying attention while in the learning process. So it is necessary to increase the motivation to learn by using hypnotherapy. This study aims to reveal the effect of hypnotherapy on learning motivation, followed by students. This research is quantitative with a Quasi-Experimental research type, and One group pretest-posttest design research design. The results show the difference between before and after being given hypnotherapy. So it can be denied that hypnotherapy affects learning motivation in students. Hypnotherapy can arouse students' enthusiasm in learning and can suggest various positive things that aim to increase self-confidence, motivation, and a positive self-image.

Abstract

This research on character building of students through the farming gardening project aims to reveal: 1) Planning for school and community cooperation through farming gardening projects at SD Islam At Tamam 2) Implementation of school and community collaboration through farming gardening projects at SD Islam At Tamam 3 ) The impact of the farming gardening projects at SD Islam At Tamam is for the character building of students. This activity involves the principle of teaching staff, landowners, guardians of students and students. The implementation of the Farming Gardening project is led directly by the Principal of SD Islam At Tamam and is always accompanied by cultivating attitudes and morals, by continuing to maintain relationships between all parties involved. the impact on changes in the character of students in a more positive direction, such as collaboration, work hard, responsible, diligent, independent, sensitive to the environment, economic, entrepreneurial, sd become a benchmark for the success of farming gardening projects.Keywords: Farming Gardening, School and Community Collaboration

Abstract

Student Worksheet is a learning media that can be used as a guide for students and lecturers in the teaching and learning process. The developed product of this research is a website-based guided-inquiry approach student worksheet. The purpose of this study is to improve students’ learning outcomes and motivation in learning mathematics. This research employed the pre-experimental method with one-group pretest-posttest design. The small-scale testing obtained an average score of 3.1 which is included in the interesting category. The large-scale testing obtained an average score of 3.26 which is included in the very interesting category. The website-based guided-inquiry approach student worksheet obtained an average score of 0.48 which is included in the medium category for its effectiveness. It can be concluded that the website-based guided-inquiry approach student worksheet is feasible and very interesting to be used in increasing student motivation and learning outcomes for better learning in Basic Mathematics course.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the skills and proficiency of Islamic Education Counseling Guidance students in using basic counseling skills in individual counseling sessions. This research uses qualitative research methods with Case Studies research design with multiple case studies. The data collection technique used by the researcher is a purposive sample in data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that Islamic Education Counseling Guidance students used thirteen basic counseling skills: attending, reflection, exploration, confrontation, open-ended questioning, closed-ended questioning, leading, focusing, tentatively concluding, clarifying, facilitating, concluding, and closing. Some basic counseling skills have not been used, such as paraphrasing, minimal encouragement, interpretation, directing, silence, taking the initiative, advice, and information. What carried out the evaluation results after the individual counseling session ended, the counselee was satisfied with the service, and they said they felt helped. The service process provided by the counselor to the counselee will be much more optimal if the counselor or prospective counselor continues to improve their competence and uses all the basic counseling skills that exist in the assistance process.
