Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengandisiplin belajar pada siswa kelas X dan kelas XI SMA Budi Mulia Hutama Jakarta.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X dan kelas IX SMA Budi Mulia HutamaJakarta, dengan jumlah total 130 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah randomsampling dan diperoleh sampel 60 siswa. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket yangterdiri dari 30 item angket disiplin belajar dan 40 item angket motivasi berprestasi. Hasilpengolahan data dengan analisis korelasi product moment diperoleh koefisien korelasisebesar rxy= 0.841 dengan p= 0,000 (p<0.05), sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasidengan disiplin belajar pada siswa kelas X dan kelas XI di SMA Budi Mulia UtamaJakarta.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Effectiveness of Group Counseling with Time Management Techniques to Minimize the Procrastination of Memorizing Al-Qur'an.This method used is Quasi Experiment with the design Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. Involve 18 students, 9 students as an Experiment Group and 9 other students as a Control Group. The data results that (F= 9.377; p<.000) Means H0 ia rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion of the data is Group Counseling with the Time Management is Effective in Minimazing the Procrastination of Memorizing Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Discipline is a positive and constructive force in shaping children's character related to the environment; the application of disciplinary values must be carried out continuously, to achieve all expected goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of Islamic value-based group counselling to reduce students' late behaviour. The instrument used in this study was a late behaviour questionnaire. The research was conducted at one of Budi Mulia Utama Senior High School in East Jakarta, with 8 students as the research subject. The design that will be used is one group pretest-posttest design. The results of the t-test data analysis showed that Islamic value-based group counselling was effective in reducing students' late behaviour. The findings in the field show that students' late behaviour has decreased after being given group counselling services. Group counselling is carried out by internalizing Islamic values related to discipline in service content at each stage of its implementation. Cultivating Islamic values builds children's awareness of discipline and values time and forms a responsible character.

Abstract

The Relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence with Aggressive Youth Behavior in SMP Negeri 278 Jakarta. Guidance and Counseling Studies, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, As-Syafi'iyah Islamic University. The purpose of this study was to study the relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with the aggressive behaviour in SMP Negeri 278 Jakarta. The method used in this research is the correlational and ex-post facto methods. The population was 201 students and samples taken using the Slovin formula were 114 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the product moment correction technique and multiple comparison analysis. Based on the results of thought when the product with the SPSS 22.v program showed a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adolescent intelligence with r=0.447 and Sig. 0,000 < 0.05. There was no significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and adolescent intelligence with r=0.015 and Sig. 0.473 > 0.05. There is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence with aggressive intelligence where Fcount 14.438 <Ftable 3.08

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas konseling kelompok dengan teknik miracle question dalam meminimalisir perilaku cyber bullying pada siswa kelas XI SMA BPS&K 1 Jakarta. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 46 siswa dan sampel 14 siswa. Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen menggunakan nonequivalent control group design. Uji paired sample t-test pada kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol didapatkan nilai signifikan (sig) .029 < 0,05 dan thitung = 2.461 dan ttabel= 1.761 dengan signifikan 0,05. Maka thitung > ttabel sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik miracle question dapat meminimalisir perilaku cyber bullying pada siswa kelas XI SMA BPS&K 1 Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical data from information about the effectiveness of the Self Management Technique Group Counseling service at SMP Nurul Iman Sukakarya Bekasi. This quantitative research, using Quasi Experiment Research Method, with research design Non equivalent Control Group Design, population as many as 374 students then sample technique with purposive sampling, research sample is 16 students with 8 students in control group and experiment group. From the research conducted, researchers can conclude from various processes during the study.This is evidenced by the results of quantitative research on the calculation of the T-test using SPSS Statistics Version 25 which shows the value of t = 13,889 and t table = 2.365, therefore tcount <ttable then with thus H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a difference in scores between before and after being given service. This shows that the Self Management Technique given by researchers to group counseling members was able to overcome the problem of delays in handing over assignments during the Covid-19 Pandemic at SMP Nurul Iman Sukakarya.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of group guidance services with techniques problem solving to improve self-disclosure for class XI students at Tridaya Sakti SMK Bekasi. This research uses a quantitative approach, the type of this research is Quasi Experimental Design with the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This study involved students of class XI at SMK Tridaya Sakti Bekasi. Based on the results of observations and the distribution of thescale instrument self-disclosure, it shows that behavior self-disclosure students'at the time of the exam is categorized as low. The population is 136 students and the sample is 20 students, 10 students in the experimental group and 10 students in the control group. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used was the T-test with the help of the SPSS Windows version 25 program. The results showed an increase in behavior self-disclosure students' after being given Problem Solving treatment , the sig value was obtained. (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 and when viewed from tcount = 7,686 and ttable = 2.262 seen from (df) 9 with a significant 0.05 that tcount > ttable means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that group guidance services with techniques are problem solving effective in increasing self-disclosure for class XI students of SMK Tridaya Sakti Bekasi
