Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of stress coping and emotion regulation on student academic stress. This study is an expos facto study with a sample of semester IV Islamic counseling guidance students of UIN Raden Intan Lampung, as many as 150 students, samples taken by the purposive method. The instruments used in this study were stress coping scale, emotion regulation scale, and academic stress scale, which had been developed based on indicators and had been validated. The analysis used in this study is the multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that stress coping and emotional regulation have a significant effect on student academic stress.

Abstract

Students with high academic anxiety can cause a decrease in learning motivation. This situation will damage the learning achievement achieved by students. The purpose of this study was to look at the effect of cinematherapy on reducing student academic anxiety. This study uses a one-group pretest-posttest design experimental design. A total of 7 students in SMP Metro 1 were the subjects in this study. Subject selection uses a purposive sampling technique based on high academic anxiety criteria from the results of the academic anxiety scale score. The data analysis technique used is the Wilcoxon test. Statistical test results show that there is an effect of cinematherapy on the decrease in students' academic anxiety. The findings of this study prove that cinema is effective in reducing student academic anxiety at SMPN 1 in the city of Metro, Lampung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Group Counseling by using cognitive restructuring techniques to enhance the Career Maturity of students at SMA Dayah Inshafudin Banda Aceh. The method used in this study was quasi-experimental with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects in the study were eight students who had low levels of self maturity. Data collection techniques in this study used the Self-Scale or CMI (Career Maturity Inventory). The results showed that the career maturity of students could be improved by using group counseling using cognitive restructuring techniques, as evidenced by the results of data analysis using Wilcoxon different tests, from the pretest and posttest results obtained z-output <z-table (z = -2,527; p = .012). The conclusion in this study is that student career maturity can be improved by group counseling services using cognitive restructuring techniques..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of mindfulness interventions in increasing self-disclosure in broken home children in MTS N 1 Bandar Lampung. This type of research is an experimental study with the Single Subject Research (SSR) method. The subject is 14 years old grade IX student. The research design used is multiple baseline A1-B-A2. The instrument used is a scale developed from Devito's theory, which includes five dimensions, namely amount, valence, accuracy/honesty, intention, and intimacy. The   study   used   interrater   reliability   to display  the  reliability  of  the  data  findings.The results showed an effective mindfulness intervention to increase self-disclosure in broken home children. The results of the study provide new knowledge about mindfulness interventions in broken home children to increase self-disclosure so that it can be a reference for other research or individual institutions in the provision or application of mindfulness to help improve self-disclosure.

Abstract

Internalisasi merupakan proses penanaman dan usaha menumbuhkan suatu nilai pada individu, sehingga nilai-nilai tersebut menjadi bagian dari individu tersebut. Nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan merupakan nilai-nilai yang berkembang di masyarakat. Pada penelitian ini nilai-nilai yang ditanamkan adalah nilai-nilai piil pesenggiri untuk mencegah perilaku bullying. Perilaku bullying merupakan tindakan agresif yang sengaja dilakukan oleh suatu kelompok atau individu secara berulang dalam jangka waktu tertentu terhadap individu yang tidak dapat mempertahankan diri. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui secara lebih mendalam internalisasi nilai piil pesenggiri untuk mencegah perilaku bullying. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Analis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan, menggunakan triangulasi untuk mengecek kebsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai yang dapat di internalisasikan adalah bejuluk adek, nemui nyimah, nyengah nyappur dan sakai sambayan. Internalisasi nilai-nilai ini meliputi proses eksternalisas, objektivasi dan hasil internalisasi. Peneliti selanjutnya sebaiknya menguji efektivitas internalisasi nilai piil pesenggiri untuk mencegah perilaku bullying.

Abstract

In carrying out activities, not all individuals/students can behave assertively and instead choose to act non-assertive (passive), such as harboring feelings, pretending, holding differences of opinion, or vice versa by being aggressive. Allowing yourself to be non-assertive can threaten the relationship because one party will feel used by the other party, not resolve the emotional problems they face, and can cause anxiety and stress. The purpose of this study is to examine the group counseling techniques assertive training and thought-stopping to improve student assertiveness abilities. Randomized Pretest-Postest Comparison Group Design for 24 students Bandar Lampung. The instrument used was an assertive scale by Fensterheim and Baer (1980). Data analysis techniques Paired sample t-test and one-way ANOVA. The results showed that group counseling for assertive training and thought-stopping techniques was effective in increasing student assertiveness. Findings prove the success of group counseling in assertive training and thought-stopping techniques for students in the city of Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Keputusan pemerintah yang memindahkan proses pembelajaraan dari sekolah menjadi di rumah membuat banyak guru dan konselor sekolah mengalami kelimpungan. Meninjau dari proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah dengan adanya pendampingan oleh guru, masih ditemui banyaknya siswa yang pasif dan tidak mampu untuk berpikir kritis apa lagi dalam suasana saat ini yang harus belajar sendiri dirumah tanpa pendampingan yang hanya bertumpu pada tugas-tugas mandiri. Permasalahan ini menggambarkan bahwa peran guru sangat sentral di dalam membantu siswa untuk mampu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritisnya di dalam menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan. Khususnya untuk guru bimbingan konseling atau konselor sekolah memiliki peran penting untuk dapat memfasilitasi siswa dalam mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki sesuai keadaan pandemic saat ini adalah dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi.
