Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh umur, jumlah tanggungan, pendapatan responden, dan pendapatan suami terhadap keputusan perempuan berstatus menikah untuk bekerja sebagai pengrajin bambu di Desa Kayubihi, Kecamatan Bangli, Kabupaten Bangli. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 93 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Binary Logistic. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan seluruh variabel bebas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan perempuan berstatus menikah untuk bekerja sebagai pengrajin bambu. Umur, jumlah tanggungan, dan pendapatan responden secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan perempuan berstatus menikah untuk bekerja sebagai pengrajin bambu, dengan nilai probabilitas umur sebesar 52,7 persen, jumlah tanggungan sebesar 68,4 persen, dan pendapatan responden sebesar 80,9 persen. Pendapatan suami tidak berpengaruh negatif terhadap keputusan perempuan berstatus menikah untuk bekerja sebagai pengrajin bambu di Desa Kayubihi, Kecamatan Bangli, Kabupaten Bangli. Abstract

Needed for high mobility has increased the demand for modes of transportation so that many people start working in the field. Increasing the role of drivers will also affect the social and economic life. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of working hours, age, and experience of income from Batu Belig Transport (BBT) drivers. This study uses a kind of secondary data, cross sectional, and uses a saturated sample in data collection. The analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis results found that working hours have a positive and significant effect on the BBT driver's income, while the age has a negative and significant effect on the BBT driver's income. Work experience depicting the working period of the driver has no significant effect on the BBT driver's income. The increase of driver working hours, the greater the income, while with the age of the driver, their income will decrease. Keywords: working hours, age, experience, revenue

Abstract

The development of driver online had increased in Bali especially GO-JEK. It make competition between driver online, that affects to income of GO-JEK’s driver. The purpose of this study are to analyze 1) the influence time works, age, the level of education and work experiences simultaneously against revenue of GO-JEK’s driver, 2) the influence time works, age, the level of education and work experiences in partial against revenue GO-JEK’s driver. This research do in the Denpasar City, Bali. This study used simple random sampling methods. The collection of data in this research is using questionnaires, interviews, and observation method. This study is using multiple linear regression technique. The results of this study are data analysis found that time works, age, the level of education, and work experiences influential simultaneously against revenue GO-JEK.’s driver. Variable of working hours and work experiences have a positive and significant influence, but age and education level variable not affected to income of GO-JEK’s driver.

Abstract

The problem of unemployment is a problem that will never run out for discussion. Unemployed or jobless is a term for people who do not work at all, are looking for work, working less than two days during the week or someone who is trying to get the job .Uemployed generally caused due to the work force or job seekers are not proportional to the number jobs are there that are able absord. This research was conducted aimed to examine the effect of inflation and investment against unemployment in the province of Bali in 1994-2013. The data used is secondary data. The analysis technique used in this study is a multipleregression. The result is inflation partial significant positive effect on unemployment. Means that the high inflation, unemployment increased. Investment in partial significant negative effect on unemployment. Means that the higher investment, rising unemployment and inflation and Investment simultaneous effect on unemployment. Means the higher inflation, investment will decrease and unemployment will decrease. The result are excepeted to provide input to the government in order to maintain the stability of inflation and invesment that the unemployment rate decrease.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kunjungan wisatawan terhadap pendapatan daya tarik wisata, menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh kunjungan wisatawan dan pendapatan daya tarik wisata terhadap tingkat kemiskinan, serta menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung kunjungan wisatawan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan melalui pendapatan daya tarik wisata. Data yang dipergunkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa data panel yaitu, data kunjungan wisatawan, pendapatan daya tarik wisata dan tingkat kemiskinan pada Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Bali periode 2014 – 2017. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur atau path analysis dengan menggunakan Fixed Effect Model. Hasil analisis menunjukkan kunjungan wisatawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan daya tarik wisata. Kunjungan wisatawan dan pendapatan daya tarik wisata berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Pendapatan daya tarik wisata memediasi kunjungan wisatawan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan pada Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Bali periode tahun 2014 -2017. Abstract

ABSTRACT West Manggarai Regency tourism sector is one sector that has the potential to be developed to increase local revenue and West Manggarai Regency economic growth. West Manggarai Regency has increased its tourism sector more than the maritime sector while its cultural and natural tourism sector is not developed enough. This study aims to determine the effect of the number of tourist visits, length of stay of tourists, and hotel occupancy rates on local original income and economic growth in West Manggarai Regency. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained from related agencies. The data obtained is then processed by path analysis through SPSS assistance. The results of this study conclude that the number of tourist visits, length of stay of tourists, and hotel occupancy rates have a positive and significant effect on local income, while the number of tourist visits has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in West Manggarai Regency, length of stay of tourists and hotel occupancy rates have a positive effect and not significant to the economic growth of West Manggarai Regency. Regional original income has a positive and significant effect on economic growth in West Manggarai Regency. Abstract

Tulikup Village is one of the villages in Gianyar Subdistrict, Gianyar Regency where most of the women work in the informal sector. The informal employment sector occupied by women in Tulikup Village is a worker in the red brick industry. The purpose of this study is (1) to analyze the effect of working hours and work experience on the productivity of women workers in the brick industry in the Tulikup village of Gianyar, (2) analyzing the effect of working hours, work experience, and productivity on women's labor income in the stone industry brick in the Gianik Tulikup Village, and (3) analyze the indirect effect of working hours and work experience, on the income of women workers through productivity in the brick industry in Tulikup Gianyar Village. The sample in the study amounted to 106 female workers who were determined by the proportional random sampling method. The analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis).. The results show that (1) working hours and work experience have a significant positive effect on the productivity of women workers in the brick industry in Tulikup Village, Gianyar Regency. (2) working hours, work experience, and productivity have a significant positive effect on women's labor income in the brick industry in Tulikup Village, Gianyar Regency. (3) working hours and work experience indirectly influence the income of women workers in the brick industry in Tulikup Village, Gianyar Regency through productivity in the form of partial mediation. Abstract

Family welfare is the ability of a family to meet their needs. In order to achieve prosperity, a family member must abroad as an Indonesian Worker (TKI) to fulfill his daily needs. The purpose of this study to analyze effect of remittance delivery frequency, number of remittances, and the number of dependents of families in the area of ??origin simultaneously and partially on the welfare of Indonesian Workers' families, analyze the use of remittances by families of Indonesian workers in Jembrana Regency. Samples 72 families, with purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews. Analysis technique used multiple linear regression. The results is frequency of sending remittances, the number of remittances, and the number of family dependents simultaneously had a significant effect on the welfare of the families of Indonesian Workers in Jembrana Regency. The frequency of remittance partially positive significant impact on the welfare of Indonesian Workers' families. The number of remittances partially positive significant effect on the welfare of the families of Indonesian Workers. The number of dependents partially negatively affects the welfare of Indonesian Workers' families. Abstract

Community welfare one of goals epected each region, including districts / cities in Bali Province. One of the efforts made by the government to improve people's welfare is development efforts. Success of economic development is strongly supported by regional revenues and infrastructure. The purpose this study; (1) analyze the effect of regional spending and infrastructure development on economic growth in the Regency / City Bali Province; (2) analyze the effect of regional spending and infrastructure development on the welfare of the community in the Regency / City Bali Province; (3) analyze economic growth as a mediating variable effect of regional spending and infrastructure development on people's welfare. Data used are secondary data, total 81 observations. Analysis technique used path analysis. The results showed 1) regional spending and infrastructure directly have positive effect on economic growth in regencies / cities of Bali Province; 2) regional spending and economic growth have significant positive effect on people's welfare, while infrastructure haven’t positive effect on people's welfare, 3) economic growth not a mediating variable for the effect of regional spending on the welfare of the people in the regencies / cities of Bali Province. Abstract

The development of spiritual tourism Tirta Taman Mumbul Temple has become a visiting trend to conduct spiritual tourism activities. The purpose this study 1) analyze effect of availability facilities and tourist attractions on number tourist visits in Taman Mumbul Temple, 2) analyze influence of availability facilities, tourist attractions, and number of tourist visits to income people working in Taman Mumbul Temple, 3) analyze influence of number of tourist visits mediating availability facilities, and availability of tourist attractions on income of people working in Taman Mumbul Temple. Samples taken 82 people with saturated samplings, used path analysis thecnic. The results showed that the direct effect of the availability of facilities and tourist attractions had a positive and significant effect on the number of tourists. Direct influence variable Availability of facilities Number of tourists, tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on community income. The indirect effect of the availability of facilities through the number of tourists has a positive and significant effect on people's income. The indirect effect of tourist attractions through the number of tourists has a positive and significant effect on people's income.
