Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of acceptance of change and emotional intelligence to improve the performance of civil servants regions (A study in the district was the Regional Secretariat). The study’s findings that: (1) Acceptance of the changes have a positive impact on performance and thus increasing the local civil servants, (2) Effect of Emotional Intelligence in improving the performance of local civil servants. The results showed that the acceptance of change positive direct effect on the performance of local government employees the district was Gorontalo Province. The better acceptance of change, the higher the performance of employees, the implication of this research is to increase the performance of employees can be done by improving the relationship between the employer, the environment and employees in the improvement in the acceptance of change. Harmonization within the government formed a situation that can receive favorable changes in governmental organizations district was openly. While civil servants Emotional intelligence is usually measured area of self-awareness of civil servants accountable in its duties and functions in each of its businesses as part of a self-awareness of employees in optimizing their duties in order to reach target. Awareness in building teamwork work and self-management each individual employee will lift the employee performance improvement. But it also still need consistency in enforcing regulatory leadership in maintaining mental stability of employees in working continuously.

Abstract

This research aimed to reveal the “work effectiveness of vocational students’ internships in increasing entrepreneurial interest in the Pia Putra Kusuma Gorontalo Company”, a case study of the on-the-job-training students at Putra Kusuma LKP. This study employed a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection techniques used in this study were observations, interviews, and documentation. It is revealed that: 1. The intern greatly aided the company in terms of office operation. 2. The interns were considered to be extremely helpful in the process of operational activities, starting from the production to the marketing stage, 3. The entrepreneurial interests of interns at LKP Pia Putra Kusuma are significantly diverse. It was shown that the interest in entrepreneurship manifested in a number of the interns.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui penguatan dengan kegiatan Pengembangan BUMDes dan UMKM Bagi Masyarakat Desa Monggolito dan Desa Dulohupa dalam pencapaian Program Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) di Kabupaten Gorontalo. Kegiatan KKN tematik ini Pengabdian ini bertempat di Desa Monggolito dan Desa Dulohupa Kecamatan Boliyohuto Kabupaten Kabupaten Gorontalo dengan melibatkan 30 orang Mahasiswa Peserta KKN Tematik Desa Membangun. Metode yang digunakan adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat desa melalui perubahan mindset dalam mengelola BUMDes dan strategi marketing untuk menjamin eksisten dari setiap usaha yang tergabung didalamnya. Hal ini dibuat karena secara faktual setiap BUMDesa khususnya yang berada di desa Monggolito dan desa Dulohupa mengalami kesulitan dalam operasionalnya baik menyangkut produktivitas maupun proses marketingnya. Adapun pemilihan fokus dipemasaran karena kesalahan dalam pemasaran dapat berakibat pada pemilihan komoditas produksi menjadi belum tepat. Karena pemasaran merupakan proses akhir dan kunci keberhasilan didalam proses eksisnya suatu usaha. Disisi lain pengelolaan dalam administrasi usaha mutlak dibutuhkan guna menunjang tertatanya manajemen usaha hingga pergerakannya dapat terkontrol dan mudah evaluasi melalui proses pencatatan setiap dokumen aktivitas kegiatan. Target akhir dari Program KKN Tematik Desa Membangun ini adalah merubah pola pikir pengelola BUMDes dan UMKM baik dari segi pencarian ide produk hingga pada strategi pemasarannya. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi (X) terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Pohuwato. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner angket yang di sebar pada pegawai Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Pohuwato. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 187 orang pegawai, dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh sampel penelitian sejumlah 65 orang pegawai. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas instrument, uji reliabilitas instrument, uji normalitas data, uji linearitas regresi, uji keberartian regresi, uji keofisien korelasi, uji keofisien determinasi dan uji parsial (uji t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Pohuwato. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil uji hipotesis parsial (uji t) ditemukan bahwa nilai t_hitung = 6.591. Sedangkan nilai t_tabel untuk dk (n-k) 65-2 = 63 pada taraf signifikansi α=0.05 adalah 1.998. Nilai t_hitung t_tabel (6.591 1.998). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak Ha diterima. Sementara itu besar pengaruh variabel budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Pohuwato sebesar 0.4081 atau 40.81%, sementara sisanya 59.19% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti pengembangan kompetensi, loyalitas, gaya kepemimpinan dan lain sebagainya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Karyawan di PT Toyota Hasjrat Abadi Kota Gorontalo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di PT Toyota Hasjrat Abadi Kota Gorontalo sebanyak 31 karyawan, sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel sebanyak 31 orang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dari responden dengan menggunakan instrumen kuisioner. Selanjutnya data yang telah terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan spss serta analisis dengan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja(X1)  0.000 0.05 artinya variabel kualitas kehidupan mempengaruhi kinerja atau  nilai t-hitung9.114 t-tabel 1.699. hasil R square sebesar 0,741 atau 74.1% variabel kualitas kehidupan kerja memberikan konstribusi untuk mempengaruhi variabel kinerja. Adapun sisanya sebesar 26,9% merupakan faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja seperti disiplin kerja, kompensasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Kualitas Produk (X1), Brand Trust (X2) dan Promosi (X3) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Mobil Pada PT. Astra Daihatsu Gorontalo. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara parsial, variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil pada PT. Astra Daihatsu Gorontalo, variabel brand trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil pada PT. Astra Daihatsu Gorontalo, variabel promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian mobil pada PT. Astra Daihatsu Gorontalo. Sedangkan secara simultan Kualitas Produk, Brand Trust dan Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Work culture has a direct positive effect on the performance of the apparatus. If the apparatus creates conducive work culture in managing the allocation of village funds, their work performances will get better as well. The study aimed to explore the impact of work culture on the apparatus work performance. This quantitative study employed a survey method with causal analysis; the subject was the apparatus in Gorontalo Regency. The study results found that the creation and improvement of work culture will increase the work performance of the apparatus in managing village allocation funds. This means that work culture is a set of values, norms, and rules that are felt by individuals. It is fostering belief based on the values believed by employees to realize the best work performance in forming a work culture that occurs when the work environment or learning organization faces problems in the organization. As a result, creating a conducive workplace culture will be the main factor determining changes in apparatus performance in planning, implementing, and evaluating work programs.

Abstract

This aims of the: (1) The customers responses toward the product attribute of value the Moslem wears of kerawang handycraft in Gorontalo province, (2), The influence of the refence group to toward the customers value of kerawang handycraft Moslem’s wear in Gorontalo Province, (3), The influence of the products attribute and reference group toward the customers value of the kerawang handycraft of moslem’s in Gorontalo province, in a partial or in simultaneous. The research has tested the hypothesis of attribute influence products and reference group towards customer value kerawang handycraft moslem’s wear in Gorontalo province, in a partial or in simultaneous. The research used explanatory survey. The study examined 86 customers of kerawang handycraft moslem’s wear. The sampling method was used the random sampling technique. The result of the study was analyzed by using the path analysis, statistic hypothesisis tested by F test and t test. The result of the research shows that kerawang handycraft especially moslem’s wear, product attribute and the reference group partial is as ways or in simultaneously influenced the customers value of in Gorontalo Province. Abstract

The purpose of the implementation of this study was to determine managerial capabilities in the management of financial statements of the School Operational Cost Funds at the Primary School level in Gorontalo City. This study uses qualitative methods. The results of this study indicate that internal and external accountability in the management of School Operational Costs funds where internal accountability is in the form of hierarchical accountability in the form of recapitulation of the budget for School Operational Costs. While the realization of the use of funds for School Operational Costs in the form of K1K7a is sent to the central management team and the overall accountability report from quarter I-IV is submitted to BAWASDA annually. Then the data entered by the Gorontalon City education service school will be sent also to the Provincial management team and the provincial School Operational Cost Management Team to send the data to the central management team. Whereas professional accountability takes the form of time for channeling school operational costs by each quarterly school or every 1 time in three months and which plays an important role in management and school operational costs, namely the principal responsible for funds for school operational costs, treasurer management of school operational costs. , the school committee is the controller and supervises the use of funds in the School Operational Costs, then the parents representatives of the students are chosen by the principal who also oversees the use of the School Operational Costs funds. External accountability is accountability beyond internal accountability such as the Regional Oversight Body (BAWASDA) which also checks the use of funds for School Operational Costs for each school and the Corruption Eradication Commission which monitors the use of school operational costs and conducts investigations, investigations and prosecutions of criminal acts corruption. While for fund management planning School Operational Costs include budget planning for School Operational Costs and HR planning for fund managers. Fund planning is arranged in the form of a fund use plan, which is prepared by the principal and treasurer of the School Operational Costs. The involvement of parents of students in the BOS budget planning is only during the preparation of the RKAS. HR planning of fund managers by forming a management team based on mutual agreement between the principal, the teacher board and the school committee taking into account the experience of the treasurer. While the selection of one of the parent’s representatives is determined by mutual agreement. To help the performance of the treasurer and the recipient team, the principal appoints one of the teachers as executive assistant to the treasurer of the School Operational Costs and the recipient of the goods. The selection of implementing assistants is based on the educational background of the undergraduate accounting and the ability to operate the computer. The implementation of fund management begins with the distribution of funds for School Operational Costs. Funding for School Operational Costs has been delayed. The delay is due to the delay of the teachers in reporting the results of activities using funds from the School Operational Costs. The mechanism for using funds begins with the submission of needs by teachers and employees, not all proposed needs can be budgeted in the RAPBS, but are filtered based on priority scale. The next step is the determination of the allocation of funding sources determined by the principal, then spent by the goods shopping team based on price standards from the District Education Office. As a final step, namely acceptance, checking and inventory of goods by the recipient team, so that ready goods / services to be used. The activity of evaluating the management of school operational costs is carried out in the form of supervision and monitoring. Supervision is carried out by principals in the form of inherent supervision, which is carried out by checking the bookkeeping of School Operational Costs, as well as providing direction in the management of Education funds. Supervision of the school committee is carried out by the head of the school committee during the school visit. Monitoring is carried out by the Gorontalo City School Operational Cost Management Team, by checking the use of funds, verifying funds with the number of students, and providing guidance on managing BOS funds. In monitoring activities, complaints are not handled, because schools do not receive complaints from any party. Factors influencing managerial ability in managing accountability of financial statements of the School Operational Cost Fund at the Elementary School Level, in general from competency factors, experience, training and motivation of the boss fund managers. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kualifikasi Pendidikan dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Badan SAR Nasional Gorontalo. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner dengan populasi pegawai di Badan SAR Nasional Gorontalo sebanyak 57 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling total yakni semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Alat uji analisis yang digunakan dalam menguji penelitian ini yaitu uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, dan pengujian hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji t (parsial) menunjukan variabel X1 (Kualifikasi Pendidikan) berpengaruh terhadap Y (Kinerja Pegawai) ditujunkan dengan nilai t hitung 3,330 t tabel 2,005. Dan variabel X2 (Disiplin Kerja) berpengaruh terhadap Y (Kinerja Pegawai) ditunjukan dengan nilai t hitung 4,431 t tabel 2,005. Dan berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji f (Simultan) menunjukan bahwa f hitung 17,977 f tabel 2,776. Hasil perhitungan koeefisien determinasi nilai r Square sebesar 40% dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualifikasi pendidikan dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawain di Badan SAR Nasional Gorontalo. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
