Abstract

This Research was motivated by the problem low self-confidence at grade eight of Three Junior High School Kramatwatu 2019-2020 academic year. The aim of this research is to determine the profile of self-confidence and determine the effectiveness of role playing technique to improveself confidence at the eight grade students. Role playing technique used included group guidance. The type of research use pre-experimental design with one group pre-test post-test design. Population of this research is student grade eight with agestwelve to fourteen. Sample of this research is six student include of low self-confidence category with purposive sampling. This research use questionnaire has tested for content validity an there were 53 valid items out of the original 92 items. The results showed that the students' self-confidence profile obtained a 9% low category group percentage, 63% medium category, and 28% high category. The use of the effectiveness of role playing technique to improve student self-confidence was evidenced in the results of the t test, which was a significance value was lower than 5% (p = 0.01 < 0.05). Average in pre-test is 18.33 while in the post-test is 29.50 which mean there is an improvement in self-confidence at the grade eight of Three Junior High School Kramatwatu 2019-2020 academic year after given role playing technique.Keywords: Self-Confidence, Group Counseling, Role Playing Technique

Abstract

Research on Profile of Achievement of Tasks of Second Semester Student Development Chemistry Study Program Teacher Training and Education Faculty of the University of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa formulated a profile of student groups in eleven aspects of development. The study aims to determine the level of group development in eleven aspects of student development in the form of frequency distribution of task achievement, highest grain picture, and lowest grain picture. The research method used is descriptive quantitative research method to obtain an empirical picture. The study population was second semester students in the Chemistry  Study Program at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The research subjects used saturated sampling techniques, namely all second semester students of the Chemistry Study Program. The tool for collecting data on the achievement profile of development tasks is the Development Task Inventory using the Development Task Analysis software or ATP version 3.5. Research results in achieving student development tasks at a thorough level. By group, the highest eight items of students are at the individualistic and thorough level. While the lowest eight items of students are at the level of self-awareness and thoroughness. Keywords: Students, development task, chemisty

Abstract

Penelitian dilatar belakangi oleh adanya permasalahan kepercayaan diri yang terjadi pada siswa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa, kemudian membuat kerangka kerja konseling karier untuk mengembangkan kepercayaan diri siswa khususnya pada siswa kelas VII di SMPN 10 Kota Serang.  Penelitian mengenai kepercayaan diri dilakukan dengan melihat dari lima aspek yaitu keyakinan akan kemampuan diri, optimis, objektif, bertanggung jawab, rasional dan realistis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu menyebar instrumen penelitian berupa angket. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa yang merupakan siswa kelas VII di SMPN 10 Kota Serang berada pada kategori sedang dengan presentase 64% yaitu sekitar 119 siswa dari sampel 185 siswa. Terdapat siswa yang memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri rendah dengan presentase 3% yaitu sekitar 5 siswa dari jumlah sampel 185 siswa. Setelah terdapat 119 siswa yang memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri sedang, maka dibuat strategi bimbingan kelompok untuk mengembangkan kepercayaan diri.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to profile the service of Academic Advisory provides guidance for students. Research also aim to found the barriers or obstacles encountered academic adviser in providing academic guidance services. This research use quantitative approach with questionare of Academic Advisory Service, interview the students and Academic Advisory Service, observation, and documentary study. Sample in this research are students of Guidance and Counseling Program Study and lecture who have the task as Academic Advisory in Guidance and Counseling Program Study. This research found that the Academic Advisory has giving all indicator service based on Statuta of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University and Standar Operational Procedur Academic Advisory Service. But, there are seceral obstacles or constraints faced by the Advisory Academid in the service of student guidance, such as time limitation od Advisory Academic, imbalance in the ratio between the number of Advisory Academid and discipline of students in following the schedule of academic guidance.

Abstract

A year pass after Tsunami Banten - Lampung disaster, there were some victims who still feeling trauma. This study aims to describe about the implementation of play therapy method for reduce students survivor of the Tsunami Sunda Strait disaster trauma. This research method is descriptive, that will describe about doing play therapy for trauma healing on trauma survivor. The results of the assessment showed that there are some students experience physical, emotional, and habitual disorders. Play therapy activities carried out in three stages:  initiation, outdoor activities, and indoor activities. The final results show that after participating in play therapy activities, students feel more comfortable and relax because they can pour out their fears. Students also begin to reduce anxiety and fear.

Abstract

ROLE PLAYING TECHNIQUES TO INCREASE THE CONFIDENCE OF MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS. The purpose of this research was to saw the influenced of role playing techniques on student’s self-confidence. This study used a pre-experimental method with one group pre-post-test design. The study population was 173 students and the research sample was taken using purposive sampling, in which as many as 12 students from class IX SMPN 10 Serang City. Data collection techniques use student’s confidence instruments. The results of the study show that role playing techniques could have an effective on increasing the confidence of IX SMPN 10 Serang City. Role playing techniques have an effect on increasing student confidence.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menghasilkan sebuah produk yang berupa pedoman observasi bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling untuk mengidentifikasi anak berkesulitan membaca (disleksia). Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Tujuan research and development adalah menghasilkan sebuah produk tertentu dan menguji keefektifan dari sebuah produk. Tahapan-tahapan pengembangan pedoman observasi adalah (1) potensi masalah, (2) pengumpulan data, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, dan (5) uji coba pemakaian. Hasil validitas pedoman observasi adalah 0.79 (tinggi) dan tingkat reliabilitas 0.58 (sedang).  Abstract: This study aims to produce a product in the form of an observation guide for guidance and counselling teachers to identify children with reading difficulties (dyslexia). The method used is Research and Development. The purpose of research and development is to produce a certain product and test its effectiveness of a product. The stages of developing observational guidelines are (1) potential problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, and (5) usage trials. The results of the validity of the observation guidelines are 0.79 (high) and the level of reliability is 0.58 (medium).

Abstract

INSTRUMENTS DEVELOPMENT OF ADOLESCENT ADJUSTMENT. The research aims to produce a product in the form of a questionnaire instrument or self-adjustment questionnaire. The product is designed as a tool to identify self-adjustment. The method used is Research and Development. The purpose of research and development is to produce a particular product and test the effectiveness of a product. The stages of developing adolescent self-adjustment instruments are (1) potential problems, data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, and (5) usage trials. The results of the trial using the adolescent self-adjustment instrument with 62 statement items resulted in 40 items being declared valid and 22 items being declared invalid.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui gambaran pelaksanaan serta hambatan yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SD. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survei. Teknik penelitiannya adalah teknik total sampling karena jumlah populasi hanya 37 orang dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan angket sebanyak 58 item. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling di seklah 71 persen dalam kategori rendah, tahap pelaksanaan 85% tinggi, tahap evaluasi 79 persen tinggi. Kesimpulan penelitian adalah implementasi layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SD dilaksanakan oleh guru kelas namun belum sesuai dengan pola pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SD. Saran penelitian bagi kepala sekolah dengan dinas terkait melakukan koordinasi untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut tentang pengimplementasian layanan bimbingan dan konseling di SD sehingga guru kelas dapat memiliki wawasan dan pemahaman yang lebih luas tentang pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah dasar.
