Abstract

Guna menciptakan pembelajaran yang bertujuan mencapai kompetensi sesuai profil kemampuan tamatan pada Kurikulum 2013 diperlukan kemampuan guru untuk dapat mengembangkan secara tepat. Dengan pendekatan scientific diharapkan siswa dapat menguasai kompetensi-kompetensi secara utuh, sesuai dengan kecepatan belajarnya serta penyediaan bahan ajar modul yang disusun dan di rancang agar siswa lebih aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran tersebut. Metode kegiatan di lakukan dengan ceramah, panel, diskusi kelompok dan praktek untuk merancang dan menyusun pengembangan bahan ajar modul sebagai sumber pembelajaran dengan pendekatan scientific serta dengan media yang menarik dan interaktif.

Abstract

Activities of devotion to the public were all intended to help the level of a unit of education and in the teacher raising the standard of living incompetence is the need of evaluation hands-on learning uses the technique that analysis an easy one and pleasing. Universitas Negeri Jakarta, as educators who took on the task of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. One of which is the third Darma, devotion to the public. The Implemented of it, educators and Faculty of Economics’ family member UNJ have done education for the public through the development of competence to Vocational High School’s teacher. Workshop technique analyzes details of the problem within increase competence of vocational teacher in evaluation learning accordance 2013 curriculum in VHS Cileungsi, Bogor, be held on Saturday, May 13th, 2197 in multi-function room VHS Amal Mulia Kab. Bogor that attend by all of the teachers. The workshop helps teachers in the evaluation of a test that used. The training is expected that could add more teacher’s knowledge about technique analyze details of the problem either qualitative or quantitative and could design question accordance with the achievement of competence effectively. In future, be expected will be model of technique analyze details of the problem for teacher either manual or electronic.

Abstract

This activity is an effort to encourage and empower educators to become more professional. This is intended to make efforts to build a solid education, and be able to continually make improvements towards quality. The target audience is high school / vocational teachers of Amal Mulia Education Foundation, Bogor. This training was carried out in several materials, among others, What was the study of class action? Learning models that can be developed in classroom action research, differences in classroom action research with formal research, the initial steps of classroom action research, classroom action research procedures, systematics of classroom action research proposals and examples of classroom action research. From the results during the training, the participants' enthusiasm took place so that it walked live, and the products of PTK titles produced from each participant were then compiled.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of Green Accounting, disclosure of corporate social responsibility, company profitability and company value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The research method used is quantitative method with descriptive and verification methods. The sample of this research is 200 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The data analysis method used in this study is the expansion path analysis of simple and multiple regression analysis, single test, multiple correlation coefficient (R) analysis, and coefficient of determination. While the hypothesis testing used is the statistical method of partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test) and Sobel significant test using Eviews version 10 Enterprise. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on the implementation of Green Accounting and Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on the profitability and firm value. Profitability also significantly affected firm value, but the mediating effect of the profitability variable did not occur.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara conscientiousness dengan kinerja pada guru SMK Negeri di Jakarta Pusat. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala conscientiousness dan skala kinerja guru berupa DP3. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini secara Simple Random Sampling. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar di kelas akuntansi SMK Negeri Jakarta Pusat yang berjumlah 65 guru dan sampel yang digunakan berdasarkan tabel Isacc dan Michael adalah 55 guru. Persamaan regresi dalam penelitian ini adalah Ŷ = 518.38 + 0.36X. Dari persamaan tersebut, dilakukan uji persyaratan analisis dengan uji normalitas galat taksiran regresi Y atas X dengan uji liliefors didapat Lo < Lt (0,1054< 0,1194). Hal itu berarti data berdistribusi normal. Pada uji kelinieran regresi didapat hasil Fh < Ft (-1.04< 1.91) yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa model regresi berbentuk linier. Sedangkan untuk uji keberartian didapat Fh > Ft (19.13>4.02) yang menandakan bahwa persamaan regresi signifikan. Hasil uji koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan product moment dari Pearson diperoleh nilai rxy = 0,5149. Hal ini berarti terdapat hubungan yang positif antara conscientiousness dengan kinerja. Dari perhitungan uji-t didapat thitung> ttabel, yaitu 4.46 > 1.67 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara conscientiousness dengan kinerja pada guru SMK Negeri di Jakarta Pusat. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Sosial dan Lingkungan Keluarga Terhadap Minat Berwirausaha Pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi terjangkau dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 di Fakultas Ekonomi UNJ angkatan 2018 yang berjumlah 269 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 161 orang menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument kuesioner dengan skala likert. Uji persyaratan analisis yang dilakukan menujukkan hasil yakni data berdistribusi normal dan linear. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima. Koefisien determinasi pada penelitian ini adalah 46,7% yang menunjukkan penggunaan media sosial dan lingkungan keluarga dalam memengaruhi minat berwirausaha sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penggunaan Media Sosial dan Lingkungan Keluarga secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Minat Berwirausaha.Abstract: This research was conducted on undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics UNJ. The method used is the survey method with questionnaires. The affordable population in this study was undergraduate students at the Faculty of Economics unj class of 2018 which amounted to 269 people with a sample of 161 people using proportional random sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, analysis requirement test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient test. The analysis requirements test conducted showed the results are normal and linear distributed data. Based on the results of hypothesis tests and coefficients of determination, it can be concluded that all hypotheses are accepted. The coefficient of determination in this study was 46.7% which showed the use of social media and family environment in influencing entrepreneurial interests while the rest was influenced by other factors that were not studied. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the use of social media and family environment simultaneously affects entrepreneurial interests.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diawali dengan kondisi realita kinerja guru yang berdasarkan hasil capaian kerja dan wilayah masih tergolong dalam kategori cukup yang artinya diperlukan peningkatan agar lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis kinerja guru yang dipengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja pada guru dengan studi kasus Guru Akuntansi Kejuruan Bisnis dan Manajemen SMK di Jakarta Pusat. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dan juga data sekunder dari Penilaian Kinerja Guru. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 65 guru dengan teknik sampel proportionate random sampling. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru baik secara parsial maupun stimultan dengan kontribusi sebesar 46,1%. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap pembuktian secara empiris mengenai pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, motivasi kerja, dan disiplin kerja kerja terhadap kinerja guru.Keywords: Kinerja, Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Motivasi, Disiplin

Abstract

Abstract This research was aimed to obtain valid and reliable data aboutLibrary Utilization and Interest Learning with learning achievement of accounting in class XI accounting SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. This research was conducted by survey method and correlational approach.Sampling technique used proportional random sampling.Affordable population in this research wereGrade XI Accounting students with totaling 66 students. Total of samples used were 58 students. The results showed that: there is a positive relationship between Library Utilization with learning achievement and Interest Learning with learning achievement of XI Accounting student in Vocational High School 10 Jakarta. Abstract

Abstract This research was aimed to obtain valid data and facts about the relationship between the use of the internet as a source of learning for class X student motivation Accounting SMK 46 Jakarta. This research was conducted by survey method with correlation approach. This study was conducted in January to February 2015. The study population was all students of SMK 46 Jakarta. Affordable population in this study were students of class X Accounting totaling 71 students. The number of samples used as research is 62 students. The sampling technique used is proportional random technique. Instruments used in the form of a questionnaire study of 20 grains to use the internet as a source of learning and 36 grains for student motivation variables. The results showed that: there is a positive relationship between utilization of the internet as a source of learning on the students motivation Grade 10 Accounting in Vocational High School 46 Jakarta. Thus if the utilization of the internet as a source increases, the learning on the students motivation will also increase. Abstract

Abstract This research purpose is to find out the influence of industrial practice and entrepreneurship learning achievement to entrepreneurship interest, XII Accounting Class in SMK Negeri 25 Jakarta. This type of research is survey, with quantitative approach. Data recording, interview and questionnaire are research technique. Sampling technique used proportional random sampling. Total population in this study were 77 students with a sample of 64 students of XII accounting class in SMK Negeri 25 Jakarta. The results showed that: there is a significant positive influence of industrial practice and entrepreneurship learning achievement to entrepreneurship interest, XII Accounting Class in SMK Negeri 25 Jakarta. Thus if industrial practice and entrepreneurship learning achievement increases, the entrepreneurship interest will also increase.
