Hypertension is one important factor as triggers not infectious disease that is currently a cause of death in the world number one.Cupping are other ways in the diagnosis and treatment ( unclassified diagnostic and treatment methods ) in its scope complementary therapy alternative. Cupping cause vasodilation general lowering blood pressure in a steady manner. Analytic research aims to know effectiveness cupping therapy to a decrease in pressure of patient hypertension in Treatment Nabawi Al-Jundi Bima City that collected with sheets of observation. Design used in this research was descriptive analytic with the design one group pre-post design. Way using the sampling purposive sample of samples from 33 respondents.  Data analized t-test sample paired with a significant (a= 0,05). Research  show that systolic blood peasure a patients before the first cupping 150 mmHg, decreased after second cupping being 130 mmHg, while dyastolic blood peasure a patients before the cupping 100 mmHg, decreased after second cupping being 90 mmHg. Research shows that cupping effektive in lowering systolic and dyastolic blood pressure with the p value = 0,000 (α < 0,05). Upper respiratory tract infection or ARI is an acute infection that attacks one component of the upper respiratory tract. West Nusa Tenggara Province has the highest incidence of ARI. In 2016 there were 16,085 cases of ARI in children under five, and in Bima Regency there were 1,429 cases of ARI cases in Bima, which were 1,429 cases in 2016. The benefits of zinc for human health are enormous, this mineral is very helpful for various body functions to run normally. This study was to determine the effect of zinc supplementation on the healing period of ARI and its prevention in children aged 2-5 years in the Work Area of the Madapangga Community Health Center, Madapangga District, Bima Regency in 2018. This type of research was analytical survey research, the design of this study was Quasi-experimental model "Pretest-Posttest. Control Group Design”. The population of this research were toddlers who seek treatment at Madapangga Public Health Center, Bima Regency, with population size of 40 children under five. The sample in this study were toddlers who suffer from ARI, the sampling was using the Quota Sampling technique of 40 toddlers. Research variables were healing period and prevention of ARI. Patient safety is an indicator of the quality of health service facilities, therefore the hospital always strives to improve the quality of service by providing safe and quality care and building a culture of patient safety even during crisis situations such as the Covid-19 pandemic. Aimed at knowing the description of the implementation of patient safety culture in RSUD Bima, this study used a descriptive observational design with a cross-sectional approach, respondents were taken by simple random sampling, data collection used the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) questionnaire. In general, the implementation of patient safety culture in most dimensions has been perceived positively by more than 80% of respondents. Meanwhile, the lowest positive perception on the response dimension did not blame the error (47.5%), staff management (57.6%) and the frequency of reporting events / incidents (58.5%). The investigators recommend continuing to improve the patient safety culture with special attention paid to the low mean dimensions to refine and strengthen these dimensions
