Abstract

Hypertension is one important factor as triggers not infectious disease that is currently a cause of death in the world number one.Cupping are other ways in the diagnosis and treatment ( unclassified diagnostic and treatment methods ) in its scope complementary therapy alternative. Cupping cause vasodilation general lowering blood pressure in a steady manner. Analytic research aims to know effectiveness cupping therapy to a decrease in pressure of patient hypertension in Treatment Nabawi Al-Jundi Bima City that collected with sheets of observation. Design used in this research was descriptive analytic with the design one group pre-post design. Way using the sampling purposive sample of samples from 33 respondents.  Data analized t-test sample paired with a significant (a= 0,05). Research  show that systolic blood peasure a patients before the first cupping 150 mmHg, decreased after second cupping being 130 mmHg, while dyastolic blood peasure a patients before the cupping 100 mmHg, decreased after second cupping being 90 mmHg. Research shows that cupping effektive in lowering systolic and dyastolic blood pressure with the p value = 0,000 (α < 0,05). Based on the research, cupping effektive in lowering blood prassure in patients hypertension at The Clinic Treatment Nabawi Al-Jundi Bima city

Abstract

Patient safety is an indicator of the quality of health service facilities, therefore the hospital always strives to improve the quality of service by providing safe and quality care and building a culture of patient safety even during crisis situations such as the Covid-19 pandemic. Aimed at knowing the description of the implementation of patient safety culture in RSUD Bima, this study used a descriptive observational design with a cross-sectional approach, respondents were taken by simple random sampling, data collection used the Hospital Survey on Patient Safety Culture (HSOPSC) questionnaire. In general, the implementation of patient safety culture in most dimensions has been perceived positively by more than 80% of respondents. Meanwhile, the lowest positive perception on the response dimension did not blame the error (47.5%), staff management (57.6%) and the frequency of reporting events / incidents (58.5%). The investigators recommend continuing to improve the patient safety culture with special attention paid to the low mean dimensions to refine and strengthen these dimensions

Abstract

Masalah yang di temui yaitu sebagian besar perawat yang ada di instalasi gawat darurat belum tanggap dalam pelayanan keperawatan sehingga pasien merasa tidak puas dengan pelayanan yang di berikan perawat Tujuan : Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Response Time perawat terhadap kepuasan pasien. Metode Penelitian literature review pencarian jurnal berbasis nasional dan internasional pada tiga database yaitu Scient direct, PUBMED, dan Google Schoolar. Dengan ketentuan jurnal yang dicari yaitu sejak tahun 2012-2020 dari sebanyak jurnal yang di analisis peneliti mendapatkan 8 jurnal sesuai dengan kata kunci penelitian. Hasil penelitian dari beberapa artikel bahwa sebagian besar perawat memiliki respon time lambat 5-10 menit. Kesimpulan jika Respon time perawat dalam menagani pasien di instalasi gawat darurat rata-rata kurang dari 5 menit atau pelayanan secara cepat dan tepat maka kepuasan pasien akan terpenuhi.
