Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, lingkungan belajar, dan dukungan keluarga terhadap semangat belajar mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Pariwisata Indonesia (STIEPARI) Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana yang berjumlah 98 orang. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga semua anggota populasi diajdikan sebagai sampel sebanyak 98 orang sampel. Hasil penelitian yaitu motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh negatif terhadap semangat belajar, lingkungan belajar, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat belajar, dan dukungan keluarga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap semangat belajar.Kata kunci: Motivasi Intrinsik, Lingkungan Belajar, Dukungan Belajar, Semangat Belajar.AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of intrinsic motivation, learning environment, and family support on students' enthusiasm for learning at the Postgraduate Program at the Indonesian Tourism Economics College (STIEPARI) Semarang. The population used in this study were 98 students in the Postgraduate Program. The sample is determined using a saturated sampling technique so that all members of the population are treated as a sample of 98 people. The results showed that intrinsic motivation had a negative effect on enthusiasm for learning, the learning environment, had a positive and significant effect on enthusiasm for learning, and family support had a positive and significant effect on enthusiasm for learning.Keywords: Intrinsic Motivation, Learning Environment, Learning Support, Learning Spirit.

Abstract

Kartikajaya Village is part of the Wonosari village area, before it became its own village known as Bleder. At that time it was still in the form of forests and swamps and was often used for TNI war games, especially Soldiers of the VII Military Command (now Kodam IV Dipenogero). Kartikajaya Village means the village is Resetement (Prokiamad) which is inhabited by retired TNI AD. It is one of the efforts. Located approximately 9 km from Kendal City, and approximately 10 km from the City of Patebon. Transportation that can be used is angkudes no. 3 and gig by day, and motorcycle taxi at night. When it was first formed this village was a local transmigration site for veterans of the war for independence, so that almost part of the population was retired soldiers. Now, along with the development of the region, the population of Kartika Jaya Village has begun to be heterogeneous in terms of livelihoods, from farmers, fishermen, factory workers, to private employees and civil servants. This research is a qualitative research. The data used in this study were obtained from interviews with Kartika Jaya residents and consumers and the results of the performance were analyzed to obtain a corrective action plan. In general, this study concludes that Kartika Jaya serves the market segment for young people and modern productive age and has a development plan that focuses on consumers (Customer oriented) and the voice of consumers who are very satisfied and satisfied with the performance of the marketing business produced by Kartika Jaya tourism.

Abstract

Food will certainly please its customers. Retaining customers is generally more profitable than changing customers, because the cost of acquiring a new customer can be many times the cost of retaining an existing customer. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at the Spoon Bebek Restaurant in Semarang. The population is all consumers at the Spoon Duck Restaurant with a total sample of 100 respondents. The research analysis tool uses multiple linear regression where the validity and reliability tests were previously carried out. The test results are proven. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence on service quality on customer satisfaction at the spoon duck restaurant in Semarang (t count = 4,520 and p < 0.05). Meanwhile, the results of other studies indicate that there is a positive and significant effect on the quality of food products on consumer satisfaction at the spoon duck restaurant in Semarang (t count = 6.123 and p <0.05).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, hotel facilities and prices on customer satisfaction at Hotel Noormans Semarang. Research data obtained through documentation and questionnaires. The sample used in the study was 125 respondents. The data obtained were processed using descriptive analysis and quantitative statistical analysis. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, model testing and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that partially and simultaneously the variables of service quality, hotel facilities and prices affect customer satisfaction at Noormans Hotel Semarang
