Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keragaman Top Management Team (TMT) pada BUMN Holding di Indonesia dengan menggunakan dimensi demografi sederhana dan demografi relasional yang meliputi jenis kelamin, usia, etnik, masa jabatan, pendidikan formal dan pengalaman fungsional. Teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equetion Model (SEM) with SmartPLS.Jumlah sample sebanyak 40 perusahaan yang telah bergabung menjadi 4 BUMN Holding di Indonesia. Responden penelitian adalah para direktur perusahaan, satu perusahaan diwakili oleh satu direktur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis kelamin menjadi satu-satunya dimensi yang tidak signifikan dalam membentuk TMT Diversity BUMN Holding di Indonesia. Implikasinya, pada kasus BUMN Holding, tidak menjadi persoalan jika komposisi TMT jenis kelamin seragam. Sedangkan yang harus beragam adalah dimensi yang signifikan yakni usia, etnik, masa jabatan, pendidikan formal dan pengalaman fungsional. Mengingat pentingnya peran BUMN dalam proses pembangunan nasional, maka diperlukan kajian lanjutan pada objek yang sama dengan lokus penelitian seluruh level manajemen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji determinan kinerja keuangan dengan firm size sebagai moderasi. Faktor-faktor yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari : total asset turnover, likuiditas, net profit margin, leverage, firm age dan firm size. Firm size diproporsikan sebagai variabel pemoderasi pengaruh total asset turnover, likuiditas, net profit margin, leverage, firm age terhadap kinerja keuangan. Proxy kinerja keuangan dengan menggunakan Return On Assets (ROA). Data penelitian ini diperoleh 208 perusahaan industri manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2017. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis adalah dengan menggunakan program WARP-PLS 6.0. Hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa total asset turnover, likuiditas, net profit margin, leverage, firm age, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Firm size tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Firm size memoderasi pengaruh net profit margin, firm age terhadap kinerja keuangan. Firm size tidak memoderasi pengaruh leverage  terhadap kinerja keuangan. Firm size tidak memoderasi pengaruh total asset turnover, likuiditas, leverage terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

This research’s purpose is to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the performance of automotive companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In addition, this research is also conducted for determining the effect of the external factors (inflation, interest rates), liquidity (current ratio, cash ratio), profitability (ROI, ROA, NPM) and stock prices in automotive industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and uses Structural Equation Mode analysis. The sample used in this research are 5(five) automotive industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used is quarterly financial report data of 2019 (before the COVID-19 pandemic) and 2020 (after the COVID-19 pandemic). Based on the research of the study indicate that external factors in this case inflation and interest rates have a significant positive effect on stock prices; Liquidity has a significant positive effect on profitability; Profitability has a significant positive effect on stock prices; External factors have no significant effect on stock prices; Liquidity has a significant negative effect on stock prices. The overall financial performance of automotive industry companies listed on the IDX decreased due to the COVID-19 pandemic, before the pandemic the average company performance was quite good, but with the COVID-19 pandemic the performance of the automotive industry companies decreased. A significant decrease in the level of sales resulted in a decrease in net income.

Abstract

This research aims to test several antecedents as trust, risk, credibility, internet use, and those impact on intention for online transactions via e-commerce mobile platform and Technology Acceptance Model. The research integrated the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with four main constructs, namely internet use, trust, credibility, and risk, which is very important to predict individual acceptance of online transactions. Research methods were using structural equation model analysis (SEM), path analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) of AMOS 24.0 to examine all the hypotheses, reliability, and validity for each indicator or measuring instrument. The research findings show that credibility and trust played an important role in online transaction acceptance in the e-commerce industry. Furthermore, the findings consistently supported previous studies of TAM where perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness played a role in both directly and indirectly on repurchase intention of mobile e-commerce platform. This study implied that e-commerce players must pay attention to simplifying the customer journey. Another implication was to communicate the credibility and trust aspects to the consumers. Thus the customers could understand and could be convinced that mobile e-commerce platforms are credible shopping market.Keywords: technology acceptance model, electronic transaction, intention, credibility, trustAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji beberapa anteseden seperti kepercayaan, resiko, kredibilitas, internet use, dan pengaruhnya terhadap niat bertransaksi ulang secara online dalam e-commerce mobile platform dengan pengujian melalui model penerimaan teknologi. Penelitian ini mencoba mengintegrasikan model penerimaan teknologi (Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan empat konstruk, yaitu internet use, kepercayaan, kredibilitas, dan risiko yang diduga sangat penting dalam memprediksi penerimaan individu atas transaksi online. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik analisis structural equation model (SEM) dan analisa jalur serta confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) melalui AMOS 24.0 untuk menguji hipotesis, reliabilitas, dan validitas masing-masing indikator atau alat ukur yang digunakan. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan dan kredibilitas memainkan peran penting dalam penerimaan transaksi online pada industri e-commerce. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini konsisten mendukung beberapa penelitian terdahulu terkait dengan TAM di mana kemudahan penggunaan (perceived ease of use) dan kegunaan (perceived usefulness) berperan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung terhadap niat pembelian ulang pada e-commerce mobile platform. Penelitian ini pun tentunya memiliki sejumlah implikasi manajerial di mana para praktisi e-commerce harus memberikan perhatian lebih pada penyederhanaan customer journey dan mampu mengkomunikasikan aspek kredibilitas dan kepercayaan dengan baik ke consumer market agar mampu dipahami dan dapat meyakinkan konsumen atau pelanggan bahwa e-commerce mobile platform merupakan tempat berbelanja yang kredibel (dapat dipercaya).Kata kunci: model penerimaan teknologi, transaksi elektronik, niat beli, kredibilitas, kepercayaan

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of price, brand, and novelty consciousness of customer style inventory (CSI) on purchase intention of shoes using Facebook. The involvement of opinion seeking using electronic word of mouth (eWOM) and attitude towards social online shopping as mediators of relationship between CSI and purchase intention is also tested. Purposive sampling method was employed, and respondents mainly are residents of the city of Jakarta and Bekasi. The study reveals that brand, price and novelty consciousness influence the opinions seeking through eWOM and attitudes towards online social shopping, which ultimately influence purchase intention of shoes product via Facebook. However, brand consciousness of shoes only plays small role on opinions seeking. Individual with brand consciousness of shoes reduces opinion seeking through eWOM in Facebook. While, price and novelty of shoes might become point of attention while consumers using Facebook.

Abstract

Fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan ditemukan bahwa rendahnya kompetensi pedadodik guru di sekolah dasar. Sehingga diperlukan upaya reflektif mengenai bagaimana melakukan ulang kembali upaya mengkonstruk dan mempertajam praktek kebiasaan pedagogik. Dalam hal ini gender memegang peran kunci pembaharuan pedagogic. Adapun pembaharuan kompetensi pedagogik tersebut mencakup kompetensi mengenai dimensi pengetahuan, reflektif, emosi dan pola komunikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan apakah gender menjadi faktor prediktor dalam pembentukan profil kompetensi pedagogik. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 20 orang guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Duri Kepa 05 Pagi Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penggunaan instrumen angket dengan skala likert dengan lima alternatif jawaban. Analisis data menggunakan tools Partial least square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif dan perbedaan rata-rata secara signifikan pada gender perempuan terhadap profil kompetensi pedagogik

Abstract

This study aims to examine empirical evidence related to the analysis of the relationship between Economic Value Added(EVA), Market Value Added (MVA), Operating Cash Flow Earning Per Share (EPS) on Stock Returns in LQ 45 IndexCompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012 -2016.. Methods for collecting the required data werecollected using documentation techniques (desk research), with a total sample of 20 companies. The data analyzed in thisstudy were compiled from annual reports and company financial statements. The analytical technique used is descriptiveanalysis and panel data with the Eviews 9 program. The results show that Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market ValueAdded (MVA) have a positive and significant effect on Stock Returns, Operating Cash Flow (AKO) and Earning Per Share( EPS) has no effect on stock returns.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence primal leadership and motivation on discipline and effect of performance employee in Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bekasi. The research method used is quantitative research in the form of a survey. Samples of this research are 136 employees. Methods of data collection using questionnaires with Likert scale. The research results obtained data from the five formulas discussed, namely: (1) primal leadership influence on performance; (2) motivation influence on performance; (3) primal leadership influence on discipline; (4) motivation influence on discipline; (5) discipline influence on performance.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has shaken the business world which has brought down many retail businesses which indirectly impacted manufacturing companies. The retailers have done changes in serving customers; the phenomenon has shifted consumer behavior from the classic face-to-face way of purchasing to online purchases. Then has created new challenges in the business world and has an impact on business operations at large. The purposes of this research are to generate some fresh ideas to support the working ethos in the era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used in research is a literature review, which describes the findings that new business situations have to be tamed by entrepreneurs and are unavoidable. The solution is an idea to set a custom work ethic; in terms of improving work ethic to proactive action, which includes several particular attitudes such as smart, respectful, honest, and assertive. Expectedly the work ethic will motivate creative strategies to overcome the business challenges of a new phenomenon. In the end, consistent implementation of work ethic is a must to support business survival.

Indonesia has entered the era of globalization where increased as well as economic growth in countriesaround the world, including indonesia provide impact on behavioral finance indonesian society in. meettheir needsMany individuals who spend money to hal-hal milenial that would be no essential but it can raisemore money from time to time, let alone use the money to invest.This report is in order to test and analyzethe influence of variable, financial literacy , lifestyle revenues over behavioral finance with the productprice as variable no intervening to a mere company pt kobexindo tractors tbk recorded for years 2020-2021.The population in this research are employees of the company pt kobexindo tractors tbk.Obtained thenumber of samples from 790 employees, Then that would meet characteristic samples have been made on anotation big formula and a margin of error set 10 %, so that the total sample 89. Employees Analysistechniques used are a model of measurement and structural model.Statistical methods used in this researchwhich is structural equation modeling (SEM) operated through a program smartpls.The conclusion ofresearch results show that: (1) financial literacy significant positive on behavioral finance, (2) lifestylesignificant positive on behavioral finance, (3) income significant positive on behavioral finance, (4)financial literacy significant positive on the product price, (5) lifestyle no significant positive on the productprice, (6) income significant positive on the product price, (7) the product price significant positive onbehavioral finance.
