Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of leadership style and thelevel of discipline on the performance of employees in the Unit PT.Bank Btpn Syari'ah, Tbk Serang Branch. The research method used is quantitative by using Descriptive Approach method with the questionnaire as a research instrument.That simultaneously there is influence between Leadership Style and Discipline to Employee Performance. value of correlation coefficient between Leadership Style and Discipline to Employee Performance of 0908 (very strong). the value of determination coefficient of 0.824,meaning Leadership Style (x1) and Discipline (x2) contributed 82.4% to Employee Performance (Y), while the remaining 17.6% influenced other variables not described inthis studyTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinandan tingkat kedisiplinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Unit PT.Bank Btpn Syari’ah,Tbk Cabang Serang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan Deskriptif Asosiatif dengan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kedisiplinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. nilai koefisien korelasi antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kedisiplinan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 0.908 (sangat kuat). nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,824, artinya Gaya Kepemimpinan (x1)dan Kedisiplinan (x2) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 82,4% terhadap Kinerja Karyawan(Y), sedangkan sisanya 17,6% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Stock price prediction is an interesting area of data mining. Many variables affect stock prices. Stock prices fluctuate, especially in the Covid-19 era which has an impact on the economy. This study aims to predict the stock price of Indonesian telecommunications, especially in the covid19 era. The object of this research is the financial statements of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, where data related to stock prices of telecommunications companies are used as samples in the data processing of this study. In this study, the regression techniques that will be used are Multiple Linear Regression, Support Vector Regression, Decision Tree Regression, and K-Nearest Regression. The results showed that the fundamental data and stock prices have a relationship. High correlation coefficient resulted from Decision Tree Regression and K-Nearest Regression. Decision Tree Regression produces good results on the Train Test Split and KFold Cross Validation data, 2.99% and 2.98% repeatedly. It can conclude that despite the fact that the pandemic scenario has had a significant impact on the stock market, the study's findings suggest that fundamental data and stock prices have a relationship. Decision Tree Regression and K-Nearest Regression both produced high correlation coefficients.  Keywords: Stock Price, Prediction, Decision Tree, Regression, COVID-19

Abstract

The variables in this study are Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Work Discipline(X2) and Employee Performance (Y). The purposes of this study are to know the influenceof transformational leadership style on employee performance, work discipline onemployee performance, and influence of transformational leadership style and workdiscipline on employee performance at the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports ofSerang Regency. This research used questionnaires instrument to 34 employees at theDepartment of Tourism, Youth and Sports Serang Regency. The researcher used a tool,named SPSS 22 to get the result of the data. The researcher used it to get the result ofvalidity, reliability, classic assumption, simple regression, multiple regression, correlation,and hypothesis test. The result showed that the first variable (transformational leadershipstyle) has positive and significant influence on employee performance, the second variable(work discipline) has positive and significant influence on employee performance, and thelast result showed that transformational leadership style and work discipline has positiveand significant influence on employee performance at the Department of Tourism, Youthand Sports Serang Regency

Abstract

Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah Price (X1), Location (X2) dan Purchase Decision(Y). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga keputusanpembelian, lokasi pengambilan keputusan, pengaruh harga dan lokasi keputusanpembelian pada Ciujung River Park Residence. Penelitian ini menggunakan alatkuesioner kepada 55 responden. Peneliti menggunakan alat bantu, bernama SPSS untukmendapatkan hasil datanya. Peneliti menggunakannya untuk mendapatkan hasilvaliditas, reliabilitas, asumsi klasik, regresi sederhana, regresi berganda, korelasi, dan ujihipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel (harga) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, variabel kedua (lokasi) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan hasil terakhir menunjukkan bahwa harga dan lokasi berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Ciujung River Park Residence.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasionalterhadap kualitas pelayanan, budaya kerja terhadap kualitas layanan, dan untukmengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya kerja terhadap kualitaspelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS17.0 untuk mendapatkan hasil penelitian. Jumlah penduduk 242, dan sampel adalah 71.Peneliti menggunakan teknik random sampling untuk menyederhanakan jumlah populasidengan formula slovin. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: kepemimpinan transformasionalberpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan, budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadap kualitaspelayanan, dan kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya kerja berpengaruh terhadapkualitas pelayanan PDAM Tirta Medal Sumedang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence of TransformationalLeadership and Compensation to Job Satisfaction Employees at PT. Fajar PikiranRakyat. The independent variable is Transformational Leadership as (X), andCompensation as (X) and the dependent variable is Employee Satisfaction (Y).The method used is a quantitative descriptive method that aims to determinewhether there is the influence of the independent variable that isTransformational Leadership and Compensation to the dependent variable of JobSatisfaction. The unit of analysis used is employees of PT. Fajar Pikiran Rakyat,with a total population of 54 employees who are also taken as a sample.Technical analysis of data used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test,the coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, andhypothesis testing. The result of this research can be concluded thatTransformational Leadership variable has a significant effect on Job Satisfactionvariable, Compensation variable has significant effect to Job Satisfactionvariable, Transformational Leadership variable and Compensation havesignificant influence simultaneously to Job Satisfaction variable.

Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this research were to know the influence of training,development, and compensation towards employee performance of Bank Mega SerangSub Branch. The sample of this reserach were forty four by using census method. Theresearch result showed that training have positive and significant influence onemployee performance, material dimension is the most affect dimension on employeeperformance. Development have positive and significant influence on employeeperformance, formal development is the most affect dimension on employeeperformance. Abstract

There are problems that must be fixed at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Nike MESH Division. The problem is the lack of implementation of performance in carrying out tasks so that the work is not immediately resolved in compiling reports based on their responsibilities, currently there are employees who come late when they come to work, lack of attention from the leadership to employees and picky employees they like, So that employees who don't get attention feel ignored. This study aims to determine: the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of work discipline on employee performance, the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Nike MESH Divisio. This research method uses an associative quantitative method with causality. The population and samples used in this study were employees at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Nike MESH Division, which has 56 employees. The sampling technique in this study uses a saturated sample where all the population is sampled. The results of this study indicate that: 1. There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance. 2. There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. 3. There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation and work discipline together on employee performance at PT. Nikomas Gemilang Serang Nike MESH Division.

Abstract

Breadfruit is the name of a tree that is found in the village of Lempuyang, especially new breadfruit fruit used to be eaten after steaming or fried. To improve the economy of the lempuyang village community, especially for housewives and young people who do not have income, there needs to be innovation from this breadfruit fruit. The implementation of community service activities in the form of introduction of light food from breadfruit as an effort to utilize the potential of the village to improve the community economy. The introduction process is carried out according to stage 1) the introduction of the benefits of breadfruit, 2) the socialization of the introduction of the process of light food production of breadfruit, and 3) demonstration and direct practice of the production process of breadfruit (Bread Fruit Ketapang), breadfruit chocolate cake (Choco Bread Fruit), breadfruit cake (Original Bread Fruit) and breadfruit wheat cake (Oat Bread Fruit), 4) Seminar. The result of this activity is that the community becomes able to produce light food from breadfruit
