Abstract

This study attempts to present an overview of the problems and their proposed solutions in learning to read and write the Qur'an at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah in Winong Village, Mancak District, Serang Regency, Banten Province. Respondents of this study were students of class v, amounting to 16 people.This research uses descriptive qualitative method by collecting data from observations, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are expected to be able to find obstacles or problems in BTQ learning and provide solutions in overcoming the problems of learning to read and write the Qur'an at the Madrasa.The problems are students' laziness to learn to read and write, difficulty in pronouncing letters according to their Makhraj, so students find it difficult to learn tajwid and use it in reading the Qur'an, and the method of habituation in BTQ learning at the madrasa has not been applied.The solution that can be offered is that parents and teachers continue to strive to provide motivation to learn to read and write with fun methods, choose the right method in learning the hijaiyah letters, and motivate students to learn tajwid in an appropriate and fun method, and the need to apply the habituation method in BTQ learning at the Madrasah.

Abstract

MENTORING KINDERGARDEN TEACHER IN DEVELOPMENT EARLY AGE LEARNING METHODS. This study aims to determine the ability of teachers in  preparing Weekly Working Plan  and Daily Working Plan; Applying early childhood learning methods; Making learning properties from natural materials; and the understanding of Islamic teachings based on the Holy Qur'an and Sunnah to the Kindergarten Teachers' Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Puloampel in 2017. In this study, the researcher used qualitative research method. Qualitative research intends to understand the phenomenon of what by research subjects such as behavior, perception, motivation, action, and others. The results showed that the teacher’s skill in using early childhood learning methods in teaching at a Kindergarten  Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Puloampel in 2017 is quite varios, they used lecturing method, question-answer, singing and assignment methods. This is shown by the teachers who only used student exercise books and magazines as the main learning media. The understanding of Islamic Teaching of the teacher was still minimum. This is indicated by the practice of worship of the teachers were not based on  the Decision of Tarjih Muhammadiyah.

Abstract

Banyaknya kasus pelecehan seksual anak yang terjadi di berbagai daerah di Indonesia menimbulkan pikiran dan perasaan para orang tua murid dan guru serta masyarakat menjadi khawatir sehingga sebagian menginginkan perlunya mengenalkan pendidikan seks kepada anak di lembaga pendidikan dan sebagian menolak mengenalkan pendidikan seks kepada anak di lembaga pendidikan karena itu semua pada dasarnya mereka memiliki perhatian terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak mereka serta rasa khawtir yang sangat besar. Selain itu, mengenalkan pendidikan seks kepada anak dianggap masih tabu atau asing di lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Fitrah merupakan perkara yang penting, agar manusia mengetahui hakikat dan tujuan eksistensinya. Sistem pendidikan yang berjalan saat ini adalah sistem pendidikan yang berasaskan sekularisme yang bertentangan dan tidak sesuai dengan fitrah manusia. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan rumusan konsep pendidikan yang sesuai dengan fitrah manusia. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: Bagaimana Hamka dan an-Nabhani merumuskan konsep fitrah?; dan (2) Apa persamaan dan perbedaan pemikiran Hamka dan an-Nabhani dalam membahas konsep fitrah?. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode eklektik, yaitu memilih dan mencampur beberapa metode, yang terdiri dari penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Fitrah adalah potensi dasar manusia untuk melakukan serangkaian aktivitas sebagai penunjang pelaksanaan fungsi kekhalifahannya di muka bumi. Salah satu potensi dasar manusia adalah potensi daya pikir (al-aql) yang membutuhkan pengembangan berupa pendidikan yang sesuai dengan fitrah manusia; (2) Persamaan pemikiran Hamka dan an-Nabhani dalam membahas konsep fitrah, keduanya membahas bahwa: (a) fitrah sebagai potensi dasar yang cenderung atau tunduk pada aturan aturan Allah; (b) potensi dasar manusia di antaranya adalah akal, yakni potensi daya pikir; dan (c) potensi dasar manusia membutuhkan pengembangan. Sedangkan perbedaan pemikiran kedua tokoh adalah: (a) Hamka mendefinisikan fitrah sebagai potensi dasar yang mendorong manusia untuk melakukan serangkaian aktivitas sebagai penunjang fungsi kekhalifahannya di muka bumi; potensi dasar tersebut berupa jiwa (al-qalb), jasad (al-jism) dan akal (al-aql); sedangkan (2) an-Nabhani tidak mendefinisikan fitrah; beliau hanya menjelaskan bentuk fitrah sebagai potensi dasar manusia berupa potensi hidup (taqah al-hayawiyah) yang terdiri dari kebutuhan jasmani (hajat al-udwiyah) dan naluri (gharaiz); dan potensi daya pikir (al-aql).

Abstract

The research objective was to describe the improvement of student learning discipline through habituation of Dhuha prayer at SD Negeri Kadingding, Kibin District. The data type of this research is descriptive qualitative using three data analyzes, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach which includes field research (Field Research) with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The subjects of this study were students of SD Negeri Kadingding, Kibin District. Data were collected from 33 grade V students, 17 male students and 16 female students. Class V was taken as the sample because grade V children are in the high grade level between grades IV, V, VI. This research was conducted for 40 days starting from 23 July to 8 October 2019. The results of this study indicate 1) thatwith the implementation of the practice of the Dhuha prayer at SD Negeri Kadingding, Kibin District, which is held every Tuesday to Friday at 06.30 - 07.00, the Duha prayer is carried out in congregation starting from grade I to grade VI, the number of cycles of dhuha prayer from the school recommends a minimum of 2 cycles of prayer in advance to improve time discipline and get used to performing Duha prayers. 2) the percentage of the implementation of this Dhuha prayer habit has an effect on increasing student discipline in learning; 3) The condition of the place used for the Dhuha prayer is inadequate, because it uses the school yard field by laying out a mat, so it takes time to prepare for the Dhuha prayer.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the values ​​of moral education contained in the story of the Prophet Yusuf AS and to know the implications of the values ​​of moral education in the story of the Prophet Yusuf As on moral education in schools. This is based on the fact that the story of the Prophet Yusuf AS in the Koran is one of the best stories that contain educational values. The method used in this research is library research on written texts in books related to moral education, and the story of the Prophet Yusuf AS and its implications for moral education in schools. Data collection was carried out with several literatures or books consisting of primary and secondary data, namely: 1) Primary data, taken from Al Quran and tafsir and Hadith, and books about the story of the prophet Yusuf AS. 2) Secondary data, taken from other than Al-Quran and Hadith regarding the stories of the prophet Yusuf AS, namely from dictionaries, books of education and morals, stories of the prophets and so on. The results of this study indicate that the values ​​of moral education in the story of the Prophet Yusuf As include: the value of honesty, the value of faith, the value of responsibility, moral values, and the value of patience, which these values ​​can be used as motivation for moral education in building a personal personality. have a noble character, and make a story not just a story but a lesson value that can be learned and a form of learning strategy in schools where it is not just a story but there are several methods, one of which is the method of preaching through stories.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of spiritual and social values ​​in the Qur'an sura verse 12-14 on children's education at SD IT Iqra Serang. Includes implementation, obstacles and efforts to overcome them. The research method used is comparative qualitative descriptive. Data sources came from interviews with school principals, Islamic Religious Education teachers, homeroom grades 1 through third and students from first to third grade. In addition, the data were also obtained from observations and documentation studies. The data analysis process in this study uses the Spradley model which consists of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. As for the validity of the data using data triangulation techniques. Based on the analysis of the field result data, it was found that the implementation of spiritual and social values ​​in the Qur'an sura verse 12-14 on children's education at SD IT Iqra Serang City. The results of the analysis and research show that: there are eight spiritual values ​​and social values ​​in the Qur'an Surah Maryam verses 12-14, namely: (1) truly, (2) wisdom, (3) mercy, (4) purity , (5) taqwa, (6) devoted to both parents, (7) not arrogant, (8) not disobedient, the implementation of spiritual values ​​and social values ​​in SD IT Iqra Serang City with customs like (1) muroja 'ah, (2) Reciting Al-Qur'an, (3) memorize verses of the Qur'an, (4) duha prayer and dhuhur prayer in congregation, (5) recitation of du'a before and after the lesson, (6) social service activities, and (7) activities learn how to teach.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of school residents in the formation of the religious character of students in Al Husna Islamic Elementary School and Al Qudwah Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research). The research was conducted in two places, namely (1) Al Husna Rangkasbitung Islamic Elementary School and Al Qudwah Integrated Elementary School Kalanganyar. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are; (1) religious character is needed and must be possessed by students to face changing times and moral degradation. The formation of religious character can be assessed from the aspect of the spiritual attitude of students. (2) the role of school residents such as principals, teachers and parents is very important in shaping the character of students, educators as second parents in schools are the main motor in shaping the religious character of students. (3) the role of parents cannot be underestimated in an education, students who spend more time at home ideally parents should be able to synergize in the formation of the religious character of students when at home. (4) inhibiting factors for the formation of religious character in Islamic schools, one of which is educational policies that are not in line with the school program. (5) efforts are being made to optimize the formation of religious characters by providing education and training for teachers around character building, appreciation of students and parental liaison books.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain: 1) The principles of andragogy learning in Q.S al-Kahfi verses 60-82, 2) The principles of andragogy learning in the Islamic Religious Education Masters Study Program at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten, 3). Application of andragogy learning principles in the Islamic Religious Education Masters Study Program at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten and 4) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of andragogy learning principles in the PAI Masters Study Program at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. In this research, the approach taken is qualitative, namely research that produces data on the study of Al-Quran texts from three tafisr books (Ibnu Katsir, al-Mishbah and Jalalain) as well as descriptive in the form of written or spoken words from observable people in the form of interviews with seven respondents. The results of this study, 1) The principles of andragogy learning in surah al-Kahf verses 60-82 namely, self-motivation (verses 60-61), constructivism (63-64), learning contracts (verses 65-70), dialogic (verses 71- 78) and mastery learning (verses 79-82). 2) The principles of andragogy learning in the PAI Masters Study Program at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten from the results of interviews include attention, motivation, activeness, direct involvement, interest, experience, dialogic, democratic, egalitarian, creative and analytical. 3) The application of the learning principle of andragogy in Q.S al-Kahf verses 60-82 in the Islamic Religious Education Masters Study Program at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten is the principle of motivation and discussion, this principle is also applied by the lecturers in learning. 4) Supporting factors, namely the existence of sophisticated media such as Google Meet, Google Scholar, Google Classroom, Online Library, Zoom Meet and Voice Notes. In addition to sophisticated media, there must be infrastructure that can support learning as well as strategies, media, methods and evaluation of learning so that it becomes good learning. Inhibiting factors, students have limited time. Another inhibiting factor is a feeling of laziness to read. Tools and materials such as laptops and cellphones must be supported. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitan ini untuk menjelaskan: 1) Prinsip pembelajaran andragogi dalam Q.S al-kahfi ayat 60-82, 2) Prinsip pembelajaran andragogy di Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten,  3). Penerapan prinsip pembelajaran andragogy di Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten dan  4) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam penerapan prinsip pembelajaran andragogy di Program Studi Magister PAI UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Pada penelitian ini pendekatan yang ditempuh adalah kualitatif, yaitu penelitan yang menghasilkan data kajian teks al-Quran dari tiga kitab tafisr (Ibnu Katsir, al-Mishbah dan Jalalain) serta deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan dari orang-orang yang dapat diamati berupa wawancara dengan tujuh  responden. Hasil penelitian ini, 1) Prinsip pembelajaran andragogy dalam surat al-kahfi ayat 60-82 yaitu, self motivation (ayat 60-61), konstrutivisme (63-64), learning contract (ayat 65-70),  dialogis (ayat 71-78) serta mastery learning (ayat 79-82). 2) Prinsip pembelajaran andragogy di Program Studi Magister PAI UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten dari hasil wawancara diantaranya, perhatian, motivasi, keaktifan, keterlibatan langsung, minat, pengalaman, dialogis, demokratis, egaliter, kreatif dan analitis. 3) Penerapan prinsip pembelajaran andragogy dalam Q.S al-Kahfi ayat 60-82 di Program Studi Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten adalah prinsip motivasi dan diskusi, prinsip ini diterapkan juga oleh para dosen dalam pembelajaran. 4) Faktor pendukung, yaitu dengan adanya media yang canggih seperti google meet, goole cendekia, google classroom, perpustakaan online, zoom meet dan voice note. Selain media yang canggih harus adanya sarana prasarana yang mampu menunjang dalam pembelajaran serta strategi, media, metode dan evaluasi pembelajaran agar menjadi pembelajaran yang baik. Faktor penghambat, mahasisiwa memilki keterbatasan waktu, Faktor lain yang menghambat adalah rasa malas membaca. Alat dan bahan seperti laptop dan handphond harus support.

Abstract

The use of coconut fruit waste (coco nucifera) is still very open to be studied and further developed in Indonesia as a tropical country that has very abundant natural resources to be utilized optimally. This is also considering that although almost all parts of the coconut fruit have been taken advantage of, many are also wasted into waste such as the fibers and shells. One of the uses of coconut shells is used as charcoal fuel. Coconut shell charcoal is usually further processed into briquettes and until now is used by the community for household, business, and industrial purposes. The use of coconut shells can be done to overcome wastewater.Changes and village building initiatives must grow from young people or millennials who act as agents of change. The research approach used is a type of pedagogic approach that leads to providing a description of the object of research and its relation to everything studied in the form of interviews and the results of the author’s observations during the activity and after the activity. In this study, a qualitative descriptive design type was used. Researchers are trying to obtain and describe data about this service activity in the form of Training on Making Shells into Charcoal with the theme “Training on Making charcoal into shells in Kedung Soka Village, Ampel Island District, Serang Regency, Banten Province, Indonesia”.
