Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know break even point on rupiah and unit for product cincau hitam based to ascertain profit level and profit plan. In analyzing the problems, the writer used observation, interview, literature and using formula BEP. Based on the calculation, the break even point of cincau bukit ernani in rupiah is Rp 363.980.247,39 and in units are 97.061 kg and 24.265 tray. In 2016, Cincau Bukit Ernani want to plan to make a profit Rp 700.000.000,00. To achieve the budgeted profit Cincau Bukit Ernani must produce cincau hitam Rp 1.706.390.833 or 455.037 kg or 113.759 trays.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and axplain how the strategies in developing alternative tourism throught the 3A elements is Attractions, Accessiility and  Amenities on the Sungsang Village tourist, Banyasin District, Sumatera Selatan . The studi was located at Sungsang Village tourist, Banyasin District, Sumatera Selatan. This type of research is quantitative research with sample of  30  visitors who had visited Sungsang Village tourist. The sampling technique used in this study was non purposive sampilng. This study use descriptive analysis, as well as using a SWOT analysis that is formulated throught the IFAS Matrix, EFAS Matrix, Grand Strategy Matrix and SWOT Matrix. The result showed that is position of Sungsang Village is in quadran I, so taht strategies taht can be used are support the agressive policies (growth oriented strategy) by the utilizing strenght to win opportunities that exist.

Abstract

As we know that the world economy is a unity, this means that a country’s economy will affect the economies other countries. Recently, an economic crisis in some European countries affecting another country’s economy through the interaction of global economic activity. Currently, the European Union is experiencing a contraction of 0,3 %, as stated in the economic recession. But on the other hand, there is an exciting area, namely Asia, where China managed to penetrate the country’s economic growth above 10% in recent years to buy securities portion in United State of America and later was asked by the European Union to increase its investment. On the other side, the real picture is that economy between countries is a unity. The 1998 crisis in Indonesia is a result from the crisis in Thailand which also extends to several South East Asia countries. This article will discuss qualitatively how the economic development of the two countries in each region – Europe and Asia. The first is in Asia; Indonesia as an example of a developing country, while China as an example of developed country. The second in the Europe region, Bosnia & Herzegovina are example of developing countries and Germany as example of developed country. The four countries will be compared its macroeconomic data of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) over the last ten years. The data used are sourced from World Bank by using the GDP applicable in billion USD, so, it will clear the economic linkage between countries

In analyzing the problem, the author uses observation, interviews, and uses the Break Even Point (BEP) formula. Based on calculations, Break Even Point from Cincau Ernani Hill in rupiah is Rp. 363,980,247.39 and in units of 97,061 kg and 24,265 trays. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the most dominant personal and psychological factors in influencing consumer behavior in purchasing songket at Mawar Songket store and how much these factors affected consumer behavior in purchasing songket at Mawar Songket store. Problem solving was done by quantitative-descriptive research method with a technique in the form of a survey of consumers of the Mawar Songket store through a questionnaire. The data in this study used analysis of instrument test, multiple linear regression tests with partial and simultaneous tests which were processed with IBM SPSS version 25. From the results of the study, it was concluded that personal factors did not significantly influence consumer behavior. While psychological factors had a significant effect on consumer behavior at Mawar Songket store. Psychological factors gave the most dominant influence on consumer behavior at Mawar Songket store. Enhancement in songket types and prices need to be strengthened in order to encourage consumers' personal factors in purchasing songket at Mawar Songket store based on consumer behavior.
