Abstract

Abstract - In learning scheduling problem often faced by schools in the new academic year. Sometimes collisions on the schedule was not found when the learning process has begun, so it is necessary to re-schedule on the schedule. And this resulted in the teaching and learning first weeks less to run well. Researchers previously have used various methods to solve the scheduling as Tabu search, Simulated Annealing, Network Flow, Graph Coloring. Graph Coloring (coloring of a graph) is the simplest method and the experimental results indicate that the development of methods of scheduling Graph Coloring deliver results that meet an average of 93% across the specified constraints. At the time of split schedules that require extra energy at the start of learning did not experience a collision. With this system is expected to facilitate the allocation of space, teachers, lessons to avoid a collision. Keywords: Information Systems, Scheduling, graph coloring Abstraksi - Dalam masalah penjadwalan pembelajaran sering dihadapi sekolah pada tahun ajaran baru. Terkadang tabrakan pada jadwal itu baru ditemukan ketika proses belajar mengajar telah dimulai, sehingga perlu dilakukan penjadwalan ulang pada jadwal tersebut. Dan hal ini mengakibatkan kegiatan belajar mengajar pada minggu-minggu pertama kurang dapat berjalan dengan baik. Para peneliti sebelumnya telah menggunakan berbagai metode untuk memecahkan penjadwalan seperti Tabu search, Simulated Annealing, Network Flow, Graph Coloring. Graph Coloring (pewarnaan graf) merupakan metode yang paling sederhana dan hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan metode Graph Coloring memberikan hasil penjadwalan yang memenuhi rata-rata 93% seluruh constraints yang ditentukan. Pada saat membagi jadwal memerlukan energi ekstra agar pada saat di mulai pembelajaran tidak mengalami tabrakan. Dengan sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah dalam mengalokasikan ruangan, guru, pelajaran agar tidak mengalami tabrakan. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Penjadawalan, Pewarnaan Graf

Abstract

This research was conducted by analyzing three variables, this research variable consisted of three types of variables including; independent variables (information system design), furniture shop dependent variables and moderator variables (cash receipts). The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the design of the design of the cash receipt information system on the Sukabumi district furniture store. The research discussion focused on three variables and was processed using a questionnaire microsoft excel application and Spss 20 that was shared with employees of a furniture store. Based on the results of the questionnaire analysis, it was found that there was an influence on the design of the cash receipt information system for the Sukabumi district furniture store in terms of the cash receipt process that was made for the problems that occurred in the furniture store, evidenced by testing validity tests using Microsoft Excel with results Pearson correlation> 0.5 and reliability test> 0.6 using SPSS 20. The future expectation of the research is to proceed with analysis of variable testing and program implementation.

Abstract

Web applications that used to run on a desktop in recent years have received huge demand for this area to be more sophisticated and complex, not only that, but users also want web applications to run on mobile devices. Web appearance that is only designed for computer devices will make users difficult when opening a web page display on a different device. By using the CSS framework library, web developers will be greatly helped in making the program more responsive and can also be run on a variety of Open Source both Windows, iOS, and Android. Decision-making system that can determine the best front-end Framework can be an alternative solution for web developers to determine which front-end framework is easier and more convenient to use. Simple Additive Weighting is used to analyze and decide which the best alternative with calculations that take five main criteria in this research that is Preprocessor, Responsive, Browser Support, Easy to Use, and Template. In this study the highest prefects were obtained by Bootstrap 1,000 while for foundation and bulma get a large prefensie s 0.868 and 0.820.

Abstract

Diabetes which is assigned to be in the top 10 list of diseases that cause death in the last 10 years has increased. What was observed was that this increase occurred in developing countries with middle to lower social status. In Indonesia, diabetes is included in the top 10 diseases with a large number of sufferers. And more than that, diabetes becomes comorbid that causes complications in Covid 19 patients. Then to detect diabetes more quickly and accurately, it is necessary to make research that can produce a better level of accuracy to detect diabetes. By using a public dataset taken from the UCI repository consisting of 520 records, obtained from Diabetes Sylhet Hospital, Bangladesh. In this research, classification will be carried out using the Decision Tree algorithm with optimization of Linear Sampling and Information Gain. After calculating using these methods and calculating the accuracy, the results obtained are 99.04% accuracy with a comparison with previous research which only used a Random Forest of 97.04%.

Abstract

Kecepatan tanggapan terhadap pengaduan pelanggan sangat penting untuk segera diproses, mengingat pelanggan adalah salah satu asset bagi Telkom Akses, salah satu permasalahan yang ada saat ini yaitu dalam pengolahan data Berita Acara Instalasi dan Pencabutan NTE (Network Terminal Equipment) yang masih belum terkomputerisasi dan masih berupa arsip, hal ini mengakibatkan kurang efektif dan efesien dalam pembuatan laporan dan pencarian data. Dengan pemanfaatan suatu sistem yang berbasis mobile dalam proses laporan NTE dan berbasis web dalam pengelolaan laporannya ini, akan memudahkan teknisi dalam pembuatan laporan tanpa harus datang ke bagian admin dan pelaporan berita acara bisa lebih cepat, efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

AbstrakPengambilan Keputusan adalah pemilihan beberapa tindakan alternative yang ada untuk mencapai satu atau beberapa tujuan atau maksud yang telah ditentukan. Permasalahan terjadi jika ada pendukung keputusan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan kurangnya sikap objektif dalam pengambilan keputusannya. Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (F-MADM) merupakan salah satu sistem penunjang keputusan yang cukup sederhana dan dapat menjadi salah satu metode alternatif dalam mengambil keputusan jika alternative atau variabel yang digunakan cukup banyak. Dalam penelitian ini, penelitian dilakukan untuk melakukan pemilihan karyawan berprestasi dengan menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) dimana metode ini akan menggunakan faktor-faktor yang telah ada sesuai dengan ketentuan perusahaan, kriteria yang ada akan dicari prioritas dari masing-masing kriteria untuk mengetahui kriteria mana yang lebih penting. Keputusan yang dapat diambil berdasarkan hasil dari stimuli responden yaitu dengan pemberian kuesioner yang berisi perbandingan antar kriteria dan alternatif sebagai uji coba terhadap keputusan yang terlibat dalam pemilihan karyawan. Dan dengan menggunakan tools expert choice 2000 dalam pengolahan data dengan Metode Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Hasil akhir untuk bobot kriteria 14.8% untuk kedisiplinan, 16.3% untuk sikap, 32.6% untuk bertanggung jawab, dan tertinggi 36.3% untuk kejujuran. Sedangkan untuk bobot alternative 20.3% untuk Desi Aryani, 25.9% untuk Muhammad Rozi, 24.4% untuk Siska Sylviani dan tertinggi 29.5% untuk Ananta Suryana.Kata Kunci : ahp, dss, f-madm, model pengambilan keputusan.AbstractDecision-making is the selection of some alternative measures available to achieve one or more predetermined goals or purposes. Problems arise if any decision support is not as expected and lack of objective attitude in decision making. Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (F-MADM) is one of decision support system that is quite simple and can be one of the alternative methods in making decisions if the alternatives or variables are used quite a lot. In this research, the research is done to perform the selection of the achieving employees by using Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) method where this method will use the existing factors in accordance with the company's provisions, the criteria will be sought priority of each criteria to know the criteria which is more important. Decisions that can be taken based on the results of respondents stimuli is by giving a questionnaire that contains a comparison between criteria and alternatives as a trial of decisions involved in the selection of employees. And by using expert choice tools 2000 in data processing with Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). The final result for the criteria weight is 14.8% for discipline, 16.3% for attitude, 32.6% for responsible, and 36.3% for honesty. As for the alternative weight of 20.3% for Desi Aryani, 25.9% for Muhammad Rozi, 24.4% for Siska Sylviani and 29.5% for Ananta SuryanaKeywords: ahp, decision making model, dss, f-madm

Abstract

Beasiswa merupakan dana yang dapat diberikan oleh pemerintah, perusahaan swasta, kedutaan, universitas atau dari kantor tempat bekerja untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui pendidikan. SMAN 1 Cicurug Sukabumi adalah salah satu instansi pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan beasiswa bagi siswa berprestasi yang akan melanjutkan sekolah di SMAN 1 Cicurug Sukabumi. Terdapat lima kriteria untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa tersebut yaitu: nilai rata-rata raport, nilai rata-rata ijazah, jumlah tanggungan orang tua, penghasilan orang tua dan bidang keahlian dengan bobot-bobot pada setiap kriteria. Untuk mempermudah para pengurus institusi pendidikan dalam menentukan peserta didik baru yang berhak menerima beasiswa, maka perlu adanya suatu sistem rekomendasi keputusan yang berfungsi untuk membantu melakukan seleksi kepada para calon penerima beasiswa. Pada penelitian ini menerapkan Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making dengan model weighted product sebagai sistem alternatif yang dapat digunakan untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, dengan hasil yang diperoleh dari 5 Alternatif yangdigunakan adalah yang memiliki nilai tertinggi pada perankingan dengan nilai vektor S=0.70 dan nilai Vektor V= 0.24.

Abstract

A regional head must have a work plan every regional head must have a work plan which is sure to be of benefit to the community. Assisting is a definite work plan in every region. A lot of assistance is usually given from the government to the community and must be managed by the village government so that the aid gets to the right hands. And to improve food security, the people in each region have activities to distribute Poor Rice as a subsidy from the government. In the distribution method, sometimes there are constraints in data collection so that poor rice or what we usually call Raskin is not suitable for distribution. Because of this, a way is needed so that the distribution is appropriate or not in the community in accepting the Raskin so that government assistance can be delivered properly and on target. By using secondary data obtained from Bencoy Village, 205 data were obtained containing the attributes of the eligibility category of Raskin recipients, and 6 categories of attributes were found with the classification method of the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The accuracy value obtained is 96.59%, proving that the prediction using the Naive Bayes algorithm has a good performance. The next results obtained are in the form of AUC value which after being calculated produces a value of 0.999 and this results in an application which is an implementation with a flow that is adjusted to the calculation algorithm in the form of a web-based application.

Abstract

Bank perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Nusamba Sukaraja yang merupakan lembaga keuangan perbankan yang menerima simpanan deposito, tabungan atau bentuk lainnya dan menyalurkan dana sebagai usaha. Akan tetapi seiring berjalannya waktu tercatat ada beberapa konsumen kredit mengalami kredit macet dimana kredit macet tersebut dapat menghambat arus lalu lintas uang dan menyebabkan kerugian bagi bank. Pada umumnya, BPR Nusamba Sukaraja merekrut tenaga kerja dibagian credit analyst untuk melakukan analisi terhadap kemampuan membayar pemohon kredit dan survey lapangan untuk mengurangi kredit macet. Oleh karena itu dalam upaya membantu credit analyst dalam kegiatan pengambilan keputusan konsumen layak kredit, diperlukan model sistem berbasis komputer yang apat memberikan kemudahan dalam kemampuan analisa data, perhitungan penilaian kriteria pemohon kredit. Sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) merupakan pilihan tepat untuk membantu penyeleksian pemohon kredit. Sistem dirancang dengan menggunakan metode Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decission Making (FMADM) model Weighted Product (WP), metode ini dipilih karena perhitungan pembobotan kriteria yang tidak terlalu rumit, sehingga mudah dipelajari. Sistem yang dibangun diharapkan dapat membantu kerja BPR Nusamba Sukaraja, khususnya pada bagian credit analyst dalam melakukan penyeleksian pemohon kredit, dapat mempercepat proses penyeleksian pemohon kredit dan dapat mengurangi kesalahan daam menentukan konsumen layak kredit.Kata Kunci— kredit, fuzzy MADM, weighted productBank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Nusamba Sukaraja is banking financial institution that accepts savings deposits, deposits or any other form and transmit the funds as a business. But as time goes by was recorded there are some consumer credit are having bad credit which can impede the flow of traffic and cause a loss of money for the bank. In General, BPR Nusamba Sukaraja hiring the credit analyst to conduct an analysis of the ability of paying the credit applicant and survey the field to reduce the bad debts. Therefore, in an attempt to help the credit analyst in consumer decision-making activities deserve credit, required computer-based system that models can provide ease in data analysis ability assessment applicant criteria calculation credit. A decision support system (DSS) is the right choice to help selecting appropriate credit applicants. The system is designed with the use of methods of Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (F-MADM) model Weighted Product (WP), this method was chosen because the calculation of the weighting of criteria that are not too complicated, so easy to learn. Systems that were built are expected to help the work of BPR Nusamba Sukaraja, particularly on the part of credit analyst in the conduct of the applicant's credit, selection can accelerate the process of selecting appropriate credit applicants and could reduce mistakes in determine consumers deserve credit.Keyword— credit, fuzzy MADM, weighted product

Abstract

Imunisasi menjadi hal yang penting dalam perlindungan kesehatan bagi masyarakat dibeberapa negara, imunisasi dapat mencegah penyebaran penyakit tertentu seperti folio, pertussis, difteri, campak, rubela, gondok dan tetatnus. Imunisasi dasar lengkap diberikan pada bayi sesuai jadwal yang diterbitkan oleh kementrian kesehatan republik indonesia pada usia 0-9 bulan, Imunisasi dasar lengkap didefinisikan bahwa setiap anak telah menerima 1 dosis vaksin BCG, 3 dosis vaksin DPT, 4 dosis vaksin OPV, 3 dosis vaksin Hepatitis-B dan 1 dosis vaksin Campak. Agar meningkatkan kesadaran orang tua mengenai pentingnya imunisasi dasar lengkap yang sesuai jadwal, maka perlu dibangun sebuah sistem yang berguna dalam melakukan otomatisai jadwal imunisasi, dan memberikan pengingat kepada ibu bayi. Pada penelitian ini coloring graph akan diterapkan untuk pembuatan jadwal secara otomatis, kemudian jadwal yang dihasilkan akan secara terjadwal terkirim kepada ibu bayi melalui teknologi SMS Gateway
