Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntuk setiap instansi untuk menggunakan teknologi informasi dalam menjalankan aktivitas pekerjaan sehari hari, salah satunya adalah Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil, banyak permasalahan yang terjadi dikarenakan belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi, salah satunya yaitu pada proses survey indeks kepuasan masyarakat (IKM), permasalahannya yaitu sering terjadi kehilangan atau kerusakan data survey, dan kurang efektifnya pelaksanaan survey yang masih menggunakan kertas, belum lagi permasalahan untuk menyusun dan merekap nilai pelayananÂ serta kurangnya pemahaman dan timbal balik dari masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi sistem informasi indeks kepuasan masyarakat (IPM) berbasis website dengan memanfaatkan metode SDLC Prototype, dan untuk pengumpulan datanya digunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan wawancara, dan sistem informasi yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa PHP dan PhyMyadmin dan MySql Sebagai basis Data, dengan adanya Sistem Survey IKM yang terkomputerisasi ini diharapkan dapat menunjang kegiatan survey menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dari sistem yang sudah ada sebelumnya

Abstract Sorting of data is one of the critical operations in data processing. There are various sorting algorithms. However, only some of which are used as the basis for the introduction and understanding of the learning process in an institution. Among the selection sort and insertion sort. Both sorting algorithm that is the focus of discussion on this scientific work. Is the domain on this occasion is a time to try to analyze the speed of the algorithm selection sort and insertion sort, with all the data input in the form of integers in a list or array of data at random intervals between 1,000 and 100,000 elements. Sorting algorithms selection algorithm has a complexity of O (n2 ), the same as the insertion sorting algorithms. Each of these types of algorithms have different levels of effectiveness. The effectiveness of an algorithm can be measured by how the amount of time it takes to run the algorithm. This article will only discuss and analyze the complexity of time for each type of algorithm. The algorithm is written in this paper is an algorithm that is implemented in C ++ programming language. Based on the complexity of the test of time, it can be concluded that the insertionsort algorithm is faster, than the selectionsort algorithm.

Investasi saham di pasar modal merupakan hal yang sangat bagi setiap perusahaan di dunia. Harga saham di pasar modal bergerak secara acak, tinggi rendahnya harga saham dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Oleh karena itu, perlu prediksi harga saham sehingga dapat membantu para investor untuk melihat prospek investasi di masa yang akan datang. Dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan prediksi harga saham GGRM dengan membandingkan beberapa model algoritma yaitu Neural Network, Linear Regression, Support Vector Machine, Gaussian Process, dan Polynomial Regression. Untuk mengukur tingkat akurasi dari tiap model algoritma digunakan model validasi 10 Fold Cros Validation dan evaluasi menggunakan Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa data harga saham GGRM dapat diprediksi dengan menggunakan model algortima Neural Network, dengan hasil akurasi prediksi RMSE 612.474 +/- 89.402 (mikro: 618.916 +/- 0.000) paling kecil dibandingkan dengan model algoritma lainnya, sehingga dengan prediksi ini dapat membantu dalam memprediksi harga saham GGRM di pasar modal.Kata kunci: Algortima Prediksi, Perbandingan Algoritma, Prediksi Harga Saham GGRM.

PT. Taspen is an agency engaged in civil servant insurance and old age benefits (THT) which is tasked with assisting employees in managing pensioners. At this time, the submission of files for LPH submissions is still not in a systemized manner but is still through the post office or other which causes files to be lost, it is difficult to find files and LKO of PT. Taspen is hampered. The expected goal with this web-based information system will make it easier for local governments to send LPH application files to PT. Taspen and will speed up the work process of PT. Taspen so that the LKO at PT. Taspen is not hampered and will run smoothly, minimizing files that are vulnerable to loss and PT. Taspen is not difficult to find files.

Penceramah atau ulama adalah peran yang sangat penting dalam membimbing umat Islam dalam kehidupan. Sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi penulis bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi yang mengakomodasi ulama dan memudahkan orang untuk menemukan ulama beserta kajiannya yang sebelumnya masyarakat hanya mengetahui identitas dan kajian dari ulama hanya melalui mulut ke mulut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perangkat lunak yang disebut sistem informasi direktori penceramah atau disingkat siramah dimana para ulama dapat memposting kegiatan kajian mereka, selain itu masyarakat dapat melihat banyak ulama dan kajian secara efektif dan efisien.

The role of data mining in solving a large data problem includes estimation, prediction, classification, clustering and association. One of the roles of data mining used in this study is the classification to predict the graduation of Bina Sarana Informatika students in 2017 with the provision of passing on time and passing late. The algorithm used is the Decision Tree, K-Nerest Neighbor, Naïve Bayes, Random tree and Random Forest. The number of students graduating in the 1st period of 2017 was 5870 where there were 4998 students graduating on time and 872 graduating late. Performance testing of several algorithms using validation and different tests T-Test The k-NN algorithm has a high accuracy value of 99.98% which is the highest value and the best AUC is obtained by the Naïve Bayes algorithm with a value of 1,000. While the difference test is t-test significance <0.05, then H0 is rejected and if> 0.05 then H0 is accepted, only Decision Three against Naïve Bayes is accepted, otherwise it is rejected.

The more technology develops, the more all aspects of work are developed, one of which is in the field of education, many information systems have been developed in the world of education, one of which is a website-based student monitoring information system. The research was conducted in SMA Koperasi which so far, to monitor students, parents have to come to the location and ask questions directly, with limited hours, namely during school operational hours, of course this makes it difficult for parents to monitor their children, this problem It should be resolved by creating an information-based system, as for the software development method used, namely the prototyping method, with data collection methods, namely observation, interviews and literature study, the main purpose of creating a website-based student monitoring information system is to provide convenience for people parents in seeing the development of their children in school without having to come to school, and can improve the performance of SMA Koperasi in managing student data in order to provide maximum service to students and parents.

Abstract— PT. Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance is a company engaged in the services of crediting goods and borrowing funds. Currently PT. Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance still uses a bookkeeping system for auctions using paper media. In this research using prototype software development methods and methods of collecting data on observation, interviews and literature studies, software development methods with a prototype model to design the auction system of goods. While the data collection method is used to collect the needs of the information system to be created, the data processed in the design of this system contains data on auction of goods, payments and reports. This application displays registration as an auction participant, auction item info, application user data and order and payment reports. The results of this study are a prototype of the Goods Auction Information System which is expected to help PT Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance in the process of auctioning goods Keywords: Prototype, Information System, Auction. Intisari - PT. Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang jasa pengkreditan barang dan peminjaman dana anggunan. Saat ini PT. Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance masih menggunakan sistem pembukuan untuk pelelangan dengan menggunakan media kertas. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Prototipe dan metode pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka, metode pengembangan perangkat lunak dengan model prototype untuk merancang sistem pelelangan barang. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data dipergunakan untuk mengumpulkan kebutuhan kebutuhan dari sistem informasi yang akan dibuat, Data-data yang diolah dalam rancangan sistem ini berisikan data pelelangan barang, pembayaran dan laporan. Aplikasi ini menampilkan pendaftaran sebagai peserta lelang, info barang lelang, data pengguna aplikasi dan laporan pemesanan dan pembayaran. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini merupakan sebuah prototype dari Sistem Informasi Pelelangan barang yang diharapkan dapat membantu PT Nusantara Surya Cipta Finance dalam melakukan proses pelelangan barang Kata kunci: Prototipe, Sistem Informasi, Pelelangan.

Analisis Perbandingan Algoritma Klasifikasi Data Mining Untuk Dataset Blogger Dengan Rapid Miner Ardiyansyah Ardiyansyah; Panny Agustia Rahayuningsih; Reza Maulana

Data mining merupakan sebuah proses untuk menganalisa sebuah kasus untuk menemukan performa terbaik dari algoritma yang diuji. Salah satu cara untuk mendapatkan informasi atau pola dari kumpulan data yang besar adalah dengan menggunakan teknik-teknik dalam data mining. Ada banyak metode klasifikasi yang di gunakan untuk menghasilkan nilai akurasi yang akurat. Terdapat 5 algoritma klasifikasi yang digunakan dalam mengklasifikasi dataset blogger yaitu decision tree, Naïve bayes, k-nearest neighbour, ID3, dan CHAID. Dataset menggunakan data blogger dari UCI Machine Learning Repository.Blog adalah media yang bergantung pada teknologi informasi dan kemajuan teknologi. Penelitian ini diuji Dengan menggunakan validasi 10-fold cross validation dan uji t-test. Sehingga hasil tertinggi dari nilai akurasi yang didapat adalah sebesar 85.00% untuk algoritma KNN. Sedangkan untuk nilai AUC algoritma CHAID yang memiliki hasil tertinggi yaitu sebesar 0.758. dan dari asil uji t-test yang dilakukan bahwa algoritma ID3,CHAID dan Naive Bayes merupakan algoritma dengan performa terbaik yang diterapkan pada dataset blogger. Sedangkan untuk algoritma KNN dan C45 merupakan algoritma dengan performa yang kurang baik dengan nilai AUC 0,500%.Kata Kunci: Data Mining, Algoritma, Klasifikasi, Dataset Blogger

The development of science and technology has accelerated, one of which is the economy. Currently, information technology plays an important role in facilitating the completion of a job, increasing employee activity so that they have good skills or abilities. This is evidenced by the number of companies that use computerized systems as a tool to facilitate work and make the company has high quality. The problems faced by CV Mitra Alam Sejahtera have not been used a computerized system. Therefore, a residential sales accounting information system was created to help solve the problem of CV Mitra Alam Sejahtera. The use of the system has also facilitated operational activities on CV Mitra Alam Sejahtera such as being able to manage register data, transaction data, housing report data, housing data, event news and monitoring reports. The system can also produce reports needed by CV Mitra Alam Sejahtera such as home purchase data reports, housing data reports, which become obstacles while still using manual methods.
