Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh product assortment dan desain kemasan terhadap minat beli pada UMKM di Kota Bima. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian survei pada responden dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada konsumen pada UMKM di Kota Bima.Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen UMKM di Kota Bima yang jumlahnya tidak bisa diukur dengan pasti (unknown population).Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 50 responden menggunakan teknik purposive sampling.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert, yang masing-masing telah diuji dan telah memenuhi persyaratan validitas dan reliabilitas.Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji signifikansi parsial (uji t). Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS versi 20 menunjukan bahwa product assortment tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada UMKM di Kota Bima, dan desain kemasan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada UMKM di Kota Bima.

Abstract

Currently, the development of the shipping service industry has increased quite rapidly. The era of globalization requires humans to have high mobility. One service industry that is also experiencing dynamics in its development is goods delivery services. In the tight competition in the shipping service business, entrepreneurs are required to make breakthroughs to achieve customer satisfaction, including by providing improved service quality, providing various facilities, and setting prices that are appropriate to achieve consumer satisfaction. This study aims to determine the analysis of customer satisfaction at the j & t service company. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, while this type of research is a descriptive study. The population in this study are consumers who have used the services of j & t, the number of samples taken in this study were 96 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, statistical analysis test (One-Sample Statistics, One-Sample Test). To test the effect between variables using SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) version 23.00. Based on the results of the one-sample t-test on J&T Kota Bima it is said to be not good because it is less than 70%, which means that customer satisfaction on J&T services is not in accordance with consumer desires.

Abstract

Atribut produk merupakan salah satu hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan. Mengelola atribut produk dengan baik merupakan salah satu cara yang paling penting untuk menarik minat konsumen dalam keputusan pembelian produk. penelitian Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Atribut produk terhadap Keputusan pembelian Produk UMKM di Kota Bima. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah membeli Produk UMKM di Kota Bima. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 100 orang dengan teknik ini pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalaha Purposive Sampling. Untuk menguji pengaruh antar variabel menggunakan SPSS (Statistical Service Product Solutions) versi 20.00 Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Atribut Produk berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Produk UMKM di Kota Bima.

Abstract

The research data processed is from the results of in-depth interviews or in-depth interviews for informants. The data sample was taken by snowball sampling. Data processing and analysis using SWOT. From the results of data processing, it was found that the internal and external matrices were compiled from the total score of the IFE (internal factor evaluation) and EFE (external factor evaluation) matrices which were valued (2.955 and 3.08). This can show that the position of the Standard Operating Procedure for investment permit procedures in increasing investor interest in the Depok City - West Java Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Service is in square II, which is this position shows that the Standard Operating Procedure for investment permits in increasing investor interest in the Department. Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services for Depok City - West Java is growing and developing.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan  mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada Percetakan Pena Karya Kota Bima.  Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif, dengan sampel 100 responden konsumen Percetakan Pena Karya Kota Bima dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling . Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala pengukuran Likert. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi berganda, korelasi berganda, uji asumsi klasik, uji t (parsial) dan uji F (simultan) dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20.00. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, Kualitas pelayanan tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, serta kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of consumers of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) gas in Bima City. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. In this study the data used are primary data obtained from consumer LPG user questionnaires in the Bima City. Data were analyzed using univariable one-sample t-test analysis. The instrument was obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire) that would be distributed and answered by LPG consumer users in the form of Likert scale questions. The population in this study is LPG consumer consumers in the City of Bima. The sample used is calculated using the formula Unknown Populations and the number of samples obtained is 96 consumers. As for the sampling technique using the accidental sampling method. After processing data using several statistical tools such as average values and descriptive analysis, the results of this study are the perceptions of LPG users who on average give good answers. LPG users state that the use of gas is more profitable than kerosene, in terms of cost being more economical, the cooking process is also faster and cleaner and there is no compulsion and receiving gas as a substitute for kerosene.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the new style industries, so it needs special attention. The tourism industry can provide rapid economic growth in terms of employment opportunities, income, the standard of living, and inactivating other production sectors. This study aims to analyze and test the effects of viral marketing and tourist motivation both partially and simultaneously in increasing interest in visiting tourist destinations in Bima District, Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. This research used quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 96 people who had visited tourism destinations in Bima District. The questionnaires would be tested for validity and reliability first, and then processed with SPSS version 20.0. Data analysis in this research used multiple linear regression methods with SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) 20.0. The results showed that viral marketing and tourist motivation have an effect on tourism destinations and it will positively influence the visiting interest to Bima District, respectively. Simultaneously, viral marketing and tourist motivation can raise visiting interest in Bima District’s tourism destinations.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine and analyze the effect of tourism attraction on visiting interest in the Amahami area. The sample in this study amounted to 100 people with research instruments using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Questionnaire data testing used validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used simple linear regression test and hypothesis testing using t test. The results of the study indicate that tourist attraction has a positive and significant effect on visiting interest in the Amahami area of Bima City

Abstract

The aims of this research are: (1) to know and analyze about etnosentrisme of positive and significance effect of product “Tembe Mee Donggo”. (2) to know and analyze about product knowledge in positive and signicance effect of product “Tembe Mee Donggo”. (3) to know and analyze about etnosentrisme and product knowledge of positive or significance effect of product “Tembee Mee Donggo”. the special aim of this research was to give positive input for weaver of “Tembe Mee Donggo” and for conserved this local product and for government, to give support in morale and material for development of product “Tembee Mee Donggo”. The use of method in this research is using associative method. Location of this research in Bima district, especially in Donggo. The population of this research is all the people in Donggo, who ever used and bought of “Tembe Mee Donggo”. the technique of sampling is using purposive sampling with 50 respondence. The technique of data is analyzed multiple regression linear. The results of the research are: (1) etnosentrisme has positive and significance effect of product “Tembee Mee Donggo”. (2) the product knowledge has positive and significance effect of product “Tembe Mee Donggo”. (3) etnosentrisme and product knowledge has similarity positive and significance effect of product “Tembe Mee Donggo”.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion strategies and WOM (word of mouth) on the purchasing decisions of woven products in Bima City. The type of research used is associative, research location in Bima City. The population in this study are all consumers who have bought a typical Bima woven fabric, the sample in this study amounted to 96 people with purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The type of data used in this study was quantitative data with research data sources, namely primary data. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire and literature study. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that the promotion strategy influences the purchase decision of woven products, WOM (word of mouth) influences the purchasing decision of woven products and WOM (word of mouth) more dominant influence the purchase decision of woven products in Bima City.
