ABSTRACT - Savings and Loans cooperatives is one of the non-bank financial institutions that are assigned to provide community services, in the form of loans and money storage for the community. Data processing systems that are currently run some cooperatives still use conventional systems that still use book recording media or using Microsoft Excel. The impact is often the occurrence of errors in recording the data members, data storage, loan data, payment data up to reporting, but also conventional system can provide opportunities to cooperative officers to commit fraud. This research was conducted with the purpose to analyze the weaknesses that often occur in cooperatives and build a system of data processing cooperative savings and loan that can provide convenience to cooperative officers for data processing and reporting, and can improve service cooperative officers to members. The research method used is data collection method by performing stages Observation and Interview then Method of system development using Waterfall Model. The results of this study availability of information systems proved to provide convenience for officers in recording and processing data cooperatives and can improve service officers to members of the library.Keywords: Cooperative, Savings and Loans, Information System, Waterfall Model. ABSTRACT - Koperasi simpan pinjam merupakan salah satu lembaga keuangan bukan bank yang bertugas memberikan pelayanan masyarakat, berupa pinjaman dan tempat penyimpanan uang bagi masyarakat. Sistem pengolahan data yang saat ini dijalankan beberapa koperasi masih menggunakan sistem konvensional yang masih menggunakan media pencatatan buku atau menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Dampaknya sering terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan data anggota, data simpanan, data pinjaman, data pembayaran sampai dengan pelaporan, selain itu juga sistem konvensional dapat memberikan kesempatan kepada petugas koperasi untuk melakukan kecurangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisa kelemahan-kelemahan yang sering terjadi dalam koperasi dan membangun sebuah sistem informasi pengolahan data koperasi simpan pinjam yang dapat memberikan kemudahan kepada petugas koperasi untuk pengolahan data dan pembuatan laporan, serta dapat meningkatkan pelayanan petugas koperasi kepada anggota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan tahapan Observasi dan Wawancara kemudian Metode pengembangan sistem dengan menggunakan Waterfall Model. Hasil dari penelitian ini tersedianya sistem informasi terbukti dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi petugas dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pengolahan data koperasi serta dapat meningkatkan pelayanan petugas kepada anggota perpustakaan.Keywords : Koperasi, Simpan Pinjam, Sistem Informasi, Waterfall Model.

Ekspedisi Ekspor Impor adalah jasa layanan yang bergerak dalam bidang layanan dan jasa pengirimanbarang import melalui jalur laut, darat atau udara. Kegiatan ekspedisi di PT. Bongsoikrama meliputimenyewa kontainer, mengangkut kontainer ke pelabuhan, menumpuk barang di pelabuhan sampai naik kekapal. Setelah barang tiba ada proses bongkar muatan meliputi menurunkan kontainer dari kapal danmengirimkan barang ke tempat tujuan. PT. Bongsoikrama berusaha merubah sistem informasi perusahaandengan memaksimalkan informasi komputer dan teknologi saat ini. Karena sistem informasi perusahaanmasih minim akan sumber daya manusia yang mengurusi administratif terkait proses ekspedisi ekportimport dan hanya banyak karyawan sebagai pekerja lapangan saja. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini akanmembuat sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan agar kegiatan administratif menjadi lebihmudah dan informatif. Program yang dibuat menggunakan software Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 dengandatabase MySql. Sistem informasi ini menghasilkan output laporan eksport import, bukti bayar dan lembarpenagihan kepada customer. Diharapkan kinerja perusahaan akan meningkat dan lebih efektif, efisiendengan mengurangi human error dan mempercepat proses pembuatan laporan.

The presence of information systems has given so much influence over a company, not just the organization but the effect extends to the business processes and transactions of the organization. But whether all information systems applied to the organization can be considered successful? Then how organizations can determine the success of applied information systems and how to create an information system to be successful. STMIK Nusa Mandiri has web-based academic information system is divided into two groups, namely the lecturers and students. In terms of student academic information system is needed because all academic information such as schedule of lectures, exams, guidance, and so on. Given that academic information system is used to meet the needs of user groups were students, to the need for an act of evaluation of the quality of the academic information systems. Reference used in relation to the analysis of information systems audit with the results of the performance of a system both quantitatively and qualitatively. In this study, we will use the analysis model PIECES Framework. PIECES Framework is an evaluation model that scales information system used to classify a problem, opportunities, and the directives contained in the scope definition analysis and system design. The results of this study showed the average value of user satisfaction from the results of calculations which show that students already feel SATISFIED in the use of academic information systems STMIK Nusa Mandiri Depok campus. Abstrak: Website Quick Online Booking (QOB) adalah fasilitas layanan online berbasis web yang disediakan oleh PT. Pos Indonesia bagi pelanggan yang akan memesan pengiriman paket sebelum mendatangi kantor pos. Pelanggan dapat melakukan input data pengirimannya sendiri pada sistem tersebut, sehingga tidak perlu mengantri terlalu lama di kantor pos. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis pengaruh kualitas website Quick Online Booking milik PT. Pos Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode Webqual 4.0 berdasarkan dimensi kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS Versi 16 dan pengukuran dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel independen (X) yang diteliti yaitu kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas interaksi memiliki pengaruh sebesar 71.1% terhadap variabel dependen (Y) yaitu kepuasan pengguna, sedangkan 28,9% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti. Pengukuran skala likert juga menunjukan bahwa variabel kualitas kegunaan, kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi dan kepuasan pengguna mendapatkan interpretasi puas, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa website Quick Online Booking (QOB) ini sudah baik. Kata Kunci: kepuasan pengguna, kualitas website quick online booking, metode webqual 4.0. Abstract: Website Quick Online Booking (QOB) is a web-based online service facility provided by PT. Pos Indonesia for customers who will order package delivery before visiting the post office. Customers can input their own shipping data into the system, so they don't have to queue too long at the post office. This study aims to analyze the influence of the quality of the Quick Online Booking website owned by PT. Pos Indonesia using the Webqual 4.0 method based on the dimensions of usability quality, information quality, interaction quality, and user satisfaction. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 16 software and measurement using a Likert scale. The results showed that the independent variable (X) under study, namely usability quality, information quality, and interaction quality had an effect of 71.1% on the dependent variable (Y), namely user satisfaction, while the other 28.9% were influenced by other factors outside the variable. researched. Likert scale measurement also shows that the variables of usability quality, information quality, interaction quality and user satisfaction get a satisfied interpretation, so it can be concluded that the Quick Online Booking (QOB) website is good. Abstrak: Beasiswa prestasi yang diberikan oleh SMP John Paul’s School untuk keberlangsungan pendidikan para siswa diharapkan menjadi salah satu bentuk dari dukungan tersebut. Namun ketepatan dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa prestasi menjadi pekerjaan rumah tersendiri bagi lembaga, sebab tidak ada sistem penilaian yang baku meskipun sudah ditetapkan kriterianya. Penelitian bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa prestasi pada SMP John Paul’s School dengan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Konsep dasar SAW adalah mencari penjumlahan terbobot dari rating kinerja di setiap alternatif pada semua kriteria penentu. Kriteria yang digunakan untuk menentukan penerima beasiswa prestasi adalah hasil tes bahasa inggris, hasil tes matematika dan hasil wawancara, sesuai dengan bobot nilai masing-masing. Penelitian menghasilkan dua siswa yang berhak menerima beasiswa prestasi dengan persentase hasil di atas 80%. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) terbukti efektif untuk digunakan sebagai Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dalam menentukan penerima beasiswa prestasi pada SMP John Paul’s School. Kata kunci: SPK, penerima beasiswa prestasi, SAW Abstract: Achievement scholarships provided by SMP John Paul’s School for the continuation of the education of students are expected to be one form of this support. However, the accuracy in determining the awardees of achievement scholarships is a homework for the institution, because there is no standard evaluation system even though criteria have been established. The research aims to build a Decision Support System (DSS) in determining the awardees of achievement scholarships at SMP John Paul’s School by using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The basic concept of this method is to find a weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative on all determining criteria. The criteria used to determine the awardees of an achievement scholarship are the results of an English language test, the results of a mathematics test and the results of an interview, according to the weighting of each grade. The study produced two students who were entitled to receive an achievement scholarship with a percentage of results above 80%. It shows that the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method proved effective to be used as a Decision Support System (DSS) in determining the awardees of achievement scholarships at SMP John Paul’s School. The needs of computer in this era is crucial in order to gain the effectivity and efficiency of company’s activity. Due to the improvement of information technology, many industries are expected to produce their product with the assistance of computerized system. In this case, accounting has an important role in a company as a factor of company’s decision making in the future. PT. Akses Guru Indonesia Kota Depok is an institution of education. They still use a conventional data processing system which can cause an error and waste of time while processing data. That is the reason behind the making of this scientific writing which titled PT Akses Guru Indonesia Kota Depok’s Financial Data Processing by using MYOB Accounting V.16. The using of this application will help the institution to solve problems and create an effective, efficient, and accurate workflow in order to support all the activities of PT Akses Guru Indonesia Kota Depok.

Petty cash is a fund set by the company to finance the company's regular operations whose total expenditure is relatively smaller and paid in cash without the use of bank transfers or checks. In a Petty cash recording company both cash in and out is the responsibility of the accounting part, in its management still using conventional systems such as using ledgers, microsoft excel and so on. This, of course, can lead to errors and take a long time. The goal of the study was to design an effective and efficient web-based petty cash recording accounting information system. The methods used in this study are data collection which includes observation and study of literature and system development methods using Extreme Programming consisting of planning, designing, coding and testing stages. The results of this study show that the use of petty cash recording information systems can provide convenience to users as well as effective and efficient time in the process of recording petty cash, in addition to minimizing data misuse

Cademic Information Systems at SMA Widya Nusantara is relatively complex system because thesystem involves many objects such as; students, teachers, schedules and scores. Each object has a relation to one another. If the academic system of data processing is still done manually, it will cause problems for system users (teachers, students and the Students Academic section). Writer build adynamic web application that can be used to disseminate the right information, quickly and accurately, develop and update student data processing, high school teacher at Widya Nusantara. Research conducted by using the method of observation, interviews, and literature. The support equipmentused in this research histocreate a model of Entity Relationship Diagrams and the Unified Modeling Language. Based on the problems of the Academic Information System in Widya Nusantara High School, the writer intends to create aweb-based academic information systems in order to provide convenience to the teacher in informing reports of student activity. The aim istomake the processof data reporting students cores and attendance activity can be informed quickly.

ABSTRACT - Decision Support System For New Student Admission Selection With Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) Method. Admission of new students is an activity that must be done by every school. To support the quality of schools, in the process of admission of new students there is a selection process of prospective students who are made to select prospective students in accordance with the criteria that have been determined by the school. Similarly, SMK Wisata Harapan Massa Depok, which conducts selection of prospective students. It's just that the results of the selection is sometimes inappropriate and inaccurate because it is not in accordance with the criteria that have been determined by the school. From the existing problems, it is necessary a decision support system that serves as a tool of the SMK Wisata Harapan Massa Depok in the selection process of new admissions by using Simple Additive weighting (SAW) method. Because this method is appropriate for the decision-making process in new admissions selection because it can determine the weight value for each criterion, then proceed with the sequencing process that will select the best alternative. Penerimaan siswa baru merupakan kegiatan yang wajib dilakukan oleh setiap sekolah. Untuk menunjang kualitas sekolah, di dalam proses penerimaan siswa baru terdapat proses penyeleksian calon siswa yang dilakukan untuk memilih calon siswa sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh sekolah. Begitu pula dengan SMK Wisata Harapan Massa Depok, yang melakukan penyeleksian terhadap calon siswa. Hanya saja hasil dari penyeleksian tersebut terkadang tidak tepat dan tidak akurat karena tidak sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh sekolah. Dari permasalahan yang ada, maka diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang berfungsi sebagai alat bantu pihak SMK Wisata Harapan Massa Depok pada proses seleksi penerimaan siswa baru dengan menggunakan metode Simple additive weighting (SAW). Karena metode ini sesuai untuk proses pengambilan keputusan dalam seleksi penerimaan siswa baru karena dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses perangkaian yang akan menyeleksi alternatif terbaik. Pemerintah Indonesia memberlakukan program wajib belajar 9 tahun yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan sumber daya manusia. Akan tetapi, program tersebut masih belum bisa terpenuhi mengingat saat ini pendidikan tidak lagi murah. Untuk itu, pemerintah juga memberlakukan program BSM. MTs. Sirojul Athfal merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan swasta di Kabupaten Bogor yang menerima program BSM. Dalam menentukan siswa yang layak menerima BSM, pihak madrasah mengalami kesulitan untuk mengambil keputusan. Hal ini disebabkan karena banyaknya siswa yang mengajukan untuk mendapatkan BSM, sedangkan jumlah penerima bantuan yang ditentukan oleh pemerintah sangat terbatas. Selain itu, dalam penilaian dari setiap kriteria masih menggunakan asumsi dan perkiraan dari pihak kepada madrasah. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu pihak madrasah dalam menyeleksi calon penerima BSM. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Additive Weighting yang dimulai dari mengidentifikasi masalah dan menentukan tujuan, menentukan kriteria dan alternatif, menentukan bobot hingga diperoleh hasil akhir dan dilanjutkan dengan proses perankingan yang akan menyeleksi alternatif yang sudah diberikan sehingga dapat dihasilkanalternatif siswa terbaik yang layak mendapatkan BSM.
