Abstract

Kriptografi adalah suatu metode keamanan untuk melindungi suatu informasi dengan menggunakan kata-kata sandi yang hanya bisa dimengerti oleh orang yang berhak mengakses informasi tersebut. Untuk membuat pesan memo agar tidak terbaca oleh orang yang tidak memiliki hak, maka solusi yang dapat dibuat yaitu menggunakan perangkat lunak khusus yang dapat diakses menggunakan perangkat mobile dan dalam perangkat lunak tersebut di implementasikan sebuah algoritma kriptografi yaitu algoritma Algoritma Rivest-Shamir-Adleman (RSA). Dalam penelitian ini menggabungkan penggunaan algoritma RSA yang dimodifikasi dengan Chinese Remainder Theorem (CRT) untuk mempercepat proses dalam algoritma tersebut. Ujicoba dilakukan pada aplikasi e-memo yang ada di pemerintahan sebagai bagian dari informasi yang sering di pertukarkan di lembaga pemerintahan tersebut. Salah satunya adalah memo yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan baik yang bersifat biasa mapun yang bersifat rahasia. Hasil dari implementasi yaitu berupa aplikasi keamanan yang menggunakan kriptografi RSA sebagai sistem keamanan berbasis mobile. Pengujian yang dilakukan yaitu proses dekripsi menggunakan algoritma RSA- CRT  untuk  masing-masing panjang pesan  sebanyak 30,  60,  dan  90  karakter untuk  masing-masing pasangan nilai p dan q memiliki kecepatan rata-rata 2731 kali lebih cepat dibandingkan menggunakan algoritma RSA pada umumnya tanpa dilakukan modifikasi.

Abstract

The development of technology in the telecommunications sector is now easier to be enjoyed by the community. Almost all regions have been able to enjoy the ease of access to information through telecommunications networks. Telecommunications service providers certainly have competed in such a way as to be able to hold users to remain loyal to the provider used. From several surveys conducted, there are still many users who cannot be loyal to use the services of these providers. The increasing number of communication network providers makes users more choices. Various ways are carried out by communication network providers to maintain their users such as giving bonuses, providing cheap rates, increasing services to the regions. In this study will focus on the level of customer satisfaction with cellular operators with a variety of criteria that have been prepared which will be a consideration for users in using these cellular operators. This research will use the AHP method (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to find out which cellular operators are the most superior based on the judgment of the user with various criteria each. So that in the end it will be known which cellular operators will be selected and purchased by consumers according to their respective needs. The results of this study show that based on the bonus, IM3 is the best with a weight of 0.21712. Then based on the price rate, a tri card with a weight of 0.16565. Furthermore, the service criteria show a better Sympathy card with a weight of 0.21311

Abstract

Pharmacy is a health service that is very important for the community, this means that this is very much related to public health. To facilitate the community in finding the right and fast pharmacy with the best recommendations and shortest routes and several alternatives to the location of the pharmacy. This study aims to create software that makes it easier for people to find pharmacies based on alternative routes and other information related to the pharmacy located in the city of Palembang. This software uses the Floyd Warshall Algorithm as the shortest path algorithm and the Item-based collaborative filtering method for selecting items based on the rating given by the user. The system development method used is the prototype method. This research produces pharmacy location search software with alternative routes along with general information related to the pharmacy

Abstract

In this study a review of the existing Bellman-Ford Algorithm by conducting tests to see the accuracy of the route data or the shortest route. In this study there are fifth locations that will be tested to see whether the route is really in accordance with the actual situation. The shortest path is part of the field of graph theory. If a graph has weight, then in the case of the shortest route, how can we do the minimization of the total weight of the route. This is what was done in this study to see how optimal the Bellman-Ford Algorithm is in handling the shortest route so that it is more accurate. The fifth Mall data is the most frequently visited by people in the city of Palembang. The five malls are Opi Mall, International Plaza, Palembang Indah Mall, Palembang Square and Palembang Icon. The conclusion from the results of this study is that the Bellman-Ford Algorithm is more complicated to do in the search for calculations manually on the completion of the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP), but this algorithm is better in terms of finding optimal solutions and solving singe pair routes.

Abstract

The Academic of Information System has been implemented at Bina Darma Unversity Palembang for a long time.  The Academic of Information System is a web-based system facility that contains profiles and developments of student academic activities. The purpose of this study to evaluate sisfo to measure user perceptions and determine user satisfaction with Sisfo using a Heuristic Evaluation approach. From 39 questionnaire statements filled out by 98 respondents, it was found that Sisfo was in good condition and did not require repairs.

Abstract

Information technology in the field of transmission that is currently developing, one of which is Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi devices provide user convenience in carrying out their activities. The quality of Wi-Fi network performance can be known by the reception of the signal received by the user. If the placement of an access point (AP) is done correctly, the network will be optimized. There are several propagation models in the room that can be used as a guideline in determining the placement of the AP, one slope model is a way to measure the average level of a building and only depends on the distance of the transmitter and receiver. This research was conducted in order to overcome the problem of Wi-Fi network area coverage at the Office of Communication and Information of the City of Palembang. This study conducted an experiment to change the layout of AP's placement, measure and calculate data in priority with the one slope model. The results of measurements and calculations carried out analysis and comparison in order to determine the results of the experiments conducted. The results of this study indicate that an attempt to change the AP layout with one slope model can overcome existing problems and get better Wi-Fi coverage area performance. In the calculation with the one slope model of the 2-trial access point placement results in a decrease and an increase in signal. The signal reduction occurred in experiment 1, whereas in experiment 2 (design 2) the signal increased by 1.46dBm.

Abstract

Kebanyakan masyarakat tidak mengetahui dimana tempat atau lokasi praktek dokter yang berada di Palembang terutama masyarakat pendatang yang membutuhkan dokter di daerah terdekat dan rekomendasi dokter terbaik pada bidangnya serta pelayanan apa saja yang diberikan pada tempat praktek tersebut seperti penerimaan BPJS kesehatan atau umum. Dengan masalah tersebut dibutuhkan sistem untuk menginformasikan lokasi praktek dokter di Kota Palembang untuk mempermudah masyarakat. Dalam pengembangan sistem ini mengunakan mobile web yang merupakan platfrom yang dapat di akses di mobile atau smartphone, dipadukan dengan pemanfaatan sistem informasi geografis tentu sangat efisien untuk menjawab persoalan tersebut. Pemanfaatan google map API tentu akan sangat membantu dalam memberikan informasi lokasi praktek dokter karena user dengan mudah dapat melihat arah dan jalur terdekat sehingga lebih cepat.Pembuatan sistem ini akan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) yang dapat membantu proses pembuatan sistem geografis lokasi praktek dokter di kota palembang.

Abstract

Sumber kutipan dan daftar pustaka adalah suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam pembuatan jurnal tujuannya sebagai pengokohan argumentasi dalam sebuah karangan. Apalagi dalam penyusunan karya ilmiah, hal ini sebabkan adanya data dan informasi yang ada di dalamnya digunakan sebagai acuan untuk penelitian atau pengkajian selanjutnya bagi ilmuan lainnya. Hal itu tentu saja menimbulkan beberapa masalah seperti kesalahan pada sumber kutipan dan daftar pustaka yang tidak sinkron, control dan pengecekan sumber kutipan dan daftar pustaka yang baik dan benar jika dilakukan secara manual pasti akan menghabiskan banyak waktu. Untuk permasalahan itu munculah ide untuk membuat perangkat lunak koreksi sumber kutipan dan daftar pustaka pada jurnal. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengkoreksi kesalahan pada sumber kutipan dan daftra pustaka yaitu regular expression (REGEX), sebuah formula untuk pencarian pola suatu kaliamat/string dan sangatlah membantu dalam menemukan pola-pola kalimat. Dari hasil program tersebut system akan secara otomatis mengkoreksi sumber kutipan dan daftar pustaka pada jurnal sehingga dapat memudahkan editor dalam mengkoreksi, sehingga tidak terjadi lagi kesalahan pada sumber kutipan dan daftar pustaka pada jurnal.

Abstract

Pengambilan keputusan merupakan bagian kunci dari eksekutif, manajer, pegawai, dan setiap manusia dalam kehidupan tak terkecuali dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk kenaikan jabatan pada suatu perusahaan. Banyaknya calon pegawai serta beragamnya kriteria yang harus dipenuhi seringkali membuat pimpinan kesulitan dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan memilih pegawai pada PT. TNS. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan dalam penerimaan pegawai PT.TNS yang menerapkan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Adapun tahapan dalam ANP ini yaitu dengan membuat matriks perbandingan berpasangan, menentukan nilai eigen vector, mengukur konsistensi serta membuat limiting supermatriks untuk menentukan bobot akhir dari kriteria dan subkriteria. Hasil dari perhitungan bobot kriteria dan nilai pada setiap tes yang dilakukan akan diakumulasi sehingga akan menghasilkan peringkat dari beberapa alternatif calon pegawai, hasil tersebutdigunakan untuk membantu manajer dalam pengambilan keputusan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan 10 pegawai sebagai sample setelah dilakukan perbandingan perhitungan secara manual dan penerapan metode Analytical Network Process.

Abstract

Mobile devices are now almost used by all walks of life. Various platforms available on smartphones like Android, iOS, Windows Mobile provide great opportunities and become a challenge for app developers. The problem is that app developers need to be able to match the needs of the available platform. The solution to this problem is the mobile hybrid application technology, which enables application developers to bridge every different smartphone platform using the cordova framework. The Cordova framework allows application developers to build mobile applications using HTML5, CSS, and javascript (JS). In this research more focused on testing the technology of mobile hybrid application to build mobile application of disaster reporting at Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) South Sumatera. Test results in the form of android and windows phone applications through several tests, among others, ease in the process of building applications, publishing, and configuration. It is expected that this hybrid mobile application software can help disaster management agencies in southern Sumatra region in disaster preparedness in the community.
