Abstract

Pemberdayaan perempuan itu sendiri memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan semua potensi yang dimiliki oleh kaum perempuan, pemberdayaan ini dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan kaum perempuan khususnya membantu meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Metode pengumpulan data dengan Triangulasi teknik, untuk menguji kredibilitas data dilakukan dengan mengecek data kepada sumber yang sama dengan teknik yang berbeda, dengan kata lain ketika peneliti sudah memperoleh data dari metode wawancara maka perlu dicek lagi dengan metode lain misalnya observasi dan dokumentasi. Sehingga dapat dipastikan data dianggap valid. Selanjutya dilakukan Analisis SWOT, analisis ini digunakan untuk merumuskan secara kualitatif dan holistik baik lingkungan internal maupun eksternal dari entitas yang sedang diamati. Hasil peelitian, Pertama,  pendalaman terhadap beberapa sentra industri yang ada di desa Sukajaya Kabupate Sukabumi memiliki dinamika dan karakteristik yang berbeda-beda, Kedua, pemberdayaan buruh perempuan industri kecil meliputi dimensi sosial, pendidikan dan ekonomi, Ketiga, strategi pemberdayaan buruh perempuan hendaknya mempertimbangkan karakteristik seperti identitas, umur dan pendidikan dan lamanya buruh bekerja di sentra-sentra yang ada dalam lokasi kajian ini, dan Keempat untuk mewujudkan pemberdayaan buruh perempuan diperlukan dukungan keterpaduan baik instansi daerah maupun lembaga-lembaga masyarakat (civil society), swasta dan lembaga pendidikan.Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, perempuan

Abstract

Globalization now has a big impact on people's lives, especially seen from their lifestyle. The mindset of a developing and changing society does not escape the influence of technological progress. Facing competition, companies must be able to place their products in the midst of intense business competition. Consumers today are smarter and selective in choosing the goods and services used. This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, servicescape, and prices on consumer satisfaction at consumers of Jasmine Beauty Clinic Bogor.This study used a survey research design on respondents by distributing questionnaires to consumers of Jasmine Beauty Clinic Bogor. The population of this study was the Bogor community who took care at Jasmine Beauty Clinic Bogor. The sample in this study amounted to 120 respondents using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of respondents having done treatment at Jasmine Beauty Clinic Bogor and aged over 17 years. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale, each of which has been tested and has met the validity and reliability requirements. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using the partial significance test (t test).The results of multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 16 show that service quality, servicescape, and prices partially have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: service quality, servicescape, price and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract. Nowadays, payment systems in the digital era use more electronic money than physical money; one of the famous ones is OVO e-wallet. OVO has supported in some various merchandises, so that people can easily download and use it. Moreover, the trust of the community is very important that OVO continues to be used in every online transaction in almost every places and vendors. The purpose of this study is to study the factors that influence the use of OVO by its consumers. The location of the research in Depok, West Java, Indonesia. The number of respondents is 123 persons; who were surveyed by online using the convenience sampling methods. This type of research is a quantitative research with explanatory analysis. The analysis technique uses validity, reliability, and hypothesis testing by using the AMOS application as a data processing tool. The results of this study indicate that the perceived ease of use, trust, and benefits significantly influence the combination of OVO use. Based on the results of the research, the research proves that OVO can convince the users of the data in the OVO application that confidentiality is guaranteed so that OVO can be trusted.

AbstractThe purpose of this study to determine: (1) on the system mortgage (mortgage) PT. Bank Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk. Bogor Branch, (2) analyze the effectiveness of the system of mortgage (mortgage) in order to reduce non-performing loans. This type of research is a descriptive study. Studies using primary data sources and secondary data sources, with the data from interviews with employees. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research showed that the system of credit is good enough to see the results of the NPL, but still lack a document - a document that is used to clarify the penginformasian system of mortgage (mortgage). Abstract

Tata kelola perusahaan dalam hal ini Bank Perkreditan Rakyat atau BPR merupakan sebuah kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan. Sejumlah BPR ditutup operasionalnya disebabkan mengalami permasalahan dalam tata kelola. Semakin meningkatnya volume usaha BPR maka semakin meningkat pula risiko yang dihadapi, sehingga mendorong kebutuhan terhadap penerapan tata kelola oleh BPR. Dengan memperhatikan pada permasalahan BPR serta dalam rangka untuk menciptakan industri BPR yang sehat dan kuat, serta  meningkatkan kinerja Bank Perkreditan  Rakyat, melindungi pemangku kepentingan, dan meningkatkan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, serta nilai-nilai etika yang berlaku umum pada Perbankan, Bank Perkreditan Rakyat perlu segera menerapkan tata kelola. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan sebagai regulator pada tahun 2015 telah menerbitkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4/POJK.03/2015 tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola Bagi Bank Perkreditan Rakyat. Obyek penelitian penerapan tata kelola sesuai Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan adalah PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Eka Bumi Artha. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan bersumber dari Laporan Tata Kelola PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat  Eka Bumi Artha pada tahun 2018 yang telah dipublikasikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Eka Bumi Artha telah melaksanakan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang Baik, dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip keterbukaan, akuntabilitas, pertanggung jawaban, independensi, dan kewajaran. Dari hasil evaluasi yang dilakukan secara keseluruhan berdasarkan data tata kelola tahun 2018, PT Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Eka Bumi Artha telah melaksanakan tata kelola sesuai Pasal 2 Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 4/POJK.03/2015 tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola Bagi Bank Perkreditan Rakyat.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi, Penerapan, Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang BaikAbstract  -The application of good governance of the Rural Bank or BPR banks is an obligation that must be implemented on an ongoing basis. A number of BPR closed operations due to experiencing problems in governance. The increase in the business volume of BPR is increasing the risks involved, thereby encouraging the need for the implementation of governance by BPR. With respect to the issue of the BPR and in order to create a healthy and robust BPR industry, and improve the performance of BPR, protect stakeholders, and improve compliance with legislation, as well as of ethical values that are generally applicable to banking. BPR as a bank financial institution need to implement governance immediately. Financial Services Authority as a regulator in the year 2015 has issued regulation of the Financial Services Authority No. 4/POJK. 03/2015 concerning the implementation of governance for the Rural Bank. The research object for implementing governance in accordance with the Financial Services Authority regulation is BPR Eka Bumi Artha. The research method was done qualitatively with the source of the report on BPR governance of Eka Bumi Artha in 2018 that has been published. The results showed BPR Eka Bumi Artha has implemented the good word, by applying the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, Independence , and fairness. From the results of the evaluation as a whole based on the data governance in 2018, BPR Eka Bumi Artha has carried out the governance pursuant to Article 2 regulation of the Financial Services Authority No. 4/POJK. 03/2015 concerning the implementation of governance for the Rural Bank. Abstract

The Union is one of the non banking financial institution that is intended for small – medium enterprises. When the lending on, union always obliges the members as a debitor to provide such a guarantee in the form of Mortgage. With the guarantee, Union as a creditor can get top priority (prefernce) for the re-payment of loan when the debtor get breach of contract. This research will be studied about auction procedure of mortgage by Credit Union Intidana Branch Office In Central Jakarta and the fulfillment of the rights of the parties. This descriptive analytical research use empirical juridical approach and data obtained through literary research and field research. Further more, the data were analyzed qualitatively. The auction process to the mortgage object in Credit Union Intidana is done through the state auction agency under Directorate General of Receivables and state auction supervision. To be able to conduct auction in the Directorate General of Receivables and state auction, Credit Union Intidana aplly for auction to through the office of Country Financial Service and Auction, Then from the results of the auction, the fullfilment of the rights of the parties carried out of the auction results larger than obligation debtors or owner of the security rights object. In case defeciency, then lack of it will be made write off to debtors liabilty by the union.   Keywords : Auction, Mortgage

Abstract

Pengukuran adalah suatu proses untuk mendapatkan deskripsi numerik (angka) sebagai ukuran tampilan sesuatu/seseorang. Pengukuran kinerja merupakan suatu alat manajemen yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pengambilan keputusan dan akuntabilitas, pengukuran kinerja juga digunakan untuk menilai pencapaian tujuan dan sasaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah tentang bagaimana cara pengukuran kinerja yang digunakan, apa saja kendala dalam pengukuran kinerja, bagaimana cara mengatasi kendala tersebut. Hasil penelitian pada Direktorat Kepelabuhanan pada Kementrian Perhubungan adalah kurangnya kualitas dan kuantitas SDM dalam bidangnya dan anggaran yang tidak sesuai dengan target. Cara mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah dengan memaksimalkan kuantitas dan kualitas yang ada dengan diberikannya BIMTEK dan sosialisasi. Sedangkan untuk anggaran, dilakukan penghematan anggaran dan beberapa kegiatan dalam perencanaan kinerja terpaksa ditunda atau tidak dilaksanakan. Anggaran dapat diajukan kembali pada tahun berikutnya dan kegiatan akan direalisasikan pada tahun berikutnya.

Abstract

Empowerment of women has the aim of developing all the potential that women have, this empowerment is carried out through activities that can improve the welfare of women, especially helping improve the family economy. Methods of data collection with technical triangulation, to test the credibility of the data is done by checking the data to the same source with different techniques, in other words when the researcher has obtained data from the interview method, it is necessary to check again with other methods such as observation and documentation. So that it can be ascertained that the data is considered valid. Furthermore, a SWOT analysis is carried out, this analysis is used to formulate qualitatively and holistically both the internal and external environment of the entity being observed. The results of the research, First, the deepening of several industrial centers in the village of Sukajaya, Sukabumi District has different dynamics and characteristics. such as identity, age and education and the length of time workers have worked in centers in the location of this study, and Fourth, in order to realize the empowerment of women workers, integrated support is needed, both local agencies and community institutions (civil society), the private sector and educational institutions.  Keywords: Empowerment, women

Abstract

-The achievement of a goal the organization or company characterized by good performance of all employees. This makes the employee as an asset that is essential for an organization or company. Career development at PT Sucofindo (Persero) Jakarta is one of the influential program that aims to meet the needs of employees, in order to increase their performance in order to maintain employees as the most important asset. This study was conducted using a sample technique is saturated with respondents from 30 employees at the Human Capital division. Data obtained by observation, questionnaires, and literature were processed using SPSS V.17. Data processing results obtained by the correlation coefficient of 0.868 which has a very strong relationship between the career development of the performance. Based on the coefficient of determination obtained significant level of 0.000 <0.05. R Square of 0.754 which can be concluded that the career development has an influence on the performance while the rest of 0.246 influenced by other factors. The calculation of the regression coefficients obtained significant level of 0.000 where 0.000 <0.05 then H0 and H1 accepted. The value of a = 11.871, b = 0.724 value obtained regression formula Y = a + bx to Y = 11.871 + 0,724x. X = Career development, Y = Performance. So run career development has been good in the role that employee performance is increasing.Keywords: Career Developments, Employee’s Performance
