Abstract

The 2013 curriculum assessment software is a software that helps facilitate the processing of student grades. This is a routine activity that must be done by teachers to calculate student grades in school. So far there has not been any measurement and analysis of the quality of this assessment software. This study aims to measure and analyze the quality of the 2013 curriculum assessment software based on ISO 9126. The sub-criteria for assessment in the quality attribute are adjusted to 3 external quality criteria of ISO 9126, including functionality, usability and reliability. The sub-criteria and their attributes in each criterion are adjusted to the appearance and procedure of using the 2013 curriculum assessment software and are also based on research that uses user views or perspectives in evaluating the quality of software, especially those of the Software Application type. This study shows the results that the quality characteristics of Functionality have a very strong quality interpretation where the 2013 curriculum assessment software has a product capability level that provides functions that exist in the system and can be implemented and run as expected. For the characteristics of the quality of Usability and Reliability, it shows that the results of quality interpretation are sufficient, it means that the 2013 curriculum assessment Software Operators still find it difficult to understand, operate the software.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Sosro which is the first ready to drink bottled company in Indonesia and in the world. In developing its business, PT. Sinar Sosro has distributed sales throughout the archipelago, through sales branch offices spread throughout the archipelago. PT. Sinar Sosro in its company management has implemented the Enterprise Resource Planning System, the ERP system built by Sosro's management allows access to data from Sosro's branch offices. Functional area at PT. Sinar Sosro covers: Sales and marketing, Manufacturing, Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Distribution, Inventory, Invoice. In the grip of this functional area, PT. Sinar Sosro uses SAP as its ERP program. The distribution system is capable of handling the company's manufacturing, logistics, inventory, shipping, invoicing, and accounting processes. This system helps control business activities such as sales, delivery, production, inventory management, quality management, and human resources. The modules used in SAP are inventory management, plant maintenance, production, finance and accounting, human resource management.

Abstract

Nagaswidak Health Center is one of the community health centers that is quite large and has complete facilities. But the problem that is often faced by officers in the puskesmas is the medical record data processing system which is still manual, causing the accumulation of patient medical record file data, in addition to patients who have been checked before and lost their medical records, it is very difficult for officers to find back, so the officer made a new medical record data. To overcome this problem, a Medical Records Filling Application was made at the Nagaswidak Health Center which includes the processing of medical records, patient data, drug data, action data, doctor data, and admin logins. So that the data search problem is not difficult, the turbo boyer moore algorithm method is applied which is expected to later be able to facilitate the search for patient data in the medical record filling application. Based on the test results Boyer Moore's Algorithm successfully applied to search for the beginning of a word, middle word, and final word. And the level of ease and usefulness of medical records application using Boyer Moore's algorithm obtained results that the level of ease is 80% and 100% usability rate.

Abstract

CLOUD STORAGE MANAGEMENT TRAINING FOR TEACHERS OF SMP AL HAMIDIYAH PALEMBANG. Cloud storage has many facilities, including document upload and download facilities, document change history viewing facilities, document sharing and security facilities, document printing facilities and document translation facilities. Currently, there are many online storage applications that can be accessed for free, have large and permanent storage capacity. However, it is very unfortunate that this cloud storage technology has not been optimally utilized by the Al Hamidiyah Junior High School teacher in Palembang. Most of them only know the term, do not have knowledge about how to use this technology. To overcome this problem, online storage management training (cloud storage) has been conducted for teachers of SMP Al Hamidiyah Palembang. This training is carried out using the zoom meeting facility to avoid the spread of the COVID-19 virus which is currently endemic. In the presentation of the material, the PkM team demonstrated how to operate the google drive and drop box and the participants also practiced it directly on their respective laptops. Based on the results of the pretest and posttest, facts were obtained about increasing the knowledge of Al Hamidiyah Middle School teachers about cloud storage. In addition, at the end of the training, questionnaires were distributed resulting in 92.3% of SMP Alhamidiyah Palembang teachers stating that this training was very useful and 76.9% of them stated that the training material was very easy to understand.

Abstract

The role of Green Suply Chain to a company or small and medium industries (IKM) such as the jump industry for environmental sustainability is very important especially in waste processing. One way that can be done is to make a model starting from raw materials obtained then processed to flow again to the user for the formation of an effective process flow called the process of Green Supply Chain Management. Abstract

GPO (Online Learning Teacher) is a program developed by Kemdikbud post-UKG (Teacher Competency Exam) 2015 which aims to improve teacher competence. Learning Teachers Online mode consists of 3 (three) models: GP Full Dedicated Mode, GP Front Facing Mode and GP Combination Mode Mode. In the application of the GP program does not necessarily run as planned, while the conditions that occur in the field to meet the problems in the application, due to factors that affect users GP program itself, such as the use of information technology used is sometimes considered by some teachers as a difficulty due to lack of knowledge will be computer technology. Abstract

Teknologi informasi telah lama digunakan oleh Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan untuk mendukung setiap proses dalam bidang pemerintahan, Sekretariat DPRD Provinsi bertugas menyelenggarakan administrasi kesekretariatan dan keuangan, mendukung pelaksanaan tugas dan fungsi DPRD serta menyediakan dan mengkoordinasikan tenaga ahli yang diperlukan oleh DPRD Provinsi Sumsel dalam melaksanakan hak dan fungsinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi, mengetahui kondisi dan tingkat maturitas tata kelola IT serta memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan menggunakan framework COBIT 5. Hasil tingkat maturitas yang didapat dari nilai rata-rata penyebaran kuesioner berdasarkan domain EDM01, EDM 04, APO 01, APO 04, APO 07, BAI 02, BAI 08, DSS 01 dan MEA 01 adalah 2.24 yaitu Managed Process.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun Group Decision Support System (GDSS) untuk menentukan karyawan terbaik menerapkan metode Simple Additive Weighted (SAW). GDSS merupakan pengembangan dari sistem pendukung keputusan, kelebihannya adalah sistem ini melibatkan lebih dari satu pengambil keputusan sehingga proses pengambilan keputusan menjadi lebih transparan dan objektif. Tim penilai untuk GDSS meliputi unit SDM dan teman sejawat. Ada 8 kriteria yang digunakan dalam penilaian, yaitu : sikap hidup (C1), Kepribadian (C2), integritas (C3), orientasi pada pekerjaan (C4), sikap terhadap keselamatan (C5), kemasyarakatan (C6), kehidupan rumah tangga (C7) dan penerapan TPM dan 5R (C8). Dimana, masing-masing kriteria tersebut memiliki sub kriteria. Dalam GDSS ini, metode SAW diterapkan sebagai model manajemen. Ada 3 langkah utama dalam metode SAW yaitu menentukan bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian menormalkan matrik keputusan dan terakhir menghitung nilai preferensi untuk setiap alternative. Penerapan metode SAW pada GDSS terbukti dapat menghindari subjektifitas dan memberikan rekomendasi keputusan yang lebih objektif.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to develop a decision support system to determine the location of the franchise for determining strategic business location has a big share a role in determining the success of a company.Step-solving is SDLC approach includes the following phases: 1) planning, 2) analysis, 3) design, 4) implementation and 5) maintenance. The method applied is the method of Bayes. Decision-making with Bayesian methods require information about the probability of each alternative on issues faced to generate the expected value as a basis for decision making. This research resulted in a decision support system to determine the location of the franchise by applying Bayesian methods. In the testing phase, based on the results of five trials with a variety of data obtained by the fact that the order of business location recommendations provided by the system is consistent.

Abstract

Limited knowledge of the patient against eye disease becomes a problem and make the patient difficult to predict the eye disease he suffered. In this case, the patient will need an expert who can early diagnose eye disease in order to prevent early. The existence of an expert system can be used as a consultation medium, where expert knowledge has been transferred into the computer system can be used as the basis by the expert system in answering user questions. The steps used are state assessment, knowledge acquisition and design. This research is focused on designing rule rules and database design. The Demspter Shaffer method is used for designing rule rules and relational database used as the database model. The results of this study is a database design on expert systems to diagnose eye disease.
