Abstract

Human Resources (HR) is one of the important things that determines the success of the services of a company, one of the things done to prepare a good HR is to launch a program of Job Training (PKL) or also known as an internship. PT.Gramedia Asri Media became one of the companies implementing the internship program, but the existing internship program was still carried out manually by distributing information to tertiary institutions via email. This journal aims to create an apprenticeship information system design by developing a system using the prototyping method so that the apprenticeship process can be carried out in a single system from the dissemination of information to the resolution of administrative problems related to finance and the need for an apprenticeship approval document. The system development method used therein is the prototyping method that starts from analyzing user needs to creating a User Interface (UI) that is easily understood by the user. The apprenticeship information system is expected to make the apprenticeship process more effective both in registering and processing the internship data contained therein.

Abstract

Meningkatnya angka pencurian kendaraan bermotor yang pada akhirnya disertai dengan Surat TandaNomor Kendaraan Bermotor AsPal (Asli tapi Palsu, asli lembaran dokumennya tapi palsu datanya) semakinmeresahkan masyarakat. Pihak Kepolisian sudah membuat lembar STNK yang berlogo Kepolisian dan berkodeyang hanya terlihat menggunakan sinar Ultra Violet. Tapi semua itu akan menjadi tidak ada artinya bilapemalsuan ini melibatkan aparat dari instansi yang mengeluarkan lembar STNK ataupun oknum pemegangakses komputer di kantor Samsat.Kunci persoalan diatas adalah pembuatan suatu identitas kendaraan bermotor yang tidak mungkin dapatdipalsukan, bahkan oleh oknum aparat yang berwenang mengeluarkan identitas kendaraan tersebut maupunpihak pemegang akses sistem komputer kendaraan bermotor.Permasalahan lain yang mendesak untuk diselesaikan adalah sistem administrasi dari kendaraanbermotor. Dengan penerapan Otonomi Daerah, setiap daerah ingin mendapatkan pajak kendaraan sebesarmungkin. Artinya nomor wilayah kendaraan dipaksakan untuk sesuai dengan Kartu Tanda Pendudukpemiliknya.Salah satu bentuk produk identitas yang memiliki tingkat keamanan yang tinggi adalah SmartCard.Smartcard adalah kartu plastik dengan chips microprocessor yang ditanam didalamnya. Smartcard dapatdipandang sebagai sebuah miniatur komputer, dan dengan segala kelebihan sebuah komputer smartcard dapatmenjadi suatu bentuk identitas dengan tingkat keamanan yang tinggi (mis, e-STNK)Smartcard dipadu dengan Sistem Database yang terintegerasi dalam suatu jaringan layanan administrasikendaraan bermotor, akan mengatasi berbagai permasalahan seperti diatas.Kata Kunci: STNK, SmartCard, Database, Jaringan

Abstract

UD. Leon Jaya is an building equipment importer. The problems faced by UD. Leon Jaya are a conventional data storage model and business process activities are carried out manually. For, example data collection of incoming and outgoing goods. The solutions to the problems are a computerized system for digital / electronic data storage and a management information system to carry out business process activities. The development of a computerized system requires a good planning, comprehensive, and able to anticipate the development needs of the company, which absolutely requires IS / IT strategic planning. This study aims to find the right method and steps for UD. Leon Jaya in compiling the IS / IT Strategic Plan. Formulation of a strategic plan for IS / IT UD. Leon Jaya uses the Ward and Peppard method, internal analysis using Value Chain and SWOT, external analysis using PEST, and portfolio mapping using Mcfarlan Strategic Grid. The results of the recommendations are data management SI, goods price SI, sales and demand SI, transaction SI, warehouse stock mobile application, HR SI, website, training application and company operation standart application.

Abstract

PT. XYZ, which is engaged in the manufacture of furniture and furniture components, was established in 2006. PT XYZ in carrying out its production uses production machines that are integrated with Information Systems. In every business process carried out by PT. XYZ requires IS/IT that supports every activity it carries out. PT XYZ uses production machines that are quite old. Conditions that occur at PT. XYZ can be explained in more detail using a risk management approach. The purpose of risk management is to manage existing risks based on the ISO 31000 standard so that the company gets optimal results.

Abstract

The use of information technology system in managing data of various company activities, especially in the warehouse, is an important part for every company. From the observation that have been made, the information system for recording goods flow in PT Global Infotech Solution is still done manually. During this time, employees carry out the process of recording data of goods at the warehouse using paper, so that the risk of data loss is easily caused by tearing, wet or tucked with other data. The system development method that used is the FAST (Framework for Application System Thinking) Method. This study aims to design an information system for recording goods flow which is expected to make it easier for employees to record goods in the warehouse. Using a computerized system can shorten the time and protect all data items from the risk of theft. The result of this study is designing an information system for recording goods in the form of information systems using the Unified Modeling Language and User Interface. This item recording information system is expected to be able to change the process from a manual recording system to a computerized recording system, so that it can speed up every recording process and minimize the possibility of mistakes in entering the data of goods in the warehouse.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an asset accounting information system at the Departement of Industry and Labor, Salatiga City. This research focuses on designing systems ranging from demand activities, procurement and asset procurement decisions, depreciation and calculation of asset depreciation, asset removal, monitoring, recording and reporting of assets. This research uses prototype methods with codeIgneter framework and MySQL database in the development of asset accounting information system. This research resulted in the design of asset accounting information system to be implemented at the Departement of Industry and Labor, Salatiga City. The results of system testing show that the design of the asset accounting information system generated in this research can produce valid asset reports, on time, and free from errors. The results of this research are expected to provide solutions to the problems of state asset management related to the accuracy of the report and the time of presentation of asset reports.

Abstract

The lack of sophistication of schools utilizing information technology makes schools a little behind and less effective in lending services and book collection, because in service they still use a manual system, namely by writing in borrowed books, so an information system is needed that can assist in library services. The design of the library information system utilizes literature study analysis methods, observations, interviews and RCA (Root Cause Analysis) directly to students and librarians. RCA is also used as an analytical approach to a system design to understand an event in detail. This information system design documentation employs Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling, namely use case diagrams, class diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams, it is hoped that the results of analysis and design can facilitate library services and increase the effectiveness of the lending process and book data collection.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an inventory information system at the Work Training Hall, Salatiga City. This research focuses on designing the system of starting the process of filing and approval of budgets, transactions of goods in and out, and recording and reporting of goods. The development of information systems in this research uses prototype methods with bootstrap framework and MySQL database. The result of this research is the design of the inventory information system to be implemented at the Work Training Hall, Salatiga City. The results showed that the design of the inventory information system produced by this research can produce accurate and timely inventory reports and free from errors. The results of the research are expected to be a solution to the problem of managing goods related to the accuracy and timely presentation of inventory reports there.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Jayapura merupakan ibu kota dari Provinsi Papua, Indonesia. Kota ini merupakan Ibu kota provinsi yang terletak paling ujung timur Indonesia, dan berbatasan langsung dengan negara tetangga yakni Papua Nugini, yang terletak di teluk Jayapura. Masalah yang ditemukan yakni kurang optimalnya pemerataan penerapan Smart City, Infrastruktur dan SDM yang belum memadai, Akses Internet yang masih sering mengalami gangguan. Tujuan: Analisa strategi pengembangan smart city ini bertujuan, mencermati bagaimana Pemerintah Kota Jayapura menyiapkan strategi-strategi unggul dari solusi atau rekomendasi yang diberikan untuk dapat mengembangkan dan meminimalisir masalah pembangunan daerah yang berkelanjutan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dengan memanfaatkan metode Ward and Papperd. Metode ini terdapat beberapa analisis yakni Value Chain, SWOT, dan Porter Five Forces. Hasil: Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan Kota Jayapura telah siap mengembangkan Smart City berkelanjutan, dilihat dari perencanaan rencana strategi dalam kurung beberapa waktu kedepan. Kesimpulan: Pemerintah Kota Jayapura melanjutkan atau memanfaatkan sarana prasarana dibidang SI, untuk melakukan penyediaan layanan informasi serta pelayanan kepada publik.

Abstract

PT Global Infotech Solutions is a company engaged in the field of IT solutions. The company does business by becoming an IT consultant or providing solutions to every customer who has problems including software, hardware and networking systems. Information technology is supporting business in the company, so IT risks can occur at any time. Seeing this problem, management / managing risk is the right way to minimize the potential losses incurred. Therefore, in this study the authors conducted risk management of information technology using COBIT 5. The measurement results of capability level that PT Global Infotech Solutions is at level 1 in managing risk according to the APO12 domain. There are several recommendations given so that risk management can run well.
