Abstract

The development of smartphone users who are used for internet access and social media is growing rapidly. So many internet data package providers issued by cellular card operators such as Indosat Ooredoo, Smartfren, Telkomsel, Tri and XL Axiata are competing to provide internet access services to consumers with competitive tariffs, quotas, active periods, speed of access, and promos Another interesting thing is that consumers feel confused and have difficulty in determining and selecting cellular card operators in accordance with the desired criteria, the reason being that there are many cellular card operators provided by telecommunications, so Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods are needed to solve the problem. The purpose of this study is to assist consumers in choosing internet packages on cellular card operators that suit their needs and make it easier for consumers to make decisions from a variety of criteria using the AHP method. The results of this study from many selected keriteria were chosen quickly and validly that Telkomsel became the best solution for internet package choices by 28% compared to 4 other cellular operators.Keywords: Internet Data Packages, Cellular Operators, AHP.

Abstract

The activity of selecting bidders is one of the most important activities carried out by companies to order goods or services for bidders, but at meetings of the company leadership it is difficult to select bidders to make business partners because there are only a few things that are not in accordance with who agree to end the shipment of goods, prices do not match and end the company that receives losses. That is caused by the lack of competence of selected tender partners. From the problems mentioned above, the tender selection process that has been conducted so far is still lacking and inaccurate. The purpose of this study is to create an application program using the Rapid Application Development Model (RAD Model) that can assist leaders in selecting business partners through a tender process by giving weights according to the criteria specified requirements. It is expected that the tender selection process is objective and accurate. Assessment method Decision making (SPK) Analytichal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is one method in the process of resolution by completing each case by completing it first by using weighting criteria. In the end the selection application program can help lead in making objective, fast and accurate decisions.

Abstract

Employees are one of the human resources that are very important in determining the success of the company's work. There fore the company must appoint employees into one of the positions according to the expertise desired by the company. There are still many managers to appoint their employees to only see how long they work without being supported by adequate expertise. So that the appointment of employees by managerial is subjective. For this reason, it is necessary to process employee assessment data that can help make it easier for a boss and the Payroll section to take a decision to recommend employees to take office. The method used to solve the problem of recommendation for promotion for employees by using the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) is a multi-attribute decision-making method used to support decision making in choosing between several alternatives. The criteria used in calculating the assessment are professional criteria, cooperation, leadership, innovation and ethics at work. Judging from the managerial aspects, the assessment can be developed with other criteria according to the needs of the company

Abstract

ABSTRAK- Proses evaluasi penilaian kinerja karyawan PT Catur Sentosa Adiprana (CSA) belum sepenuhnya efektif dikarenakan proses perhitungannya yang masih dilakukan secara manual dan masih terdapat unsur subjektif dalam proses penilaiannya, sehingga hasil penilaian yang diperolehpun menjadi kurang akurat dan Algoritmamenyebabkan ketidakpuasan serta ketidakadilan bagi karyawan. Menilai setiap karyawan tentunya bukan hal yang mudah jika jumlah karyawan begitu banyak, maka dari itu penerapan data mining dengan metode Algoritma klasifikasi C4.5 (Decision tree) dan Naïve Bayes dipilih untuk membantu proses evaluasi penilaian kinerja karyawan dalam menentukan mana karyawan yang layak dan mana yang tidak layak untuk dipertahankan dengan mengidentifikasi berbagai faktor apa saja yang dapat memengaruhinya. Pengimplementasian kedua metode algoritma ini diharapkan dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui perbadingan akurasi yang lebih komprehensif dengan mencari nilai tertinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil uji komparasi algoritma klasifikasi C4.5 memiliki nilai akurasi sebesar 98.18% lebih unggul 3.03% dibandingkan dengan Naïve Bayes yang memiliki nilai akurasi 95.15%. sedangkan pada nilai uji ROC, kedua algoritma ini memiliki nilai uji ROC yang masuk tingkat paling baik (excellent classification), yaitu C4.5 sebesar 0.994 dan Naïve Bayes 0.981 dengan perbedaan yang tidak terlalu signifikan. Dengan demikian, Algoritma C4.5 memiliki performa lebih baik dan dapat diterapkan sebagai bahan dasar pertimbangan dalam menentukan karyawan yang layak atau tidak layak untuk dipertahankan secara adil, objektif, dan cepat oleh pihak pengambil keputusan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Rapid Miner Studio. Kata kunci : Klasifikasi, Karyawan, Algoritma C4.5, Naïve Bayes, Rapid Miner.

Abstract

Abstract: Data management of a company's employees still uses the Microsoft Excel application to store data, which makes searching, managing, and archiving data difficult. HR staff regularly input data to Microsoft Excel files when changes occur. When HR collects work shift schedule data, it must wait for supervisors to provide schedules and give them to HR staff. Making an application to manage human resources requires a fast method. Intensive communication with stakeholder to find out the problems and expectations of the application to be built is the target of the RAD method. This method was chosen because the process of making the application will be completed quickly according to request. The application is made to apply the Cross Platform concept by utilizing mobile hybrid application technology, so that the target application will be opened on various device platforms, such as desktop, web, and smartphone. Appllication tested by black box testing method  that focused to user form input for check any form input are valid or not. By making applications using the RAD method, applications that are made can be implemented directly to staff, divisions, and the HRD. Employee data management applications can be operated after passthrough black box testing on a variety of platforms such as desktops, the web, and smartphones. So HR staff can manage employee data with valid and easily without having to rely on one application platform.Abstrak: Manajemen data karyawan sebuah perusahaan masih menggunakan aplikasi microsoft excel untuk menyimpan data, yang menyebabkan pencarian, pengelolaan, dan arsip data sulit dilakukan. Para staff HRD melakukan input data secara berkala dan melakukan pengecekan terhadap file microsoft excel ketika terjadi perubahan. belum lagi HRD mengumpulkan data jadwal shift kerja, hal itu harus menunggu para supervisor memberikan cetak jadwal dan memberikannya ke HRD untuk dapat di masukan ke dalam rekap absensi bulanan. Membuatkan sebuah aplikasi untuk mengelola sumber daya manusia dibutuhkan metode yang cepat. Melakukan komunikasi secara intens terhadap pihak HRD untuk mengetahui masalah dan harapan aplikasi yang akan dibangun merupakan target dari metode RAD. Metode ini dipilih karena proses pembuatan aplikasi akan cepat selesai disesuaikan oleh permintaan staff HRD. Aplikasi yang dibuat menerapkan konsep Cross Platform dengan memanfaatkan teknologi mobile hybrid application, sehingga target aplikasi akan dapat dibuka diberbagai platform device, seperti desktop, web, dan smartphone. Pengujian aplikasi dilakukan  menggunakan black box testing yang berfokus pada inputan pengguna dengan tujuan melakukan cek terhadap form input apakah sudah sesuai atau belum. Dengan melakukan pembuatan aplikasi menggunakan metode RAD, aplikasi yang dibuat dapat di implementasikan secara langsung kepada staff, divisi, dan pihak HRD. Aplikasi manajemen data karyawan dapat dioperasikan setelah melalui pengujian black box testing dan dapat berjalan di berbagai platform seperti desktop, web, dan smartphone. Sehingga staff HRD dapat melakukan pengelolaan data karyawan dengan benar dan mudah tanpa harus bergantung pada satu platform aplikasi.
