Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which disaster-resilient villages are capable of mitigating landslides based on Disaster Resilient Villages in Sirongge Village, Pandanarum District, Banjarnegara Regency, to mitigate landslides in the form of landslides. By using qualitative methods through interviews with four informants, namely the head of BPBD prevention in Banjarnegara Regency, the head of Sirongge Village, the Sirongge Village government and the Sirongge Disaster Resilient Village administrator, this research was carried out for one year, researchers found that landslide disaster mitigation activities in Sirongge Village were running well in 2020, especially in non-structural mitigation, these activities are carried out in collaboration between the village government, Disaster Resilient Village volunteers, and the community through coordination from the Banjarnegara Regency BPBD, the community also plays an active role in carrying out mutual activities. cooperation, because it is through the disaster-resilient village program, Sirongge Village is able to face and reduce the risk of landslides, the suggestions in this study include, The village government continues to look for new innovations as a means of mitigating landslides in Sirongge Village, the community needs to develop raise awareness of the Disaster Resilient Village program In Sirongge Village, the village government provides information boards in the form of posters on landslide disaster mitigation procedures

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kalurahan Online (Kaline) yang diselenggarakan Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta memiliki tujuan untuk mendampingi dan membina kalurahan-kalurahan yang memiliki permasalahan dalam pengelolaan Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) dan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dengan fokus utama pengelolaan data profil kalurahan secara digital, pengadaan dan pembaruan website dan media sosial, dan pemetaan masalah serta potensi kalurahan untuk meningkatkan kinerja BUMDes. Kalurahan Sendangagung merupakan satu dari 17 kalurahan yang menjadi mitra dari program tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan konsep pengabdian masyarakat yang dipusatkan pada tujuan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Hasil dari pelaksanaan program tersebut yaitu Kalurahan Sendangagung sudah memiliki Buku Profil Kalurahan berbasis digital, video profil desa, serta desain visual terbaru pada logo, maskot, situs website dan media sosial. Harapannya semoga pencapaian tersebut mampu mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki oleh Kalurahan Sendangagung berbasis online digital dan ada pembaharuan di kemudian hari.

Abstract

Perekonomian di tingkat desa merupakan level penggerak pembangunan paling bawah yang kemudian dapat menjadi pemicu gerakan ekonomi masyarakat desa. Langkah pemerintah desa dalam menunjang ekonomi desa salah satunya dengan mendirikan BUMDes. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk menggerakkan perekonomian masyarakat desa melalui inisiasi pembentukan BUMDes sesuai dengan Undang-Undang. Mitra kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pemerintah Desa Nogotirto, Kabupaten Sleman, DIY. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan ceramah, pelatihan, diskusi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil yang diperoleh pada pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman terhadap pentingnya BUMDes dalam menggerakkan perekonomian masyarakat desa. Program pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Nogotirto telah mendampingi BUMDes Tirtajaya dalam pendaftaran badan hukum di Kementerian Desa. Nama yang didaftarkan Tirtajaya Nogotirto telah terverifikasi secara resmi di Kemendes. Musyawarah Desa dalam pembentukan dan penyusunan dokumen legalitas, seperti AD/ART, program kerja, berita acara, dan peraturan desa berjalan dengan lancar.

Abstract

This paper is going to examine the pro and contra among the Electoral Management Bodies’ (EMBs) commissioners and political parties’ functionaries in responding to the parliamentary threshold issue. Methodologically, this paper is based on qualitative research by utilizing a multiple case approach. It is supported by employing Qualitative Data Analysis Software (Q-DAS), namely NVivo 12Plus to analyse the data written in the transcript of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the EMBs’ commissioners and politicians in six provinces and nine cities/counties. The finding demonstrates that the all actors agree to adopt the parliamentary threshold in the national legislative election. Afterward, the mind map contains distinctive issues among EMBs and politicians. Thus, the parliamentary threshold is still required to strengthen the consolidation of Indonesian democracy. Such a threshold is also an essential standard to encourage well institutionalized parties and to modernize them. Thus, four percent of the parliamentary threshold is an ideal model. Subsequently, the increase of the parliamentary threshold percentage is no needed anymore. In addition to that, it is not applied in the regional legislative election.

Abstract

This research aims to review the diffusion of innovation on “Pesta Dansa” (Pelayanan Administrasi Kependudukan di Desa) or the Village’s Population Administration Service in Sukoharjo Village, Sukoharjo District, Wonosobo Regency. The involved parties in this research are including the Population and Civil Registration Service of Wonosobo Regency, the Sukoharjo Village’s Government, as well as the community receiving the “Pesta Dansa” innovation service. This research uses a mixed method combined with a case study approach. The results show that the diffusion of “Pesta Dansa” innovation in Sukoharjo Village has been running well. This is evidenced by the successful implementation of “Pesta Dansa” innovation in Sukoharjo Village, by referring to 5 indicators proposed by Roger in the diffusion of innovation theory, including; 1) Knowledge, the“Pesta Dansa” innovation has the suitability of benefits to the problem of population administration services in Sukoharjo Village; 2) Persuasion, the success of Sukoharjo Village’s government in introducing the “Pesta Dansa” innovation to the community; 3) Decision, the acceptances and supports from the Sukoharjo Village’s government as well as the community towards the implementation of “Pesta Dansa”  innovation; 4) Implementation, the success of Sukoharjo Village’s government in applying the “Pesta Dansa” innovation to the community; 5) Confirmation, the community’s assessment and evaluation survey results regarding the implementation of “Pesta Dansa” innovation by the Sukoharjo Village’s government.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the Disaster Preparedness School Program (SSB) as a Disaster Mitigation Step in Yogyakarta City with case studies of SD Negeri Bangunrejo 1 and SD Negeri Baluwarti. This study analyzed four stages, namely context (context), input (input), process (process), and product (results). The results showed that at the stage of context it could be categorized well where SD Baluwarti had fulfilled while SD Negeri Bangunrejo 1 only did not have a program organizational structure. At the input stage, it can be categorized sufficiently where SD Baluwarti only has no specific regulations related to the program and SD Negeri Bangunrejo 1 does not yet have specific regulations and curriculum related to the program. In the process stage, that has been going well where the SSB program is still running, it's just that SD Negeri Bangunrejo 1 is more focused on learning in the classroom while SD Negeri Baluwarti continues to simulate at least one use. At the product stage the SSB program was in line with the objectives of increasing school residents' preparedness for disasters.

Abstract

This study analyzes the challenges, opportunities, and application of BUMDes digitization in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research type research method, with a literature study using secondary data obtained by analysis of previous research and several mass media. The results of the study state that there are several challenges and opportunities in the digitization of BUMDes. In the digitalization challenges, there are; first, the ability of human resources to carry out or play a role in this activity is considered to have still not used digital platforms or is more inclined towards manuals, secondly adaptation of habits that require a person to adapt to any situation, thirdly production capacity where products produced by BUMDes must meet and comply with market needs and the last is the quality of production, where this is also the same as before that the products produced must meet quality standards so that they can compete in the global market. As for the opportunities for digitization in BUMDes, such as reaching unlimited buyers by accessing the market and selling for a total time.

Abstract

This community service is to optimize product marketing through assistance in creating a BUMDes digital platform called belanjadesa.id. There are four stages in implementing this program: problem identification, program conceptualization, program implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. The results of the program's performance show that the conceptualization designed two programs that will be implemented: training in operationalizing digital platforms as a marketing method and assisting in creating a digital platform for belanjadesa.id. To carry out the service, all training involves all BUMDes Katon margo Sembada administrators actively. Second, several feature designs in belanjadesa.id provides convenience to buyers, such: as first, there is a login menu to enter the digital platform Belanjadesa. Id to find out the buyer's biodata; second, there is a product type feature to make it easier for buyers to know the type of product being sold; Third, there is product information in the form of descriptions, prices, categories, and product weights to provide information related to the products sold. The output target is expected to increase business and revenue and create a digital culture at BUMDes Katon Margo Sembada to accelerate the economic recovery affected by the Covid-19 pandemic in Margokaton Village.

Abstract

The 2020 Kebumen Regional Election Contest was followed by a single candidate for the incumbent pair Arif Sugiyanto and Ristawati Purwaningsih. To choose between an empty box or a defense candidate pair, is something new, especially for the people of Kebumen Regency, however the presence of this phenomenon is different, presenting a different political spirit, but on the other hand it should put political decisions into an election method that does not require an option in order to reduce participation. society in a democracy. This writing aims to understand the causal scope of the empty boxes in the 2020 Pilkada of Kebumen Regency, which present single nominees and empty boxes. This research method is carried out by qualitative research methods using descriptive analysis techniques because in this study aims to reveal reality, and present the conditions and circumstances that occur. Data collection techniques are obtained by secondary data in the form of journal articles, news, and other library studies related to this research. The results of this study indicate that in the implementation systematics there is no complete fulfillment of rights that the pilkada followed by single candidate pairs and empty boxes is evidence of the implementation of democracy in accordance with a human rights perspective.

Abstract

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Yogyakarta City Population and Civil Registration Service implements social distancing or reduces face to face in population administration services. People only need to access the Jogja Smart Service application to take care of population administration. Jogja Smart Service is one of the implementations of e-government in the administration of Yogyakarta City government. The purpose of this research is to determine whether or not the Jogja Smart Service (JSS) application is effective in the population services of the people of Yogyakarta City amid the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and literature studies. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, namely describing and analyzing more deeply related to the findings of research using existing theoretical foundations. To determine whether or not Jogja Smart Service is effective in population services in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, this study uses five indicators, namely tangiable, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The results of this study indicate that the Jogja Smart Service application has succeeded in serving the population administration of the people of Yogyakarta City in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic effectively and efficiently even though in its implementation there are still obstacles.
