Abstract

This study aims to provide evidence that: (1) To see the contribution of compensation to the job satisfaction of Agam Regency Education and Culture Department employees. (2) To see the contribution of work motivation to the job satisfaction of Agam Regency Education and Culture Office employees. (3) To see the contribution of compensation and work motivation together to the job satisfaction of Agam Regency Education and Culture Department employees. Data collection is done by survey method with questionnaire. the auditor Data analysis techniques used in this study are descriptive and quantitative analysis. The data collected is primary and secondary data that can be classified as independent variables and dependent variables. Work Compensation and Motivation (contribution variables), and Employee Job Satisfaction in the Agam Regency Education and Culture Office (contributed variable). Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study note that: (1) There is a positive and significant contribution between compensation for Employee Job Satisfaction in the Agam District Office of Education and Culture. (2) There is a positive and significant contribution between work motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction in Agam Regency's Office of Education and Culture. (3) There is a positive contribution between compensation and work motivation together to Employee Job Satisfaction in Agam Regency's Office of Education and Culture.

Abstract

This research background was found in the implementation of the program Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) in Empowerment’s actors UMKM in Padang. The aims of this research was to describe the implementation of Sharia Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (KJKS BMT) Cooperative Program and to know the impact of KJKS Program implementation through savings and loan program in approaching the access of business capital to SMEs in Padang City. The method used in this research was qualitative research using descriptive method. The research found that the Role of Sharia Financial Services Cooperative Program Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (KJKS BMT) for the Empowerment of Micro Small Medium Enterprises has been effective by providing financing in the addition of venture capital to UMKM for the development of their business. Although the implementation of KJKS program has been in accordance with existing procedures but has not fully able to improve the welfare of its members. This can be seen from its still found some obstacles in the implementation, constraints faced can be categorized into two forms. Internal obstacles such as: lack of KJKS capital, poor people's mindset about KJKS program, lack of supervision on KJKS program implementation, external constraints such as: the utilization of aid funds that have not maximized, Fructuative Community Economic Condition (unstable), Competitor with product Just like the existence of loan sharks, obstacles that come from the participants of the program carried out efforts such as guidance, the system pick up the ball against members who are stuck in the payment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the welfare of the people of the City of Padang measured using the Human Development Index consisting of: 1) To determine the effect of the Per Capita Gross Regional Domestic Product on the welfare of the people in the City of Padang. 2) To determine the effect of number of Poor in community welfare in Padang. 3) To determine the effect of Unemployment Rate on the welfare of people in the city of Padang. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative research method. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Data collection was performed using documentation and hypothesis testing techniques in this study using multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study note that: 1) The regression coefficient value of GDP per capita is equal to 0.0000002 with a probability of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. 2) The regression coefficient value of the number of poor population is 0.156 with a probability of 0.526 which is smaller than 0.05. 3) The regression coefficient value of the Open Unemployment Rate is -0,00014 with a probability of 0.117 less than 0.05. The conclusions that can be drawn are as follows: 1) Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) has a positive and significant effect on the welfare of the people in Padang City. 2) The number of poor people has no significant effect on the welfare of the people in the city of Padang. 3) Open Unemployment Rate has no negative and significant effect on the welfare of the people in Padang City.

Abstract

Human capital plays a very strategic role in supporting the competitiveness of a country or region. This study aims to determine how the development of human capital is seen from the theoretical and practical settings and how the solutions are resolved. With the approach pattern, Systematic Literature Review in the journal already is published since the year 2011 until 2021 it got the result that human capital research is currently focused on two topics and trends: the development of education and health. The method often used in human capital research is a quantitative approach of 62%, a qualitative approach of 36% and a mixed-method approach of 2%. The cause of the low increase in human capital is the lack of government attention in improving education and health. The solution given to answer the problem of low human capital is by improving the quality of education and improving public health facilities to achieve better human capital. To achieve this goal, the government plays an important role in this increase.

Abstract

Bentuk laporan pertanggungjawaban atas pengelolaan keuangan daerah selama satu tahun anggaran adalah dalam bentuk Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah (LKPD). Laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah harus mengikuti Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah No.24 Tahun 2005. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti bahwa : 1) Untuk memberikan bukti empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) terhadap kualitas  laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Pasaman Barat secara signifikan. 2) Untuk memberikan bukti empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh Sistem Pengendalian Intern terhadap kualitas  laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah Pasaman Barat secara signifikan.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode survei dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan merupakan data primer dan sekunder yang dapat digolongkan sebagai variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Kompetensi SDM dan Sistem Pengendalian Intern (variabel pengaruh), dan Kualitas  Laporan Keuangan  Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman Barat (variabel terpengaruh). Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Kompetensi SDM terhadap Kualitas Laporan Keuangan  Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman Barat didapat Thitung dimana 3,249 dengan signifikansi 0,002 dimana 0,002< 0,05. 2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Sistem Pengendalian Inter terhadap dan Laporan Keuangan  Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Pasaman Barat didapat Thitung dimana 4,524 dengan signifikansi 0,000<0,05.

Abstract

Development must cover all areas as a whole. Partial development will be difficult to solve problems that arise can even exacerbate existing problems and create new problems. Development that focuses only on one aspect will lead to development failure. This research aims to know: 1) Influence of public policy toward society prosperity in Regency of Padang Pariaman, 2) Influence of Public Participation to society prosperity in Regency of Padang Pariaman, 3) Influence of education level to society prosperity in Padang Pariaman Regency.The data were collected by survey method with questionnaire. Data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The data collected are primary and secondary data that can be classified as independent variable and dependent variable. Public policy, public participation, and educational level (independent variables), and the welfare of society in Padang Pariaman (variable affected). Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression test.Based on the results of the research note that: 1) Public policy significantly influence the prosperity of the people of Padang Pariaman Regency. This means that the better public policy the better the welfare of the community that is produced 2) The community participation significantly influence the welfare of the people of Padang Pariaman Regency. That is, the increasing number of community participation in the implementation and supervision of the resulting community welfare will be better also 3) The level of education significantly affects the welfare of the people of Padang Pariaman Regency. That is, the higher education in a region or community will be the higher the welfare of the community in the area.

Abstract

Abstract: The Influence of Leadership Style, Compensation and Work Climate on Work Motivation of Vocational School Teachers.                                                                                                           This research aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, Compensation, and work climate on teachers' work motivation of SMK Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency. This type of research is quantitative approach research. The population in this study amounted to 83 vocational school teachers in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency. The sample in this study was 41 people after being searched by the systematic sampling technique. They are collecting data in this study using a direct closed questionnaire method. The results of the path analysis test show that (1) there is an influence of leadership style on the work motivation of Vocational High School teachers in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency (2) there is an effect of Compensation on the work motivation of Vocational High School teachers in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency (3) there is an influence of the work climate on the work motivation of Vocational High School teachers in Batang Anai District, Padang Pariaman Regency.  Keyword: Leadership Style; Compensation; Work Climate; Work Motivation Abstrak: Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, dan Iklim Kerja Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru SMK.                                                                                                                                                     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kompensasi, dan Iklim Kerja terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru SMK Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 83 guru SMK di Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 41 orang setelah dilakukan pencarian dengan teknik sampling sistematis. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode angket tertutup langsung. Hasil uji analisis jalur menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMK di Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman (2) terdapat pengaruh Kompensasi terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru. Guru SMK di Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman (3) terdapat pengaruh iklim kerja terhadap motivasi kerja guru SMK di Kecamatan Batang Anai Kabupaten Padang Pariaman.  Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan; Kompensasi; Iklim Kerja; Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

Otonomi daerah dan desentralisasi, selain maraknya integrasi nasional, korupsi, dan partai politik, dibenahi secara aktif di negeri ini. Otonomi daerah merupakan proses negara yang belum selesai yang akan terus mengalami perubahan dan tidak akan pernah selesai. Kecenderungan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam artikel ilmiah juga menjadi topik yang menarik. Tentunya, dari berbagai penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat ditentukan bahwa prosedur tersebut menghadirkan berbagai kendala. Terkadang, penelitian juga meninggalkan pertanyaan yang belum terpecahkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tren dalam mata pelajaran dan kesulitan serta menyusun pertanyaan terbuka yang belum terpecahkan dalam penelitian desentralisasi dari tahun 2017 hingga 2022. Analisis tren ini dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan Google Scholar sebagai sumber data dan pendekatan tinjauan literatur sistematis. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian desentralisasi yang paling banyak dipilih adalah kebijakan, politik daerah, dan pembangunan daerah. Persentase diskusi paling signifikan topik ini adalah 19,2%, diikuti oleh 15,4%. Pariwisata, politik budaya, politik hukum, pemberdayaan masyarakat, dan manajemen sumber daya manusia berada di urutan terbawah, dengan gabungan 3,8%. Kecenderungan dalam metodologi penelitian desentralisasi adalah menggunakan metode "kualitatif". Pendekatan ini memiliki tingkat penggunaan tertinggi sebesar 92,3%. Sementara "kuantitatif" memiliki tren penggunaan terendah, dengan 7,7% dari semua kutipan, itu adalah istilah dengan frekuensi terendah. Tantangan dalam kajian desentralisasi meliputi konflik vertikal, kelembagaan reformasi, dan ketimpangan akses. Amerika Serikat secara geografis beragam karena geografinya sebagai negara kepulauan dan perbedaan regional dalam infrastruktur dasar, kapasitas ekonomi, dan kebijakan pemerintah daerah.Kata Kunci: Literature Review, Tantangan, Desentralisasi

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) To determine the effect of transparency on service quality, (2) To determine the effect of accountability on service quality, (3) To determine the effect of transparency and accountability simultaneously on service quality. The research method used is a quantitative research method based on the philosophy of positivism. In this study, the population is MSME actors in South Solok Regency. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to a sample of MSME actors. The analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, namely transparency (X1), accountability (X2) and service quality (Y). The Effect of Simultaneous Transparency and Accountability on Service Quality at the Investment and One Stop Service Office of South Solok Regency, obtained the Fcount value of 229.390 with a probability value (sig) = 0.000. The value of Fcount 229,390>Ftable 3,093, and the value of sig. smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or the value of 0.000 <0.05; then the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that transparency (X1) and accountability (X2) simultaneously contribute significantly to service quality at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of South Solok Regency (Y).

Dengan demikian hipotesis 4 didukung.
