<![CDATA[Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah dan strategi pemerintah kelurahan dalam mengembangkan SDM anak putus sekolah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tipe penelitian deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan mendeskripsikan objek dan fenomena yang diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara terkait faktor penyebab dan strategi pemerintah kelurahan. Informan penelitian terdiri dari pemangku kepentingan terkait yaitu Lurah Kelurahan Belawan 1, Kepala Lingkungan XII Kampung Nalayan dan beberapa masyarakat yang bermukim di Kelurahan Belawan I Lingkungan XII Kampung Nelayan berjumlah 6 orang. Tehnik analisis data dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah dikarenakan adanya faktor dari dalam diri anak dan juga dari luar diri. Sebagai langkah strategis yang diambil oleh pemerintah kelurahan untuk mengembangkan SDM anak putus sekolah tersebut yakni dengan menerapkan pendidikan kesetaraan, membuat dialog komunitas, mendirikan rumah zakat serta melaksanakan kegiatan keliling kampung. Dengan demikian, bahwa dapat ditarik kesimpulan permasalahan mengenai anak putus sekolah telah berhasil diminimalisir melalui strategi yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah Kelurahan Belawan 1]]>

<![CDATA[Hasil analisis pembahasan menunjukkakn bahwa Banyaknya perempuan menerima beban ganda dan kelelahan kronis sebagai hal yang normal yang tak bisa dihindari, tentunya keadaan ini akan berakibat jauh pada kesehatannya. Hal tersebut akan berkontribusi pada tingginya tingkat kematian maternal dalam dekade akhir-akhir ini dan juga berakibat pada pengurangan sex ratio. Setiap tahun sekitar 500.000 kematian maternal terjadi si seluruh dunia dan jutaan perempuan mengalami kesakitan yang serius setelah melahirkan. . Diperkirakan lebih dari 68% perempuan di negara berkembang mengalami buta huruf. Di negara berkembang (kecuali China), diperkirakan 25% penduduk kota dan 71% penduduk desa minum air yang tidak aman, dan 47% dan 87% penduduk kota dan desa masing-masing tidak mempunyai akses sanitasi yang memadai. Kondisi kemiskinan dan keterbelakangan mengancam kesehatan dari masyarakat, pria, wanita dan anak-anak. Tapi karena adanya efek tambahan dari diskriminasi jenis kelamin dirasakan berat terutama terhadap perempuan.]]>

<![CDATA[Role is a set of expectations imposed on an individual who occupies a certain social position. This study aims to determine the role of village government in improving the quality of administrative services to the community in the Office of Village Head Aek Korsik. The method of research used is a descriptive qualitative method approach that focuses on the role of village government in improving the quality of administrative services to the community at the Head Office of Aek Korsik Village Aek Kuo Sub-district, North Labuhanbatu Regency. The results showed that the quality of administrative services in the Head Office of Aek Korsik Village Aek Kuo Sub-district, North Labuhanbatu Regency has applied Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Emphaty dimensions and their indicators. However, there are still some indicators that have not run in accordance with the expectations of the community, including the inconvenience of service places including facilities and infrastructure that have not been complete, the employee has not effectively used SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in the service process, and there are still employees who are not friendly in the service process.]]>

<![CDATA[Village development planning is very important, because from this development plan the direction of village development is determined. The aspirations of the community in the village development planning process are very much needed, so that it has become an obligation of the village government to accommodate community aspirations in the development planning process in the village. The aspirations of the community can be accommodated by involving the Village Consultative Body (BPD), because basically the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is a means for village communities to channel their aspirations to assist village government in the development planning process in the village. The research method used in this study is qualitative research methods, in which the process of data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation studies on informants who are considered to have the potential to provide information about the role of Village Consultative Bodies (BPD) in the development planning process in Bandar Village Klippa. From the results of the research that has been done, the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Bandar Klippa Village has carried out its functions and duties well as a working partner of the Village Head and also to accommodate and channel community aspirations so that the development planning desired by the community is created. However, the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in Bandar Klippa Village was less active in coming directly to absorb and gather aspirations from the community. ]]>

<![CDATA[Community service activities are one of the activities that aim to assist the government in improving Good Government. Community participation is still very low in implementing the principles of good government. Yet society is a very important part of these principles. Because the role of the community is still very low, community service is held in the form of counseling and socialization about the importance of community participation in improving good government. To realize a civil society, good governance is needed, both at the center and at the local level so that they can work well together so that the goals desired by the community are carried out, and this is not the task of the central government alone but the government under it starting from the village government and local government. that is what we know as the implications of village autonomy. The village community is expected to become a useful community, especially in the process of administering government (at the village level in particular). Because the participation of the village community is a real embodiment of Good governance. This kind of society will be solid and actively participate in determining various government policies. In addition, this kind of society will also carry out an effective supervisory function in the implementation of government administration. If the community is not yet effective in front of the government and there are still many social problems in it such as conflict and group anarchism, it is very unlikely that Good governance can be implemented.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to Analysis of Community Satisfaction with the Performance of Head Village in the Medan Estate. The Problems can be identified in this study are: 1) How the process of service in community to Performance’s Head of the Field in Percut Sei Tuan District Deli Serdang Regency. 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in community service in the head office of Desa Medan Estate. Data Analysis used in this study is the Qualitative method for analyzing the data by describing the collected data who took the research location at the Office of the Head of the Medan Estate Village PercutSei Tuan Deli Serdang District. The data sources in this study were the community and the Head village. Data is collected based on interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the analysis of community satisfaction in the Performance of the Village Head of Medan Estate, was reviewed from various interviews with the Medan Estate Village Community and village officials to increase community satisfaction with the performance of the Medan Estate Village Chief. ]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) Terhadap Kompetensi Kerja Pegawai di Sekretariat Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai di Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Kontruksi yaitu sebanyak 46 orang pegawai. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan, Penelitian lapangan, kuesioner, wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara Regresi Sederhana, menguji signifikan hipotesis dipergunakan rumus signifikan uji t, dan uji Koefisien Determinan. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) Terhadap Kompetensi Kerja Pegawai di Sekretariat Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Nilai t hitung variabel pendidikan dan pealtihan adalah 6,750 dan nilai t tabel 1.680 maka thitungttabel (6,7501.680) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari variabel pendidikan dan pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (0,0000,05) secara parsial terhadap komptensi pegawai. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (Diklat) Terhadap Kompetensi Kerja Pegawai di Sekretariat Dinas Bina Marga dan Bina Konstruksi Provinsi Sumatera Utara.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to evaluate the production cost budget at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III This research is a study that uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method in question is to use information data obtained at the time of the study and from the field in the form of data that is written or oral from the parties involved. The results obtained that PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III has evaluated the calculation of production costs periodically, based on reports based on production prices, selling prices and profit and loss by determining harvest costs, maintenance costs, factory overhead costs, processing costs, and depreciation costs. budget prepared by PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III is not yet perfect enough because there are still many significant deviations both beneficial and adverse. This is the responsibility of managers to conduct more in-depth evaluations to make the realization of costs so as not to occur too far away. Conclusions through field research that PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III has made a production cost budget with a yearly period. PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III has evaluated the calculation of production costs periodically, based on reports based on production prices, selling prices and profit and loss by determining harvest costs, maintenance costs, factory overhead costs, processing costs, and depreciation costs. <![CDATA[This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the factors causing and handling school dropouts in the Medan Belawan Fisherman Village. Where in this village about 80% of children drop out of school. So with the large number of children dropping out of school, the level of human resources is getting weaker. In this study using a qualitative approach using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the factors that cause children to drop out of school in the Fisherman Village of Medan Belawan are due to two factors, namely external factors (inadequate economy where their income is still low, the social environment of children in Fisherman Village who participate in promiscuity, distance places to live and schools are far away, and educational facilities are not yet complete) and internal (this condition includes inadequate nutrition or health factors for the children of Kampung Nelayan due to an unsanitary environment, lack of motivation for schooling, and lack of encouragement from the family environment and the environment in which he is located which makes him mentally not to go to school. As for the efforts to handle these school dropouts through the establishment of Learning Houses, Floating Libraries, and equality programs, namely the package A, package B and C programs.]]>
