Abstract

The study aimed to determine how the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the performance of Langsa Health BPJS employees. The population in this study were permanent employees at the Langsa Health BPJS, which numbered 31 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling using saturated sampling. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression equations with the help of SPSS software carried out t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results of multiple linear regression obtained by the equation Y = 1,098 + 0,260X1 + 0,290X2. To prove the hypothesis partially carried out t test for each variable, where the organizational commitment variable obtained t sig <5% (0.03 <0.05) so that it can be stated that organizational commitment has a significant effect on the performance of BPJS health employees in Langsa City. Job satisfaction variables obtained t sig <5% (0.04 <0.05) so that it can be stated that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of BPJS health employees in Langsa City. And to prove the hypothesis simultaneously the F test is carried out, so that F sig <5% (0.00 <0.05) can be stated that organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of BPJS employees in Langsa City. As well as the determination coefficient test results obtained by 33.4% organizational commitment and job satisfaction affect the performance of health workers BPJS Langsa City.

Abstract

Langsa Barat Health Center is a first-rate health facility that provides health services to the community. In providing health services to the community, all existing service units and all employees are committed to providing quality health care and care for the safety of patients, visitors, communities and employees. Service standards are a commitment of service providers to provide services with a certain quality determined on the basis of a combination of community expectations and the ability of service providers. Establishment of service standards through identification of service type, identification of service type, customer identification, customer expectation identification, vision and service mission formulation, process and procedure analysis, facilities and infrastructure, time and cost of service.To set the standard of service whether or not a reference is used from the Decree of the Minister of Administrative Reform Number KEP / 25 / M.PAN / 2/2004 on general guidelines for the preparation of public satisfaction index. Where is the location of this research is Puskesmas Langsa Barat. This study aims to determine the index of community satisfaction with public services at the Langsa Barat Health Center. The respondents in this study were the health service users in Langsa Barat Health Center.Based on the result of the research, it is found that service indicator is in the form of officer discipline, officer responsibility, courtesy and officer friendliness, suitability of cost with specified, and service unit comfort have excellent service quality. While other indicators have good service quality. And overall the index of community satisfaction on public services at Langsa Barat Health Center has good quality of service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of environment, discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Pati Sari Desa Selamat Kec. Tenggulun Kab. Aceh Tamiang. The number of samples as respondents used was 119 people. For data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test and test the coefficient of determination adjusted (R2). From the regression results for this study obtained an equation that is Y = 2.265 + 0.048 X1 + 0.340 X2 + 0.115 X3. Partially the work environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Work environment, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bauran pemasaran kerajinan anyaman tikar pandan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Desa Matang Gleum Kabupaten Aceh Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk-produk yang dihasilkan telah dapat diterima konsumen berupa banyaknya produk-produk hasil kerajinan anyaman tikar pandan ini sudah digunakan dirumah-rumah penduduk. Harga yang ditawarkan masih dapat dijangkau oleh konsumen yang membelinya sesuai dengan warna, ukuran maupun motif produk yang dihasilkan. Lokasi penjualan kerajinan anyaman tikar pandan masih berada pada tempat produksi di Desa Matang Gleum dan para penjual perantara berupa agen-agen penjual yang menerima pesanan produk untuk dijual kembali. Promosi yang dilakukan selama ini masih berupa penawaran kerajinan anyaman tikar pandan sesuai pesanan yang diingikan konsumen belum menggunakan media sosial ataupun iklan-iklan yang dipajang dikoran-koran. Kepuasan konsumen terhadap hasil produk yang ditawarkan, baik dari sisi harga, kualitas maupun pendistribusian yang dilakukan saat ini sudah baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi eksternal, pengembangan karir, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Socfindo Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Sampel sebanyak 60 orang karyawan PT. Socfindo Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Metode analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian diperoleh Y = 0,836 + 0,270X1 + 0,355X2 + 0,223X3. Hasil uji t motivasi eksternal nilai t sig < α (0,042 < 0,05), pengembangan karir nilai t sig < α5% (0,002 < 0,05), kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja nilai t sig < α5% (0,043 < 0,05), artinya Ha diterima dan dapat dinyatakan secara parsial motivasi eksternal, pengembangan karir, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Socfindo. Hasil uji F diperoleh nilai F sig < α (0,000 < 0,05), artinya Ha diterima dan dapat dinyatakan secara simultan motivasi eksternal, pengembangan karir, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Socfindo. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai 70,4% variabel motivasi eksternal, pengembangan karir, kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja dapat menjelaskan variabel kinerja karyawan pada PT. Socfindo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi peningkatan volume penjualan melalui bauran pemasaran pada Langsa Town Square (Latos). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk-produk yang dijual di Latos belum beragam sebagaian besar pakaian wanita dan anak-anak, harga yang ditawarkan relatif sama untuk produk yang sama, lokasi Latos sangat strategi terletak di pusat kota Langsa, promosi penjualan belum maksimal dilakukan oleh Latos terhadap kegiatan penjualan produk-produknya, proses jual beli berlangsung secara tatap muka langsung di Latos, karyawan yang bekerja merupakan pekerja yang khusus menjual pakaian sesuai produk yang dijual, untuk penataan toko tidak jauh berbeda antara toko yang satu dengan yang lainnya. Strategi yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan volumen penjualan adalah produk yang ditawarkan lebih beragam dengan harga yang lebih murah serta melakukan promosi yang lebih gencar untuk menarik minat pembeli. Proses jual belipun sebaiknya dapat juga dilakukan secara online dengan memanfaatkan karyawan yang terampil dan menampilkan keunikan tersendiri dari toko yang menjual produknya

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of identifying, collecting, processing and analyzing data about strength factors, weakness, opportunity, threats in developing the family medicinal plant business from the economic and business development strategy of family medicinal plants from the economic side of the research area. The population in this study is the people who grow the family medicinal plants in the yard of the house in the village of Seuriget District Langsa Barat. The sample is the entire population of 35 families. The data sources in this study was primary and secondary data. Data analysis method used was descriptive analysis with SWOT analysis. From the research result, it was that the strength in the development of family medicine plant business from the economic side was taken an organic medicine. The weakness in the development of family medicinal plant business from the economic side is the price is still low from the economic and plant side which was used as slow drug result. Opportunities in the development of family medicinal plant business from the economic side are always needed by the community, in addition, to being used as medicine and apply the pattern of life back to nature with organic materials. Threats to the development of family medicinal plant business from the economic side are fewer enthusiasts who use family medicinal plants as the alternative to drugs and prefer to use chemical-based drugs. The development strategy of the family’s medicinal plant business was focused on increasing the community’s interest in the needs of family medicinal plants that can be taken as an organic medicine besides raw materials for cooking and can be processed into food or other forms of more economic value.Keywords: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats.
