Abstract

This research aimed to measure factors influencing purchase willingness and purchase unwillingness on Israeli products. Four predictor variables including consumer animosity, product judgment, boycott participation, and boycott motivation were used. Data were collected by an online survey, and it attracted 337 participants. Three stages of data analysis were applied, those were exploratory analyses, confirmatory factor analyses, and Structural Equation Model (SEM). In total, there were seven hypotheses tested. This research finds a significant impact of animosity on product judgment, boycott participation, and boycott motivation. Furthermore, product judgment and boycott participation significantly affect purchase willingness. Meanwhile, boycott participation and boycott motivation significantly affect purchase unwillingness.

Abstract

This research was conducted in response to a boycott towards a national bread brand. It was stimulated by a company disclosure in stating they had no relation to any political events in 2016. This research aimed to examine the impact of consumer animosity on product judgment, purchase willingness, purchase unwillingness, and boycott participation. In total, 266 participants took part in this research using convenience sampling. Data were collected using an online survey. The data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM). This research finds that there is a significant impact of animosity on product judgment, purchase willingness, purchase unwillingness, and boycott participation. Moreover, there is also a significant impact of product judgment on purchase willingness and boycott participation on purchase unwillingness.

Abstract

In this era of globalization the fashion industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly because public awareness for personal appearance is increasing. From many fashion brands, companies must have a strategy to stay afloat in business. Companies from various fashion industries must stay in touch with customers, through CRM or Customer Relationship Management in order to increase customer satisfaction that will make loyal customers that can affect repurchase intention. This study was conducted to find information from Customer Relationship Management to customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and how it impacts repurchase intention in a clothing store. This research was conducted by spreading questionnaires to 200 respondents using nonprobability sampling, convenience sampling. This research uses Exploratory Factor Analysis to test its validity and cronbach alpha to test the reliability. This research also uses a Structural Equation Model to test the hypothesis by using AMOS. From 5 hypotheses, in this research, 4 hypotheses have a positive and significant influence.Keywords:  customer relationship management, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, repurchase intention.

Abstract

Activities of devotion to the public were all intended to help the level of a unit of education and in the teacher raising the standard of living incompetence is the need of evaluation hands-on learning uses the technique that analysis an easy one and pleasing. Universitas Negeri Jakarta, as educators who took on the task of Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. One of which is the third Darma, devotion to the public. The Implemented of it, educators and Faculty of Economics’ family member UNJ have done education for the public through the development of competence to Vocational High School’s teacher. Workshop technique analyzes details of the problem within increase competence of vocational teacher in evaluation learning accordance 2013 curriculum in VHS Cileungsi, Bogor, be held on Saturday, May 13th, 2197 in multi-function room VHS Amal Mulia Kab. Bogor that attend by all of the teachers. The workshop helps teachers in the evaluation of a test that used. The training is expected that could add more teacher’s knowledge about technique analyze details of the problem either qualitative or quantitative and could design question accordance with the achievement of competence effectively. In future, be expected will be model of technique analyze details of the problem for teacher either manual or electronic.

Abstract

This study is to understand the effect of perceived characteristics, personal innovativeness, and self-efficacy on the intention online shopping. In contrast to previous studies on online shopping, this study refers to the Technology Acceptance Theory that is integrated with the Innovation Diffusion Theory. Respondents of this study are junior high school students in Jakarta. By using the quantitative research methods and convenience methods to collect data, so the respondents as many as 356 students of junior high school have been taken. The data collected were then analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling by confirmatory factor analyses. Four of the five hypotheses were accepted. This study carried out findings that the TAM can be integrated with the IDT to predict the intentions of online shopping, so the businessman of online shopping can know the direct or indirect effect from the perceived characteristics, self-efficacy, and personal innovativeness to the intention online shopping. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine factors acceptance and use behaviour of motorcycle online. A conceptual framework has been developed based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. A questionnaire was developed and used to collect information from 358 respondents from motorcycle online user.Questionnaire survey was conducted in South Tangerang, Indonesia. The quantitative research methode was used with convenience method of sampling. The results reveal that the Perceived Ease of Use also has influence to Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Usefulness has significant influence to behavioural intention. Attitudes also positively influencing the behavioural intention motorcycle online. Facilitating Condition have significant influence to use behaviour of the motorcycle online. Behaviour intention has a positive impact on use behaviour of the motorcycle online. Keywords: Technology Acceptance Model, Penerimaan Dan Penggunaan Teknologi Ojek Online, UTAUT,Perilaku Konsumen.

Abstract

Restaurants with a vintage concept become an option for urban people who want to enjoy dining out. To present this vintage atmosphere, restaurant management and owners decorated their stores with antiques and anything vintage, such as signboards, utensils, furniture, posters, and even the menu. The objective of this study is to investigate the impact of perceived value, restaurant atmosphere on satisfaction and revisit intention. This study attracted 200 respondents visiting a vintage-concept restaurant. The data were collected in Jakarta and analysed with exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. As a result, three hypotheses were accepted and two hypotheses were rejected: customer satisfaction was influenced by perceived value and restaurant atmosphere and revisit intention was significantly influenced by customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ethnocentrism, animosity, product country image, and brand image on the willingness to buy Chinese car products. Data were collected from Chinese car users and potential car buyers. The purposive sampling technique was chosen in this study, which resulted in 300 respondents for analysis. Data were analysed using exploratory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. The results showed that ethnocentrism had a significant positive effect on animosity and had a significant negative effect on brand image, animosity had a significant negative effect on willingness to buy, the brand image had a positive and significant effect on willingness to buy, and product country image had a significant positive effect on brand image. Meanwhile, ethnocentrism and product country image do not affect willingness to buy. This study helps to improve our understanding of consumer behaviour regarding the purchase of foreign products.

Abstract

This research aims to identify whether brand image, trust, perceived value, and customer satisfaction affect customer loyalty and repurchase intention in food delivery users in Jabodetabek. This study used the SEM analysis method with quantitative analysis. This study used non-probability sampling techniques, sampling techniques to collect data using questionnaire surveys. The type of nonprobability sampling technique chosen is purposive sampling, with the number of respondents as many as 200 people. This study used the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) method and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) method. The results of this study showed that brand image has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction, perceived value has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to review and reconfirm research on customer satisfaction and customer trust in online applications. In this study, the object raised is SIPP Online, developed by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan at the branch office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Kelapa Gading. This research model includes Customer Satisfaction, Customer Trust, Variation of Functions, and Web Design. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to test the path analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by operating the AMOS 22 application for testing research models. The sample in this study amounted to 315 PIC companies participating in BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. In this study, there are seven direct hypotheses and three indirect hypotheses (mediation). The results of this study indicate that all hypotheses made in the study are statistically accepted. The limitation in this research is that the study's scope only includes the Kelapa Gading branch of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
