Abstract

Children must get serious attention in early of their life such as good nutrition, appropriate stimulation, good environment factors, early detection and intervention of development delays. The development is the increasing of the skill in structure and function of body in more complex and in regular pattern and predictable, as result of maturation process. The research&rsquo;s purpose is to know the influence of stimulation to child&rsquo;s development after DDTKA massal in Blitar city. The research type is quasy experiment, and the sample is children that have hesitate and delay developments after DDTKA massal in Blitar city, with inclution criteria: has normal growth, visit to posyandu regularly in the latest 3 mounts and have good health, there are 20 children. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The independent variable is stimulation of development, and the dependent variable is development of child. Data is collected using observation sheet and questioner of KPSP. The analysis use wilcoxson signed ranks test, statistic test with sensing level p < 0,05. We can get result as follows: 1) development of child before giving stimulation is 70% hesitate, 30% have delay, after stimulation is normal (65%), 25% hesitate and 10% have delay; 2) there is influence of stimulation to child development (p-value 0,000). We can conclude that the care pattern to child in their family to achieve optimal developments is important.

Abstract

Fisioterapi dada merupakan tindakan keperawatan yang dilakukan untuk membersihkan paru-paru dari sekret. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perubahan suara napas dan frekuensi pernapasan sebelum dan sesudah fisioterapi dada. Desain penelitian menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif dengan sampel 11 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar kuesioner dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata frekuensi pernapasan pada pasien PPOK sebelum dan sesudah fisioterapi dada kunjungan I sampai dengan kunjungan III terjadi penurunan 11 point yakni dari 31x/menit menjadi 20x/menit, dan terjadi perunanan letak lobus yang terdapat suara napas tambahan yaitu ronkhi sebelum dan sesudah fisioterapi dada, pada kunjungan I sampai dengan kunjungan III turun sebanyak dua point yaitu dari tiga lobus atau 46% (5 pasien) menjadi satu lobus yaitu 78% (7 pasien). Tindakan fisioterapi dada mampu meningkatkan pengeluaran sekret. Pelaksanaan fisioterapi dada sebaiknya dilakukan 2x/hari agar diperoleh hasil yang maksimal.

Abstract

Hypertension is the third largest risk factor that causes premature death. Deep breathing relaxation technique is a non pharmacological therapy that can be introduced to hypertensive clients. Deep breathing relaxation can make the body harmonious and calm and can empower the body to fight hypertension. The development of breath relaxation techniques in combination with hand movements is expected to maintain blood pressure stability in hypertensive clients. The purpose of this study is to identify the process of developing and the feasibility of breathing relaxation techniques in combination with hand movements to stabilize the blood pressure of hypertensive clients. The method used in this research is Research and Development with ADDIE development procedures up to the implementation stage, namely making the final product. This research was conducted in Posbindu PTM of Bendogerit Sub District, Blitar City with 8 trial participants. The results of this study indicate that breath relaxation techniques in combination with hand gestures meet the appropriate criteria for use based on expert judgment and trial participants. The creation of the final product is expected to be the next researcher to conduct research on the effectiveness of this product to maintain blood pressure stability in hypertensive clients
