Abstract

AbstractHardiness is a mental state to face challenges and difficulties. A person with a high level of hardiness can avoid stress. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of group counselling on cognitive restructuring and self-talk in increasing the hardiness of the blind. In this study, the experimental design used was "Randomized Pretest-Posttest Comparison Group. As a step to obtain data, it involved 21 blind people who were selected by random assignment. There were 3 groups that were given treatment with 7 visually impaired each. The experimental group used cognitive restructuring techniques, self-talk techniques, and combined cognitive restructuring and self-talk techniques. When the treatment was finished, the average value of group A (cognitive restructuring technique) was M = 95.57, while in group B (self-talk technique) it was M = 102.4 and in group C (combination technique) the M value was = 104.1. So, the combination of cognitive restructuring and self-talk techniques has a significant effect on the hardiness of the blind. Keyword: Cognitive Restructuring, and Self-Talk, Group Counseling, Hardiness,  The BlindAbstrakHardiness merupakan keadaan mental untuk menghadapi tantangan dan kesulitan. Seseorang dengan tingkat hardiness yang tinggi dapat terhindar dari stres. Tujuan penelitian  ini untuk menganalisis keefektifan konseling kelompok cognitive restructuring dan self-talk dalam meningkatkan hardiness tunanetra. Dalam penelitian ini desain eksperimen yang digunakan adalah Randomized Pretest-Posttest Comparasion Group. Sebagai langkah memperoleh data maka melibatkan 21 tunanetra yang dipilih secara random assignment. Ada 3 kelompok yang diberikan perlakuan dengan masing-masing 7 tunanetra. Kelompok eksperimen tersebut menggunakan teknik cognitive restructuring, teknik self-talk, serta teknik gabungan cognitive restructuring dan self-talk. Pada saat treatment selesai diberikan, nilai rata-rata kelompok A (teknik cognitive restructuring) sebesar M = 95.57 sedangkan  pada kelompok B (teknik self-talk) sebesar M = 102.4 serta pada kelompok C (teknik kombinasi) nilai M sebesar = 104.1. Maka, gabungan teknik cognitive restructuring dan teknik self-talk memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hardiness tunanetra.                                   Kata Kunci: Cognitive Restructuring, Self-Talk, Konseling Kelompok, Hardiness, Tunanetra

Abstract

Purpose - The research objective is to describe and explain health crisis interventions in mental health with COVID-19.Method - This peper use a literature study of various literature on mental health with COVID-19: health crisis interventions.Result - This study indicates that crisis intervention assists those afflicted by a crisis that requires quick handling to be resolved immediately, and the psychological balance is immediately restored during the COVID-19 pandemic.Implications - This research is expected to be the basis for determining intervention models in mental health disorders.Originality - A concept of health crisis intervention assistance. Tujuan -  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan intervensi krisis kesehatan pada kesehatan jiwa dengan COVID-19.Metode - Peper ini menggunakan studi literatur dari berbagai literatur tentang kesehatan mental COVID-19: intervensi krisis kesehatan.Hasil - Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa intervensi krisis membantu mereka yang terkena krisis dimana membutuhkan pendampingan cepat untuk segera diatasi, dan keseimbangan psikologis agar segera pulih selama pandemi COVID-19.Implikasi - Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk menentukan model intervensi pada gangguan kesehatan jiwa.Orisinalitas - Konsep bantuan intervensi krisis kesehatan.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide a conceptual framework regarding the reality counseling approach as a preventive effort for persons with disabilities. The problems faced by individuals with disabilities are essentially very complex and can be viewed from various aspects. In general, it can be grouped into three, namely learning barriers, developmental delays, and developmental disabilities. To foster a social spirit with disabilities, it is necessary to have facilities that can provide information, namely counseling guidance activities. One effort that can be done is through reality counseling. The concept of reality counseling is to emphasize the responsibility of persons with disabilities in responding to current conditions and to encourage the counselee to face the current reality.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe collaborative strategies in creating inclusive school-based guidance and counseling services. Strengthening Inclusive Education required the role of all parties in educational institutions, including guidance and counseling. This study used the library research method. This literature study was related to the object of writing, which was inclusive guidance and counseling services. Every individual with special needs, both permanent and temporary, has different learning barriers and needs. School counselors were uniquely positioned to collaborate with stakeholders and identify each student's critical resources and support systems to achieve academic and socio-emotional success. Collaboration was the basis between the school and parents, and other experts to systematically, consistently, and sustainably.
