Abstract

The purpose of this article is to contrive the e-report financial system that will be use on kripik balado mahkota store like the sales reporting, purchase reporting, profit and loss, and transaction of sales and purchases from suppliers or buyers. the method of design that will be used in the e-report financial system is using architectural MVC (model, view, and controller)techniques, combined with framework yii2 and PHP, storage media with database tool MySQL, and UML’s model design use case diagram, activity diagram, and class diagram. The results of e-report financial’s design are the electronic report will be available, easily accessible everywhere and every time, also minimize the redundant data and overlap data. So the design of the e-report financial system making the report so easily with the model, method, and supporting media that be used in the system.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to find out the perceptions of primary school teachers on the use of Swishmax applications for the development of instructional media. Teachers' perceptions of the use of Swishmax applications for the development of instructional media are closely related to student learning achievement. Learning media generated with Swishmax applications that match the students' wishes will keep them motivated in learning. This article analyzes the data done descriptively. The data obtained in this article comes from questionnaire data and unstructured interview data. The result of this article is the perception of Swishmax's use for the development of instructional media by elementary school teachers in positive category. Abstract

                People nowdays have a high mobility that make some of obligation had been forgotten.the most important obligation for muslim is praying five times a day limited information about praying time sometime make the obligation had been neglected or even forgotten.usually when the condition is for far from mosque and/or in a trip.the information of qibla is needed for avoid this problem,especially in places or areas are far from mosque.               This application is a mobile application technology based Location Based Service (LBS) that is built on the Android platform, using Android Studio IDE and Google APIs in its development. In determining the time of prayers used two methods, by determining the time the degree of the sun and using a formula that is expressed with the time / clock, in determining the direction of the Qibla used two methods with the formula triangles ball and the position of the sun and the method of application also utilizes the Global Positioning System (GPS) which are applied with the help of Google Map.               This application is able to display Qibla direction and prayer schedules wherever the location of the nearest mosque user is located. Users can download the prayer schedule and location-based Qibla direction and displays the nearest mosque on user location is equipped with navigation features to reach the mosque by using the Google Map. Keywords: Android Applications , Mosque , Prayer Times , Qibla Direction , GPS , Google Map

Abstract

System Information  as a support facility within an institution that is intended to simplify the task of the user, so as to achieve time, cost, and resource saving in decision making. User satisfaction of  System information is one factor or measure of success for any development and implementation of System Information in agency or company. A good Service quality image can be viewed from the point of view or perception  user of the System Information which is the overall assessment of the superiority of a service. This research will analyze the influence of tangibels, reliabillity, responsivenness, communication, understanding the costumers, and Access to the user  satisfaction with system information. Object of this study is the user data in the publication services of the Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Sumatera Barat  that uses information systems in search of required data. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially there is a significant influence between variable x with user satisfaction (Y). While the results of the analysis of the level of achievement of respondents to each variable, variable X5 (Access) become a variable that is very influential on the level of user satisfaction, is 92.5% is categorized as a strong variable. Keywords: Service Quality, gap , System Information

Abstract

APBD is a systematic detailed list of receipts, expenditures and local spending within a certain period ( 1 year ) arranged in Permendagri No. 16 of 2006, so that the data APBD can be used as guidelines for governments and local expenditures in carrying out activities to raise revenue to maintain economic stability and to avoid inflation and deflation. Government financial institutions in areas such as DPKA Padang, experienced difficulties in identifying the relevance of each archive data on a APBD that so much, that results in a data warehouse, in addition to the administration, APBD in the government of Padang have not been effective. To minimize the difficulty in identifying heap data archive APBD, then the data warehouse can be used to produce a knowledge that by using the techniques of Data Mining ( DM ), the method used is clustering and forecasting, clusterisasi performed using the K-Means Algorithm while for forecasting with multiple linear regression. With this method intended to classify and identify the data in the budget that have certain characteristics in common, and can predict the value of APBD in the future .Keywords : Clustering, K - Means, Forecasting.

Abstract

A Constraint in education order to produce qualified graduates is a traditional mindset of many schools in students’ majoring which only emphasizes on students’ grades. The fact is similar to ideas that expressed by Seto Mulyadi (2003), a practitioner of the child's education. He said that it was a big mistake if student achievement only measured on grades at the end of the semester.Senior High school is upper level of formal education in Indonesia, after graduating from junior high school. Students study at senior high school within 3 years as they  study at Islamic senior high school (MAN) 2 Padang Panjang, ranging from grade 10 to grade 12. In the second year or at the grade 11, students may choose one of the majors that exist in schools, namely, science, social, and Religious. In designing the decision support system for students’ majoring at MAN 2 Padang Panjang,   an artificial neural network based on Multiple Intelligence is needed. Furthermore, Java programming and MySQL are also required.  The results of the data analysis showed that the design of a decision support system for students’ majoring at MAN 2 Padang Panjang by using artificial neural network was successfully implemented, and the system can help the teachers to simplify the implementation of students’ majoring. Abstract

Scouting is an extracurricular activity that must be carried out in primary and secondary education which has been determined in Permendikbud number 63 the year 2014. The process of delivering scouting material is directly delivered by the coach using the media in the form of a scout pocket book. But in the current condition, students are asked to study independently. Then what makes it difficult for students to learn independently is when they practice the semaphore movement. Therefore, the author provides a solution for media that can be used as a medium for learning the scout semaphore movement. The developed media is an android application with Augmented Reality technology. The use of Augmented Reality-based media can help students learn independently in online learning conditions. The method used in the development of this media is the prototype method, this method consists of three stages, namely listening to customers, designing and making prototypes, and conducting trials. In designing the semaphore movement learning media, it was designed with 3D blender software, unity, vuforia sdk, adobe illustrator. Blender 3D software is used to create 3D semaphore motion objects, Unity is used to create augmented reality-based android applications, Vuforia is used as a marker database and Adobe Illustrator is used to design markers and display applications. The final result of this final project is an Augmented Reality-based learning media for scout semaphore movements. Keywords: Scouts, Android, Augmented Reality, Unity, Prototype

Abstract

The background of the problem of this final task is due to the developments in technology and mobile phone or smartphone and also operating system in smartphone itself, such as Android. This design aims to make a mobile learning system design of Human Digestive System for science class at XI grade of Senior High School with android based. It is preferably in the learning process of biology, where the material is memorization. In spite of that, the lack of media used often makes children feel bored in studying biology.This final project was designed with language modeling software with object-oriented programming method which uses a modeling language Unified Modeling Language (UML). The programming language used was Java by using the Eclipse IDE. Trials have been conducted on the 2.2 emulator, while the implementation of the program is done on the Samsung Galaxy Young with Android 4.0.1. In general, the results that are displayed on the emulator and Young galaxy is not much different,but Android with a higher version has faster access speed . Abstract

The problem in this final project is bidding tender project at the Department of Public Work of South solok works manually. The manually process like registering company and all participants who have registered will be collected in a room so it would make any difficult for participants who are outside the area. The development of information technology has a lot of influence in various fields. One of the information technology is growing rapidly is a web-based information systems. The utilization of this web-based information technology within an organization can be implemented on the Victory Decision Support System Project Tender, the incoming data will be stored in a database and the database as data processing. Tender decision support system project is using Analytical Hierarchy Proces method is to determine the criteria that will be used to calculate the weights. The criteria used in this system is the administrative, technical and price. Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the needs of developing the worksheet in the Object Oriented Programming (PBO) course. This research is explorative descriptive research. The subjects of this study are students of Electronics Engineering class of 2016 Faculty of Engineering, State University of Padang. Samples were randomly selected by 20 students. Data were collected using observation sheet of PBO lecture and student questionnaire. The result of the observation indicates that the current worksheet is too wide in the scope of the material because of the combination of the PBO 1 and PBO 2 job sheets and the lack of explanation of the statements on the soure code. The results of the questionnaire development needs of the development of the worksheet show that students need a more easily understood job sheet, equipped with success indicators and glossary of terms or functions in the PBO (Java Programming Language).
