Abstract

Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Jumlah Penerima PKH di Dinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu Menggunkan Metode Topsis adalah sebagai berikut Untuk memberikan informasi tentang pengambilan keputusan dengan sesuai kriteria menggunakan metode Topsis sehingga bisa menjadi tolak ukur dalam pengambilan keputusan, Dengan metode ini dapat mempermudah dalam pencarian data yang akurat sebanyak apapun responden yang akan diusulkan berdasarkan kriteria maka sistem akan melacak dan memberikan keputusan yang tepat. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah membuat implementasi algoritma Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Jumlah Penerima Kis PBI Didinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu Menggunkan Metode Topsis, Bagi pembaca diharapkan dapat memperluas wawasan, pengetahuan terhadap perkembangan ilmu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Jumlah Penerima Kis Pbi Didinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu Menggunkan Metode Topsis, Adapun kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Jumlah Penerima PKH di Dinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu Menggunkan Metode Topsis adalah sebagai berikut : Pengambilan keputusan dengan sesuai kriteria menggunakan metode Topsis sehingga bisa menjadi tolak ukur dalam pengambilan keputusan, Dengan metode ini dapat mempermudah dalam pencarian data yang akurat sebanyak apapun responden yang akan diusulkan berdasarkan kriteria maka sistem akan melacak dan memberikan keputusan yang tepat, Mempermudah admin melakukan pencarian dalam berdasarkan bobot dan kreteria, Pada sistem baru ini akan dirancang Sistem Sistem Penerima PKH di Dinas Sosial Kota Bengkulu berbasis Web menggunakan php dan mysql, Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan penulisan skripsi dan penelitian ini dengan mengunakan metode pengumpulan data, analisa dan perencangan serta implementasai yang dilakukan pengumpulan data, analisa sistem, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian

Abstract

Identifikasi objek (object recognition) merupakan suatu bidang keillmuan dari komputer vision yang menggambarkan suatu objek yang didasarkan pada sifat utama dari objek tersebut. Identifikasi objek pada citra digital membutuhkan teknik dan metode yang mampu untuk mengekstraksi dan mengidentifikasi fitur-fitur yang terdapat pada citra digital, dimana komponen utamanya adalah warna sebagai dasar dari representasi objek pada citra digital. salah satu metode yang mampu menerapkan pengelompokan warna – warna objek pada citra digital sehingga dapat menjadi fitur utama dari objek pada citra digital adalah Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering. Analisa dilakukan secara bertahap yaitu analisis sistem dan analisis algoritma agglomerative clustering. Proses analisa kemudian dilanjutkan dengan tahap perancangan yang mana dimulai dengan perancangan use case diagram dan perancangan flowchart. Akurasi dari algoritma Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering cukup baik khususnya pada objek yang memiliki warna khusus atau warna yang telah menjadi ciri dari objek tersebut namun dapat menghasilkan pengenalan yang buruk jika objek yang berbeda memiliki warna dominan yang sama

Abstract

Dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada mahasiswa perguruan tinggi secara terus menerus berupaya meningkatkan pelayanan guna memenuhi kepuasan mahasiswa. Universitas berkomitmen untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada mahasiswa. Hal ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi harapan mahasiswa terkait pelayanan yang menjadi hak mahasiswa. Dengan cara ini, pihak Universitas berharap mendapatkan hal-hal yang perlu dievaluasi sesuai dengan tolak ukur yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak universitas. Pentingnya melihat penilaian mahasiswa merupakan salah satu faktor utama bagi perguruan tinggi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pieces untuk mengukur baik buruknya nilai variabel yang diterapkan dalam kualitas pelayanan dengan variabel (Performance, Information, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency dan Service). Tujuannya untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Univeritas di bidang keuangan. Hasil dari penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode PIECES sangat efektif karena menganalisa sistem pervariabel sehingga layanan dapat dievaluasi lebih detail. Berdasarkan hasil rekapitulasi penilaian terlihat keseluruhan variabel memperoleh nilai akhir3,8, ini menunjukan seluruh variabel PIECES mendapat kategori penilaian puas, sehingga bisa dikatakan loyalitas layanan berperan dengan baik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Dengan adanya analisis ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran pada universitas dalam melihat nilai setiap bidang layanan dalam memberikan pelayanan berdasarkan indikator performance, indikator information, indikator economis, indikator control, indikator efficiency dan indikator services.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the quality of service of agricultural extension workers at the UPT. BPP Sukaraja uses the fuzzy service quality (servqual) method by grouping question attributes into five service dimensions criteria, namely the dimensions of tangibles (direct evidence), reliability (responsibility), responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The study showed that the value of the gap that requires the priority of improvement and improvement in service quality is the dimension of Tangibles with a negative gap value of -0.45 that means that the expectations of farmers are still not achieved. The customer satisfaction index is 87.93%, which means farmers are satisfied with the services provided. The study can be a motivation to improve the quality of service to farmers for UPT BPP Sukaraja.

Abstract

Student satisfaction towards services is a priority for each tertiary institution to improve the quality that is demanded by students. To improve the quality of education, universities must provide services provided to students. Dehasen University (Unified) Bengkulu promised to improve the quality standards of education and continue to improve and improve dissatisfaction in meeting student expectations. This is done to improve the quality standards of education and meet student expectations related to services that are the rights of students. By understanding the level of satisfaction of students, universities can improve performance in carrying out their duties and take responsibility for the quality of education, thus increasing the quality of services that can be improved. This study uses Bayes study, which is a classification method using probability and statistical methods based on the Bayes theorem. The aim is to implement Bayes to support student satisfaction with universities that support the following fields: Student Affairs, Library, Academic and Student Administration Bureau (BAAK), Facilities and infrastructure and finance. The results of this method produce Administrative and Academic Bureau services and financial services obtain Very Good satisfaction levels with a total service value of 12,183 with an excellent threshold value of 12,042 and a total service value of 9,413 with an excellent threshold value of 9,375. And the level of student satisfaction with the level of service is good, because the total value of results is 49,769 while the threshold is very good is 50,001 this means the total results below the threshold value is very good.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the vikor method in the selection of scholarship receipts at Bengkulu Dehasen University. Designing the process by describing how the VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method should be used based on criteria (indications, achievements, credits and living expenses) fulfilled by prospective scholarship recipients in accordance with the provisions of Dehasen Bengkulu University in selecting scholarship acceptance. Based on the results obtained it can be proven that the condition of Acceptable stability in decision making is fulfilled (Namely a smaller value than 1) and Intan P Can be proposed to be a compromise solution which is the best ranking of scholarship recipients ranking by this VIKOR (Visekriterijumsko Kompromisno Rangeranje) method.

Abstract

Management Study Program is one of the study programs at the Faculty of Economics, The University of Dehasen Bengkulu. Every academic year, students who have fulfilled the credits or are in semester 6 or 7, submit a file for submission of titles to the staff of the study program, then the Head of Study Program will check related to the title submitted, if possible and in accordance with the disside of science, the title is issued will approved and the study program will appoint supervisor 1 and supervisor 2 from the student concerned. The application of the pattern for selecting students’ thesis titles at the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics, The University of Dehasen Bengkulu was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008r2 database. In the application, the Levenstein Distance Algorithm has been applied to the new title submission form, where a comparison will be made against previously accepted titles that have been stored in the database. The title is accepted if the similarity level is below 50%, while the title is Rejected if the similarity level is above 50%. Based on the trial for submitting a new title, the application is able to provide information on whether the title is accepted or Rejected based on the Levenstein Distance Algorithm approach. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functionalities of the application run as expected and the application is able to display the results of the analysis through the stages of the Levenstein Distance Algorithm for the submission of new titles.

Abstract

Duta Ponsel is one of the largest stores in Bengkulu City that sells various kinds of smartphones and accessories according to the type of smartphone. Duta Ponsel has implemented information technology in its store business therefore it can facilitate data processing and sales of goods. However, the application is only limited to data management. In fact, these data can help support the sales strategy at Duta Ponsel. This comparison application of the Tsukamoto Method and the Sugeno Method can predict the number of requests for smartphone accessories by entering the amount of inventory and the number of sales. In this application, the processing time that occurs in Fuzzy Tsukamoto and Fuzzy Sugeno has been integrated, making it easier to see the comparison between the two methods. Comparative study of Tsukamoto Method and Sugeno Method in Determining Total Demand Based on Sales and Inventory at Duta Ponsel Sukamerindu seen from 2 (two) aspects of comparison, namely the final result of demand prediction and processing time. To assist the comparison process, an application was built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language with SQL Server 2008r2 database. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the application is able to display comparative information between the Tsukamoto Method and the Sugeno Method through 2 (two) aspects, namely the final result of demand prediction and processing time. Based on the processing time, the Sugeno Method is faster than the Tsukamoto Method

Abstract

Gunung Megang Village is one of the villages located in Semidang Alas District, Seluma Regency. Every year the Village Head will record the population for data archiving and reporting, where the process has utilized a computerized system, namely by using office applications. However, the current population data collection only records the number of residents in Gunung Megang Village (data attached), so it cannot find out population information based on economic status. Economic status is the position of a person or family in society based on monthly income. However, the economic capacity of each community is different, some have a high economic status and some have a low one, this is seen in terms of income and expenditure. The application for determining the clustering of the economic status of the residents of Gunung Megang Village was made using the Visual Basic .Net programming language and SQL Server 2008 Database by applying one of the data mining methods used, K-Means. The grouping is based on data on the economic status of the residents of Gunung Megang Village (data attached) which is divided into 3 clusters, namely Cluster 1 (High), Cluster 2 (Medium) and Cluster 3 (Low). With this application, it is hoped that it can help the Gunung Megang Village Office in finding out information on the economic status of the population. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the functionality of the application for determining the clustering of the economic status of the residents of Gunung Megang Village is running as expected, and the application is able to provide information on the grouping of data on the economic status of the residents of Gunung Megang Village.

Abstract

The Patient Medical Record Data Search application is used to assist the Bintunan Air Treatment Health Center in finding medical record data with faster time efficiency, where so far the search is still done manually by looking at the books. The Patient Medical Record Data Search application is used to assist the Puskesmas in managing patient data, doctor data and patient medical record data every time for treatment, so that the processed data is stored in the application database. Applications for Searching Patient Medical Record Data at the Bintunan Air Treatment Health Center have implemented one of the search algorithms, namely the Turbo Boyer Moore algorithm, where the search process is carried out per string / word through a shift in data matching between keywords and data in the database. Based on the results of black box testing, the functionality of the Patient Medical Record Data Search Application at the Bintunan Water Treatment Health Center has been running properly and is able to display medical record search results using the Turbo Boyer Moore Algorithm.
