this research aims to cultivate the values of multiculturalism in historical learning through the integration of students' social-cultural conditions, describing students' understanding of the students' social-cultural conditions and the implementation of multiculturalism values by students in their daily lives. This research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, namely by conducting a critical analysis of social phenomena. The technique of data collection is done by observation, interview, and documentation. The validity of data analysis techniques uses triangulation techniques and sources. The data analysis used is an interactive analysis model. Based on the results of the study, it was explained that in the SMAN 3 Surakarta the history teacher had integrated sociocultural students in multicultural education through historical learning. Historical teachers and students feel the benefits of historical learning through multicultural education by remembering and studying the riots triggered by differences to other historical events backed by ethnic conflicts such as Riots in Surakarta to the opposite of the Youth Oath which was pioneered by various ethnic, ethnic and religion throughout Indonesia.

A professional teacher must have four competencies, namely pedagogical competence, personality competence, social competence and professional competence. Professional competence, namely the ability of teachers to master knowledge in the field of science, technology or cultural arts that they teach. Mastery of these abilities should be expressed by the teacher, one of which is by making or writing scientific articles. There are many things that educators need to pay attention to in writing scientific books and articles in order to achieve proper scientific books and articles and become references for other educators. However, it cannot be denied that there are still many school teachers who do not know how to make textbooks and scientific articles. This unfavorable reality occurs not only as an error as educators who do not know or understand but because of limited knowledge, limited resources that make it difficult for them to make textbooks or scientific articles. In addition, the lack of training provided at whole level on how to make scientific books and articles makes it more difficult for educators to gain knowledge about these matters. Therefore, the team conducts training for elementary school teachers on how to write scientific books and articles whose material includes explanations of textbooks and scientific articles, ways of making, the structure of each compilation, the language used, how to find references and how to publish an article. scientific papers and examples of journals that can serve as a forum for publication of scientific articles. After community service was carried out regarding training on how to write books and scientific articles, there was an increase in the teacher's understanding of textbooks and articles, namely the average before service was 47.14% after training there was a significant increase in an average of 63.57%.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the learning system underwent significant changes. Teachers as educators must immediately adapt to the conditions so that education continues to run well. Teachers inevitably have to be innovate and creative so that learning objectives are achieved even though the learning is done online. However, in the implementation of online learning, there are still some obstacles or problems. This condition is also experienced by social studies teachers in South Lampung Regency. One of the efforts to maximize online learning is to maximize the use of teaching materials. Making teaching materials using the Flipbook Application or digital books is considered relevant to current conditions. In addition to being cheap and efficient, in this application, teachers can design their own learning materials according to achievement indicators, student needs and student characteristics so that they are more effective and on target. This service uses counseling and training methods. ABSTRACT The research aims to find and explore the history and acculturation of Lampung and Chinese in the house of Nuwo Tantan Gumanti. The research method is descriptive and data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of this research showed that there was cultural acculturation between Lampung and China in the house of Nuwo Tantan Gumanti, including glass with Chinese ornaments such as phoenixes, snakes, butterflies and the colorful glass on the top of the window and above the room door. There are also Chinese scripts that are still clearly visible on the connecting wood and the walls of the house. The roof of Nuwo Tantan Gumanti is different from other houses in Lampung community, because the shape of a pyramid, and the pillars are rectangular and have pegs that are connected to them. From the research results It can be concluded that there is a cultural acculturation between Lampung and China in the Nuwo Tantan Gumanti architecture on several sides of the building. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejarah dari tokoh Lampung yang namanya diabadikan menjadi nama dari jalan yang ada di Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode historis. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik pengumpulan data studi pustaka. Kota Bandar Lampung banyak ditemui nama-nama pejuang dan tokoh Lampung yang di jadikan sebagai nama-nama jalan yang ada di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hal ini didasari oleh penetapan yang dilakukan pemerintah Kota Bandar Lampung yang menggunakan nama tokoh Lampung dibeberapa nama jalan untuk mengenang jasa dan peranpejuang dan tokoh Lampung dalam memperjuangan Indonesia di Lampung baik sebelum kemerdekaan maupun pasca kemerdekaan. Nama-nama pejuang dan tokoh Lampung tersebut memilki peran besar pada masa sebelum maupun setelah kemerderkan antara lain memperjuangkan kemerdekaan pada masa kolonial, memiliki peran berdirinya provinsi Lampung, menjadi pemimpin daerah pada awal kemerdekaan serta ikut serta pada kegiatan politik maupun pers.

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberi pelatihan peyusunan perangkat pembelajaran tematik berbasis karakter. Sasaran dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru Sekolah dasar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode Ceramah, Diskusi, Praktik, Self and Reflection. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tahapan berikut, yaitu: Observasi awal permasalahan mitra, Penentuan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan mitra, Pretest awal pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun perangkat pembelajaran tematik berbasis karakter, Pelatihan sesi pertama tentang pembelajaran berpendekatan karakter, Pelatihan sesi kedua tentang Pembelajaran yang menintegrasikan nilai nilai karakter, Pelatihan sesi ketiga praktek menyusun perangkat pembelajaran berpendekatan nilai-nilai karakter, Pelatihan sesi keempat implementasi perangkat pembelajaran berpendekatan nilai-nilai karakter, Post test dan evaluasi pelaksanaan pelatihan.

Dengan ancaman Covid-19 saat ini, diharapkan lembaga pendidikan perlu menerapkan kegiatan pembelajaran online. Kegiatan pembelajaran online dapat didukung melalui penggunaan aplikasi video conference yang disediakan oleh Universitas. Beberapa penelitian membuktikan bahwa dengan menggunkan aplikasi video conference dinilai sangat efisien dalam proses pembelajaran. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi video conference dalam proses pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Ekonomi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Lampung selama masa pandemi covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan grounded teoritis. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dengan 45 siswa dan Google form. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, pembelajaran online dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi video conference belum terlalu efektif dalam proses pembelajaran. Akan tetapi dengan memperhitungkan situasi disaat ini dengan adanya Covid-19 hingga pemanfaatan aplikasi video conference sangat membantu dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata kunci : Efektifitas, video conference, Media Pembelajarn. With the current threat of Covid-19, it is hoped that educational institutions need to implement online learning activities. Online learning activities can be supported through the use of video conferencing applications provided by the University. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using video conferencing applications to conduct online learning for students of the Economic Education study program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Lampung. The method used in this research is qualitative and uses a grounded theoretical approach. Data collection techniques using interviews with 45 students and Google forms. Based on the research results obtained, online learning by utilizing video conferencing applications has not been very effective in the learning process. However, taking into account the current situation with the Covid-19 to the use of video conferencing applications is very helpful in the learning process.Keywords: Effectiveness, video conferencing, Learning Media.
