Abstract

Abstract: The general purpose of this study was to review personnel management at SDN Jrebeng Kidul Kota Probolinggo and SDN Kareng Kidul probolinggo. More specifically, the purpose of this research is to describe the components of personnel management, namely recruitment, selection, development, maintenance and empowerment of personnel. This research design is a qualitative approach with this type of evaluation. The research design used is to capture results in the field by means of data collection, compare the results of data collection obtained by standards, provide proposals to improve, improve focus that is not in accordance with the theory, and create an evaluation matrix. One principal from SDN Jrebeng Kidul, one principal from SDN Kareng Kidul, 5 teachers for SDN Jrebeng Kidul and 6 teachers for SDN Kareng Kidul were the subjects of this research. The method of data collection is carried out with in-depth interviews, participating observations, and document studies. Analysis of personnel management work, human resources plan in privately paid teacher recruitment and recruitment process has been good but needs to be improved. Personnel management selection process needs to use multi method of selection. Assessment of work performance, counseling, discipline, training and development of personnel management need to be continuously developed by the leadership of the institution. The maintenance components that need to be improved are compensation, employee relations, employee service, and safety and health. Personnel audits, job satisfaction and career security and health plan also need to be optimized on the usage component. Evaluation of personnel management does need to be continuously optimized regularly and periodically. Keywords: English translation. evaluation; personnel management components; primary school. Abstrak: Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah mengkaji manajemen personalia di SDN Jrebeng Kidul Kota Probolinggo dan SDN Kareng Kidul Kabupaten Probolinggo. Lebih spesifik, tujuan riset ini adalah mendeskripsikan komponen-komponen manajemen personalia yaitu rekrutmen, seleksi, pengembangan, pemeliharaan dan pemberdayaan personalia. Rancangan riset ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis evaluasi. Desain riset yang digunakan adalah memotret hasil di lapangan dengan cara pengumpulan data, membandingakn hasil pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dengan standar, memberikan usulan guna memperbaiki, menyempurnakan fokus yang belum sesuai dengan teori, dan membuat matriks evaluasi. Satu kepala sekolah dari masing-masing institusi dan 5 guru untuk SDN Jrebeng Kidul dan 6 Guru untuk SDN Kareng Kidul, dijadikan subjek riset ini. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, pengamatan berperan serta, studi dokumen. Analisa pekerjaan manajemen personalia, perencaan SDM dalam rekrutmen guru privately paid dan proses rekrutmen sudah baik tetapi perlu ditingkatkan. Proses seleksi manajemen personalia perlu menggunakan penggunaan multi metode seleksi. Penilaian prestasi kerja, konseling, disiplin, latihan dan pengembangan manajemen personalia perlu terus dikembangkan oleh pimpinan lembaga. Komponen pemeliharaan yang perlu ditingkatkan adalah pemberian kompensasi, hubungan baik karyawan, pelayanan karyawan, dan keamanan serta kesehatan. Audit personalia, kepuasan kerja dan perencaanan karier keamanan dan kesehatan juga perlu dioptimalkan pada komponen penggunaan. Evaluasi manajemen personalia memang perlu terus dioptimalkan secara rutin dan berkala. Kata kunci: evaluasi; komponen manajemen personalia; sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Children's books for elementary school teachers is the goal of this community activity. The literary literacy program, one of the national literacy movement's many initiatives, informs the design of this course. Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya joined with five primary schools to carry out this community duty. From July to September 2021, two instructors from each school will participate in creative writing training. In this activity, instructors work together to design projects for authoring children's books as part of the Project Based Learning approach. Blended learning course includes 16 hours of face-to-face creative writing classes and 32 hours of virtual mentorship. Online sessions were used to introduce fundamental concepts in creative writing and kid 's literature to course participants. After submitting and consulting their draft narrative to the community service facilitator committee, participants got comments for editing through an online session. Nine out of ten students were able to finish a children's narrative writing assignment using mastery learning assessments. Aside from exposing them to literary literacy and enhancing children's ability to write picture tales and short stories, participants said that this exercise had a positive effect on their lives.  Abstrak: Buku anak untuk guru sekolah dasar menjadi tujuan dari kegiatan komunitas ini. Program literasi sastra, salah satu dari banyak inisiatif gerakan literasi nasional, menginformasikan desain kursus ini. Universitas Nahdatul Ulama Surabaya bergabung dengan lima sekolah dasar untuk mengemban tugas kemasyarakatan ini. Mulai Juli hingga September 2021, dua guru dari masing-masing sekolah akan mengikuti pelatihan menulis kreatif. Dalam kegiatan ini, guru bekerja sama untuk merancang proyek untuk menulis buku anak-anak sebagai bagian dari pendekatan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek. Kursus pembelajaran campuran mencakup 16 jam kelas menulis kreatif tatap muka dan 32 jam bimbingan virtual. Sesi online digunakan untuk memperkenalkan konsep dasar menulis kreatif dan sastra anak kepada peserta kursus. Setelah menyerahkan dan mengkonsultasikan draft narasi mereka kepada panitia fasilitator pengabdian masyarakat, para peserta mendapat komentar untuk diedit melalui sesi online. Sembilan dari sepuluh siswa mampu menyelesaikan tugas menulis narasi anak menggunakan penilaian penguasaan pembelajaran. Selain membekali mereka dengan literasi sastra dan meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam menulis cerita bergambar dan cerita pendek, para peserta mengatakan bahwa latihan ini berdampak positif bagi kehidupan mereka.

Abstract

Kegiatan belajar mengajar bidang Matematika secara nyata adalah solusi metode pendekatan yang dilakukan kepada siswa agar mudah dipahami. Prinsip emergent modeling merupakan tuntutan menggunakan alat peraga dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yang nantinya agar siswa mampu menggambarkan permasalahan yang diberikan. Tetapi, yang menjadi permasalahan saat ini yaitu wawasan dan ilmu tenaga pengajar yang masih terbatas dalam mendesain media yang akan digunakan kegiatan belajar mengajar secara nyata. Nyatanya, banyak barang yang tidak dipakai menumpuk terus menerus dan orang – orang tidak memanfaatkan barang tersebut. Jika orang – orang bisa recycling barang tersebut, maka akan menjadi bermanfaat dan bernilai guna. Kegiatan training belajar mengajar bidang matematika secara nyata menggunakan alat peraga dari bahan bekas yang sudah diolah merupakan penyelesaian dalam hal pendidikan. Kegiatan belajar mengajar menggunakan alat peraga dapat mendukung dalam proses pembelajaran tidak membosankan dan mudah dipahami. Namun, belum seluruh desain alat peraga yang sudah dibuat bisa memenuhi prinsip dan ciri kegiatan belajar mengajar matematika secara nyata. Kegiatan training ini bermanfaat dan bisa dikatakan berhasil membantu tenaga pengajar dalam memilih bahan bekas dijadikan alat peraga dan mendesain alat peraga tersebut. Selain itu, sebanyak 27 rancangan alat peraga matematika yang dibuat berbeda dari 36 rancangan. Desain kegiatan belajar mengajar terdiri atas topik kelas 3 dan kelas 4 tingkat Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPemanfaatan software manajemen referensi menjadi sangat penting karena semakin gencarnya tuntutan agar guru menyusun karya tulis ilmiah dengan kualitas pengutipan dan referensi yang memadai. Aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat (abdimas) ini bertujuan agar guru sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Tiris Kabupaten Probolinggo memiliki kompetensi dalam mengoperasikan software manejemen referensi seperti Endnote dan Zotero. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilangsukan selama 3 hari. Pemberian angket juga dilakukan sebelum dan setelah pelatihan untuk mengukur ketercapaian program abdimas ini. Hasil analisa angket mengunjukkan bahwa mayoritas guru peserta pelatihan belum memiliki kemampuan dalam mengoperasikan software manajemen referensi. Pasca pelatihan, para guru berpendapat bahwa Zotero lebih simpel pengoperasiannya dibandingkan dengan Endnote. Program pelatihan ini dapat mengembangkan kompetensi guru dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah dengan kutipan dan referensi yang berkualitas. Kata kunci: software manajemen referensi; zotero; endnote; sitasi. ABSTRACTThe use of reference software is very important because of the increasing demands that teachers compile scientific works with adequate quality citations and references. This community service activity was intended so that elementary school teachers in Tiris District, Probolinggo Regency have the competence to operate reference software such as Endnote and Zotero. This community service was carried out for 3 days. Questionnaires were also given before and after the training to measure the achievement of this abdimas program. The results of the questionnaire analysis showed that the majority of the trainee teachers did not have the ability to operate reference management software. After that, the teachers thought that Zotero training was simpler to operate than Endnote. This program can develop teacher competence in the preparation of scientific papers with quality citations and references. Keywords: reference management software; zotero; endnote; citation.

Abstract

Elementary school learning that is integrated with games can increase student motivation in learning so that it can have a positive impact on learning outcomes. The bibliometric review used in this research aims to analyze articles that discuss the use of games at the elementary school level published in the Scopus database indexed journal for the period 2013-2022. A total of 122 articles discussing the integration of games in primary school level learning were analyzed. The review findings show that there was a significant increase in the number of publications in 2016-2021, around 77.87% of articles were published in that period. Spain and Indonesia dominate the number of publications. Four authors with 3 publications each are influential authors. Data visualization shows that this research topic can be grouped based on the type of game, type of game, subject of study, learning approach, type of learning, subject involved in research, and a number of topics that have the potential to be integrated with other topics to obtain novelty. The findings of this study can help relevant researchers to recognize research trends in the use of games for primary school learning globally and recommend directions for further research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini penting dilakukan karena masih terdapat beberapa kendala yang dapat menghambat para guru untuk menjalankan pekerjaannya dengan disiplin, Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan mendapatkan sebuah solusi untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan para guru. kedisiplinan guru yakni guru mematuhi segala aturan di sekolah. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar para guru di SMPN 1 Sukapura dalam menjalankan kedisiplinannya sudah baik, diketahui terdapat kendala yang dapat menyulitkan guru dan masih ada satu atau dua guru yang sering terlambat untuk hadir ke sekolah. Adapun solusi atau upaya dalam mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah kepala sekolah saat ini selalu mengadakan meeting pagi sebelum pembelajaran dimulai dan meeting siang sebelum pulang dari sekolah untuk memberikan arahan atau evaluasi pada kinerja guru. kepala sekolah juga mengadakan berbagai program pelatihan di sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja para guru dan kepala sekolah juga mengkoordinasi dan kerja samanya dengan pemerintah setempat agar aliran listrik di sekolah bisa dioptimalkan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yakni sebagaian besar para guru sudah menjalankan kedisiplinannya dengan baik serta kepala sekolah selaku pemimpin para guru sudah melakukan upayanya untuk mengatasi kendala dan permasalahan yang ada untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan para guru di SMPN 1 Sukapura.

Abstract

Students with special needs at seven private primary schools in Probolinggo Regency, Indonesia, are the focus of this research, which aims to identify the challenges they confront throughout the distance learning process. A case study approach was used in this research. The participants in this research were seven parent-teacher pairs. Demographic data were collected in this research and an interview was conducted using a standard format. This research used content analysis as an analytical approach. Standardized interviews have shown that academic, social-emotional, and linguistic development are the most common issues that parents and teachers encounter in their work with children. On the other hand, educational difficulties were often associated with classroom involvement. According to the findings of this study, children with special needed have difficulty developing academically, socially, and linguistically. It revealed that inclusive students struggle with technology use, participation in online classes, and attention management.

Abstract

Literacy and Numeracy will be the main components in the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) as a substitute for the National Examination. This minimal ability consists of the ability or quality of literacy in a person in which there is the ability to read, write, and also recognize and understand ideas visually (literacy), the ability to apply number concepts and arithmetic skills in everyday life and interpret quantitative information that is around us, this ability is evidenced by a sense of comfort with numbers and cleverness in applying mathematical skills (numeration). The data was collected by the researchers directly from SDN Gading Kulon II Probolinggo Regency, including: a) Class AKM Pretest, which is a test before implementing literacy and numeracy that provides questions obtained from the Motivation application provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture. (b) Observation, how to collect data by direct observation of learning activities in class on the object to be studied. (c) Documentation of how to collect data includes archives, archives and photos related to the problem under study. (d) Posttest AKM Class, contains questions regarding literacy and numeracy which are also obtained from the Motivation application provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture. The results showed that the scores obtained by students increased after the implementation of literacy and numeracy. The data obtained in table 2 shows a significant increase compared to table 1 data. The percentage of success in table 2 is for literacy 95% to achieve completeness and for numeration 89% to achieve completeness.
