Abstract

The use of land as a trade and service area contributes greatly to the development of urban economic structures, including in the District of Kartasura. Especially Kartasura's market activity which is always developing because it is a place to fulfill primary needs. However, the existence of this market and also the trade and service activities around it are increasingly troubling due to irregularities and disrupting transportation activities around the market. Geographically, Kartasura Subdistrict is quite close to the Surakarta City area (around 10 Km), and Surakarta City has a very rapid and dense development intensity and has a limited development area, so the development of socio-economic activities tends to move towards the Kartasura Sub-District area.Close socio-economic relations with Surakarta City made Kartasura experience rapid development in the growth of new activities along the A. Yani road. Such as education, health, trade and services, industry and office activities. With the growth of new activities along the A Yani road, traffic jams often occur at peak hours. The congestion is due to the mixture between modes of transportation, trade, industry and offices.The purpose of this study is to identify the performance of the A Yani road, to determine the effect of land use on congestion that occurs. To achieve these objectives, the analysis used is quantitative calculations. By comparing the road conditions at peak and non peak hours on the A Yani road. The method used in this study is analyzing the volume of the road (V) A Yani experiencing congestion, analyzing side barriers, speed, road capacity (C) A Yani, and the level of road service (V / C) A Yani. In addition to the quantitative analysis also conduct qualitative analysis to clarify the quantitative analysis that has been done. So that what is a problem on Jalan A Yani can also be analyzed, what are the factors that cause congestion and finally show conclusions and recommendations of problems.Keywords: Land use, Traffic Congestion

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe development of the center of the city of Semarang is very rapid, leading to the outskirts. The outskirts, which were originally used as agricultural areas, have now been converted into built-up areas, settlements, trade and services. This research was conducted in Tembalang Village, which is an educational area, new settlements accompanied by the growth of economic activity. The purpose of this study is to find patterns of economic space in suburban urban areas. Methodology Descriptive analysis research using a qualitative and rationalistic deductive approach that focuses on the environmental approach (behavior approach) and the spatial economic approach. From the results of the analysis, it is concluded that Tembalang Village has an Economic Spatial Pattern that develops along the main road. Economic activities that follow this main road route form a network pattern. This pattern of economic space is also still visible in the surrounding area. The pattern of economic space that develops on the main road corridor has a high selling value of land. Every year there is an increase in land prices, both according to NJOP, land rental prices and land selling prices.Keywords: pattern, space, economy, activity, suburbs, urban. ABSTRAKPerkembangan pusat Kota Semarang yang sangat pesat, mengarah pada kawasan pinggiran. Kawasan pinggiran yang awalnya sebagai  fungsi kawasan  pertanian, banyak beralih fungsi menjadi kawasan terbangun, pemrmukiman, perdagangan dan jasa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Tembalang, yang merupakan kawasan pendidikan, permukiman baru disertai dengan pertumbuhan aktivitas ekonomi. Tujuan penelitian ini menemukan pola ruang ekonomi pada kawasan pinggiran perkotaan. Metodologi Penelitian analisis deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deduktif Kualitatif Rasionalistik yang berfokus pada pendekatan lingkungan (behaviour approach) dan pendekatan ekonomi keruangan (spatial economic approach). Dari hasil analisis disimpulkan Kelurahan Tembalang memiliki Pola Ruang Ekonomi yang berkembang di sepanjang jalan utama. Kegiatan perekonomian yang mengikuti jalur jalan utama ini mementuk pola jaringan. Pola ruang ekonomi ini juga masih terlihat pada kawasan sekitarnya. Pola ruang ekonomi yang berkembang pada koridor  jalan utama, memiliki nilai jual lahan yang tinggi. Semakin tahun mengalami kenaikan harga lahan baik menurut NJOP, harga sewa lahan maupun harga jual lahan.Kata kunci : pola,ruang, ekonomi, aktivitas, pinggiran, perkotaan.

Abstract

Tuban town square are included in one of the utilization of active open space in the Tuban area. The town square is located in the city center and near of the many tourism objects in Tuban. One of them such us Sunan Bonang Funeral. The goals of this study are to verivy the effect of pilgrimages acivity to the public open space of Tuban town square. The Targets to be achieved, such us :1) Identification the effect based on characteristics Type of Activities in the Sunan Bonang Funeral Pilgrimage Area, 2) Identification the effect based on characteristics Type of activity Around the Public Open Space, 3) Analysing the factors that affect the pilgrimage activity to the public open space. 4) Verivy the affectthe pilgrimage activity to the public open space. Hypothesisin this studyare have or have no effect of pilgrimage activitytothe public open space of Tuban town square.So it can be seen the factors that effect of the pilgrimage activity to the public open space, and also presence the effect caused by pilgrimage activity to the public open space of Tuban town square.Keywords: Activity, Pilgrimage area, Public Open Space

Abstract

ABSTRACTUrban sprawl causes the lifestyle of private vehicle use as the main preference in the choice of transportation modes which results in congestion, air pollution and energy use in the transportation sector which continues to increase. Transit Oriented Development (TOD) is an alternative solution in solving these problems, with the concept of urban development that maximizes diverse and integrated land use by promoting healthy lifestyles through walking and cycling and maximizing the use of mass transportation modes. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the application of the development of TOD for planning to achieve sustainable transportation.The variables used in this study are density, diversity, design and transit which are a combination of the theories of Cervero (1997) and ITDP (2014). The results of the study showed that the city of Surabaya was dominated by transit, Bandung Cit y and Jakarta City variables which were both dominated by density and transit variables. Based on inter-case studies there are differences between indicators theory and indicators case study, and each case study also has different parameters. Thus, there has been an adjustment in the theory of the application of TOD in Indonesia, besides that the indicators of TOD implementation are also adjusted according to the characteristics and policies of the region concernedKeywords: TOD, sustainable, transport ABSTRAKUrban sprawl menyebabkan terjadinya gaya hidup penggunaan kendaraan pribadi sebagai preferensi utama dalam pemilihan moda transportasi yang berakibat pada kemacetan, pencemaran udara dan penggunaan energi pada sektor transportasi yang terus meningkat. Transit Oriented Development (TOD) merupakan salah satu solusi alternatif dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, dengan konsep pengembangan kota yang memaksimalkan penggunaan lahan beragam dan terintegrasi dengan mempromosikan gaya hidup sehat melalui berjalan kaki dan bersepeda serta memaksimalkan penggunaan moda transportasi massal. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan pengembangan TOD bagi perencanaan guna mencapai transportasi yang berkelanjutan.Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah density, diversity, design dan transit yang merupakan gabungan dari teori Cervero (1997) dan ITDP (2014). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kota Surabaya didominasi dengan variabel transit, Kota Bandung dan Kota Jakarta sama-sama didominasi oleh variabel density dan transit. Berdasarkan kajian antar studi kasus terdapat perbedaan antara indikator teori dan indikator studi kasus, dan masing-masing studi kasus juga memiliki parameter yang berbeda pula. Sehingga, terjadi penyesuaian teori penerapan TOD di Indonesia, selain itu indikator penerapan TOD juga disesuaikan sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebijakan kawasan yang bersangkutan.Kata kunci: TOD, transportasi, berkelanjutan

Abstract

Daerah di Indonesia berlomba buat memperkenalkan sektor pariwisata wilayah masing-masing. Persaingan antar wilayah tadi akhirnya mendorong setiap wilayah melakukan upaya pemasaran pariwisata atau dikenal dengan City branding, merupakan proses atau bisnis menciptakan merk berdasarkan suatu kota buat mempermudah pemilik kota tadi memperkenalkan kotanya pada sasaran pasar (investor, tourist, talent, event) menggunakan memakai kalimat positioning, slogan, icon, perunjukan & banyak sekali media lainnya.Indonesia banyak memiliki potensi dalam sektor pariwisata, Akan tetapi banyak yang masih belum mengetahui atau mengenal city branding. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas city branding dan strategi city branding dalam menarik wisatawan. Metode penelitian yang penulis digunakan yaitu literature review. Kesimpulannya bahwa pemasaran citra (Image marketing) berpengaruh terhadap strategi city branding suatu kota.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTypology of settlements in coastal areas has a different shape from other locations. This typology is used to find out in coastal areas what form of slums.   The emergence of settlements, especially in coastal areas, is due to the need for land for housing to people who are looking for work and must settle and the lack of settlement arrangements that cause the impression of slums. This research uses qualitative methods with a study literature approach in conducting typology studies of coastal settlements that take case studies. From the results of the discussion can be concluded that the existence of settlements in coastal areas has a positive and negative impact. The settlement became slum due to the people who died in the area. This can be a consideration in the future in the arrangement of settlements in coastal areas. Keywords: Tipology, Slums, Coastal Areas ABSTRAK Tipologi ialah sesuatu kajian yang membahas mengenai tipe. Pada umumnya, tipe digunakan guna menjelaskan keseluruhan bentuk, struktur ataupun karakter pada sesuatu objek atau bentuk tertentu. Permukiman kumuh ini merupakan permukiman dengan kepadatan yang tinggi, bangunan dengan kualitas rendah, minimnya ketersediaan prasarana dan  sarana kondisi lingkungan serta karakteristik tersendiri pada masyarakat yang ada pada daerah tersebut. Kawasan pesisir ini ialah kawasan peralihan dari ekosistem darat dan laut yang dapat memiliki tipologi permukiman kumuh tersendiri. Tipologi ini digunakan untuk mengetahui pada wilayah pesisir apa saja yang menjadi faktor atau karakteristik yang menyebabkan permukiman kumuh yang terbentuk. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan pendekatan literatur studi dalam melakukan kajian tipologi permukiman wilayah pesisir yang mengambil studi kasus. Dari hasil pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya permukiman di wilayah pesisir disebabkan dari berbagai hal serta dari masyarakat yang meninggali wilayah tersebut. Hal ini bisa menjadi pertimbangan kedepannya dalam penataan dan peningkatan permukiman di wilayah pesisir.Kata kunci : Tipologi, Permukiman Kumuh, Wilayah Pesisir
