Abstract

Mengenal Tembang Macapat Agus Efendi Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa dan Sastra Daerah FKIP Univet Bantara SukoharjoJl. Letjen. S. Humardani No. 1 Sukoharjo 57521 Telp. 0271593156 Abstrak Tembang Macapat adalah bagian dari empat jenis Tembang yaitu, tembang gedhe, tembang tengahan, tembang  cilik dan tembang dolanan. Tembang Macapat masih sering digunakan atau dipakai pada acara-acara tertentu seperi pertunjukkan Wayang, pentas Karawitan dan sebagainya dan bahkan masih digunakan sebagai salah satu materi pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Jawa pada tingkat sekolah dasar sampai menengah atas. Jadi tembang Macapat masih hidup dan berkembang sampai sekarang. Tembang Macapat juga memiliki pedoman-pedoman di dalam penciptaannya, yang di dalam satu pada (bait)nya ada aturan-aturan tersendiri yang harus ada. Syair-syair atau cakepan yang ada di dalam tembang macapat juga syarat dengan nuansa keindahan sastra yang indah dan tidak gampang dimengerti apabila tidak memahami asal muasal kata-kata yang dipakai dan dalam istilah Jawa disebut tidak mlaha atau vulgar seperti bahasa sehari-hari. Tembang macapat merupakan hasil karya sastra yang luar biasa yang didalamnya syarat dengan nilai-nilai atau ajaran yang luhur, yang karena nilai-nilai tersebut membuat tembang macapat masih hidup dan berkembang sampai saat ini. Jenis-jenis tembang macapat adalah mijil, maskumambang, sinom, pangkur, dhandhanggula, asmaradana, gambuh, kinanthi, pocung. Seseorang yang ingin belajar tembang macapat tidak hanya bisa melagukan atau bisa nembang saja tetapi harus mengetahui isi dan inti tembang tersebut. Terdapat beberapa pedoman yang dapat digunakan dalam belajar tembang Macapat yaitu : 1) Pahami arti tembang Macapat, 2) Pahami isi Tembang Macapat, 3) Temukan inti tembang, 4) Perhatikan guru gatra, guru lagu, dan guru wilangan, 5) Perhatikan pembagian bait (pada) masing-masing tembang, 6) Pahami pengelompokan (pupuh) dalam tembang Macapat, 7) Sering mendengarkan, dan 8) Berlatih secara rutin  Kata-kata kunci : Tembang macapat, Belajar tembang

Abstract

(0271) 593 156 , Fax. (0271) 591 065  Abstrak Serat Tripoma adalah salah satu serat yang berisi ajaran bela Negara. Yaitu, kecintaan terhadap Negara melebihi kecintaannya terhadap saudara. Bahkan, panggilan untuk membela Negara itu tidak lagi dilandasi pemikiran benar dan salah. Inti ajaran yang ingin disampaikan penulisnya, KGPAA Mangkunagara IV adalah melu handarbeni, melu hangrungkebi, dan mulat sarira hangrasa wani ‘ikut memiliki, ikut membela, dan berani mengakui kesalahan’. Konflik batin yang dialami tiga tokohnya, yaitu Basukarno, Suwondo, dan Kumbokarno mempertegas nilai yang disampaikan penulisnya lewat tembang yang di dalam pertunjukkan wayang diwujudkan dalam catur ‘dialog’ lewat dalang. Kata kunci: handarbeni, hangrukebi, mulat sarira hangrasa wani, guna, kaya, puru.

Abstract

This research has purpose to determine which one providing better learning achievement between direct instruction learning with song and direct instructionlearning without song. In this research, students’ learning achievementis limited to the fourth grade teaching material of elementary schoolin circumference and area of parallelogram. The result of this research produces songsare consisting of circumference, area of parallelogram, and triangle teaching materials.This research is conducted to all elementary schools in Laweyan. Two schools are randomly taken as the samples, and then one class is taken from each school, therefore thereare two classes. The first sample as the experiment class (direct instruction learning with song) and the second sample as the control class (direct instruction learning without song). The research is quasi-eksperimental research. The research methods used are test and documentation method. The research data analysis is using t-test.Based on the resultof the research is obtained t = -2,198  DK, then H0 is  subtracted. Therefore it can be conclude that there are differences mathematic learning achievement between direct instruction learning with song and direct instruction learning without song. If it is observed on the average, learning achievement of direct instruction learning  with song is better than direct instruction learning without song.Key words: Achievement, Direct Instruction, Song

Abstract

This study applies qualitative research with Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA) of Fairclough (1995) and the criticism on the ideological dissection of social opacities. The data collection encompasses the interactive and non-interactive techniques which involve the techniques of in-depth interviewing, observation and content analysis. Results of the analysis reveal that units of language use reflected from the texts and contexts of the ruwat puppeteer based genealogys enactment can be traced from the use of modalities, the phrase ‘mboten kalilan’ (impermissible, unable) in the decree of dhalang ruwat can be further extend to express the word ‘unable’ and ‘able to’, other aspects such as politeness, metaphors, ethos which is classified into the verbal and non-verbal discourse are the devices of discursive enactment of the elite power of dhalang trah. The findings conclude that there is arising symptoms of social inequality narrowing the role and significance of the non-ruwat puppeteers. The hegemonic practice such as the discursive enactment of dhalang trah (descendent of Ki Lebdajiwa) is determined by certain associations which try to normalize certain condition. The argument which refers to the enactment of Ki Lebdajiwa and his descendants as the holder of power is enacted through transactional form, where power is centered on one point.

Abstract

This study aims at analyzing and describing the use of digital media by elementary school students, the pattern of social interaction of the students and the influence of new media use on the students’ social ability. This research is explanative and has causal correlation with survey method using main instrument of questionnaire. The population covers students aged 8-12 years of elementary school students of Sukoharjo regency with total number 11.263 children fromn 554 elementary schools. The sample size is 80 students. The results showed that the rate of use of new media among the children was in the medium category (1.89), and social interaction in high category (2.45). The assumption which states that the higher the use of new media the social interaction of children tends to be lower is acceptable. It was proved with a correlation coefficient of 0.54 at degrees of freedom 0.05 or 95% confidence level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pewarisan nilai-nilai budaya Jawa melalui pemanfaatan upacara ritual dengan maksud agar nilai-nilai budaya Jawa dapat kembali menjadi filosofi dan mewujud dalam perilaku hidup masyarakat Jawa. Pemanfaatan ritual dimaksudkan untuk lebih memberdayakan potensinya mengingat penyelenggaraannya oleh masyarakat dan beberapa pemerintah daerah selama ini hanya diarahkan untuk meningkatkan PAD dari sektor pariwisata. Target khusus penelitian ini meliputi; (a) Pengujian teoretis model konseptual dan uji cobanya dalam skala kecil, (b) Deskripsi efektivitas model konseptual (c) Tersusunnya model konseptual efektif pewarisan nilai-nilai budaya Jawa melalui pemanfaatan upacara ritual. Metode yang digunakan antara lain : (a) Studi pustaka dan pelacakan hasil penelitian relefan untuk memantapkan rancangan penelitian, (b) Expert judgment melalui seminar /lokakarya untuk uji teoretis rancangan model konseptual, (c) Studi Experimental untuk uji coba model, dan (d) Survei analitik untuk pengukuran efektivitas model. Lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Wonogiri dan jenis penelitian studi deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel ditentukan secara purposive dan pengumpulan data dengan teknik indepth interview, observasi berperan pasif, content analysis, dokumentasi, dan Focus Group Discussion. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa secara teoretis model konseptual pewarisan nilai-nilai budaya Jawa melalui pemanfaatan upacara ritual tepat untuk diaplikasikan di kalangan masyarakat pendukung budaya Jawa. Pesan dalam proses pewarisan tersebut menghasilkan efek kognitif dan afektif dalam arti dapat menambah pengetahuan tentang makna simbol yang digunakan dalam ritual dan mampu mengubah sikap ke arah yang lebih positif terhadap penyelenggaraan ritual.
